American Foreign Policy : A Satire.

Almost a decade ago , German satirist Volker Pispers ( This is a clip ) outlining the foreign policy of the US of A.  I couldn't help but notice the similarities between what you do in the game and how America typically deals with other countries (specifically third world countries). Obviously, the game is way more over the top and is almost comedic-ally cheesy, Is there anyone who can confirm whether or not this idea holds water? Our Country has been in practice using  (1) Gunboat diplomacy is the use of military troops to maintain hegemony over a sphere of influence, usually associated with the age of imperialism and colonialism. odd we don't allow countries like China and Russia to do the same , but  I am seeing it how the United States is handing Russia , and the Ukraine situation ,Ukraine remains in turmoil. Its lurch into chaos suggests that Washington, for all its pious noises about compromise, was never really interested in dealing with Moscow on a basis of mutual concessions. Despite the reemergence of Russia, particularly after the war with Georgia in 2008, Washington apparently does not want to accept that Russia is back as a strong and independent power intent on protecting its own national interests. And so Washington’s actions have led to the current confrontation between Russia and the West.  . Since Vietnam war., U.S. foreign policy often failed to realize its objectives and proved to be counterproductive. Although anti-communism posed as the principal guide to foreign policy, the same policies continued after the Cold War. Counter-insurgency rarely encountered insurgents and at times promoted insurgency. In almost all cases, force replaced diplomacy and military policy dictated foreign policy. *** President Obama's foreign policy, many wonder , In a major foreign policy speech, while running for president in July 2008, candidate Obama outlined his goals: "Instead of alienating ourselves from the world, I want America -- once again -- to lead ... I will focus this strategy on goals essential to making America safer: ending the war in Iraq responsibly; finishing the fight against al-Qaeda and the Taliban; securing all nuclear weapons and materials from terrorists and rogue states; achieving true energy security; rebuilding our alliances to meet the challenges of the 21st century... [and] to engage China on common interests." The claim that the rise of IS could have been prevented if the Obama administration had not armed Syrian rebel forces is made with unjustified certitude. It's worth noting that IS is now fighting in significant part with U.S. armaments taken from a fleeing Iraqi army, which seemed a much safer bet to equip than the hodgepodge of Syrian rebel factions.President Barack Obama was defensive and, by one account, "fuming." He felt that the criticism of his approach was unfair. He had clear ideas about how to manage America's global interests. In his own words, they centered on a single concept: "Don't do stupid shit."

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
*** I don't want to bash Obama , but as I critic for me he made a mistake in dealing with Russia . First,  America should have dealt with Mr. Putin directly about Ukraine , and not SIDED with the revolutionary Ukrainian government . You have to look at the situation with caution , Russia is a vary important ally , and Frankly Ukraine and Crimea were always part of Russia , and it's in the Russian field operations .(1) The "gunboat" diplomacy has been ruinous to the United States since it's been in practice. One of the worst policies is selling weapons to rouge states , that later are used to kill American service men in war . We armed the rebels in Syria , who are now killing in Iraq as the "Islamic State". Spreading democracy has often been cited as one of the USA’s primary goals in foreign relations. However, American troops have often been more successful in limiting the reach of Communism, rather than establishing successful American-style democracies. Often, the US would rather support an authoritarian dictator—which directly contradicts democratic values—than allow a Communist or Socialist government to be established. Lets not forget the Invasion of Iraq a total blunder cost America trillions of dollars.
