LEAVE TRUMP ALONE : A OPINION .

I SAY OH REALLY NOW ????
Credit...

TO SAY THIS OUT LOUD . LEAVE TRUMP ALONE ! American politics is the best comedy show on the planet and a complete utter embarrassment to the rest of the world, keep it up 😂🤣😂🤣😂. New York AG announced . General Tish James' wide-ranging civil lawsuit against the former president, the Trump Organization and three of his adult children accuses them of fraud and misrepresentation.  (1)>>She's also making a criminal referral to the Feds.  The civil lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan, seeks a $250 million (£220m) judgement and a prohibition on the Trumps from leading any company or purchasing property in New York .LOL. Good luck with that one. Besides the Jan 6th Committee , now this creeps up . It's a pattern , who every it is as in  (2)>>DEEP STATE hates Donald J Trump. Tish James vowed in her 2018 campaign for attorney general to pursue a man she said was an “illegitimate president” and an “embarrassment.” To Donald Trump, James, the first Black woman to hold statewide office in New York, is a “racist” prosecutor engaged in a  (2.1)>>“witch hunt” against him. Now WAIT !!! How long has this "get Trump  been going on???" That's my usual response to these people - "was there ever a single walls-are-closing-in 'we got him this time!!' story you didn't fall for?" You'd think anyone with some self-awareness would eventually realize that maybe they're just a sucker. It amazes me that they can get so excited so many times to only be crushed every single time. They’ll never realize it’s all a show because hating  (3)>>Trump is all Democrats can run on every election.I don't think they even believe they can get him on anything. It's just a continuous smear campaign by the left to try and convince uninformed voters that Trump is the devil. (4)>>CNN for example , minus the Ukraine B.S war coverage , has almost 24 hrs of Trump , they can't seem to find anything to report on . [ This goes for other NEWS NETWORKS ] It's a scripted line. This has been parroted for a years now. Every single MSM and Dem politician when talking about Trump has said this line at some point. Now this lawsuit won’t go anywhere. The attorney general is disputing property values which are highly subjective. If there is any plausible basis for a valuation, it’s acceptable. Moreover, when it comes to using those valuations to apply for loans, no banks just takes the borrowers word for property valuations, they do their own valuation before lending a cent. This lawsuit is pure theater designed to act as an early (5)>>“October surprise” for the midterm election. "Through "persistent and "staggering" fraud, the Trumps convinced banks to lend money to the Trump Organization on more favourable terms than deserved""Among other allegations, the suit - the most serious legal action Mr Trump has faced since leaving office"At least they were honest about this being the "most serious" legal action Trump has faced. This is the thinnest lawsuit I think i've ever seen. More political theatre and abusing your power to try and legally bully Trump."There aren't two sets of laws for people in this nation: former presidents must be held to the same standards as everyday Americans."Does this mean we are going to hold Nancy Pelosi's husband accountable for drunk driving?  (6)>>How about Hunter Biden for sharing classified documents with China? Trump said. "We cannot permit a renegade and out-of-control prosecutor to use this investigation as a means of advancing her political career. New York deserves better, and this Country deserves better. This is a vindictive and self-serving fishing expedition, the likes of which our Country has never seen before.  They won't leave him alone. He completely ruined their plans starting with the 2016 elections. Now a large quantity of Americans are becoming aware of what's been done under our noses. They won't stop until he pays for the crime of exposing them.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>She's also making a criminal referral to the Feds. The claim is that he overestimated his assets listed as collateral when he applied for loans. The banks, of course, do their own appraisals with their armies of experts before lending tens or hundreds of millions. They lent Trump money and he repaid the loans. There is no crime, no victim, and the statue of limitations has apparently passed to even bother looking whether anything questionable was done. Here is a good analogy. Imagine applying for a home equity loan and estimating on the application form that your house is worth $410K. The bank sends their appraiser and he says it's only worth $400K, but that there is still sufficient equity in the house and lends you the money. After three years, you pay off the loan and you think it's all history. Then a few years later a DA comes and files a lawsuit against you, telling you you lied on your application form, because you overestimated the value of your house when you applied for that loan. This is third world level corruption of our justice system. It is frankly unbelievable.(2)>>DEEP STATE hates Donald J TrumpPresident Trump’s decision in the fall of 2019 to pull troops out of Syria brought the presumed “deep state” out of the shadows. Many professionals in key branches of government were appalled by the President’s actions on a number of levels. First and foremost, the withdrawal represented a clear abrogation of the U.S.’s established Syria policy, which had been shaped and implemented by the experts at State, Defense and the various intelligence agencies. To make matters worse, the rejection of this policy was made as a “lone wolf” decision, without consultation by the President with any of the American foreign policy establishment.  November 2016, Donald J. Trump was elected President of the United States in large part because he promised to be an agent of change. It would be hard for anyone to deny that he has fulfilled that promise in ways that will shape global politics and society for decades to come. The true 'deep state' mostly lies within the spheres of military operations, intelligence, and governance coordination. A president can issue an order, but will it be followed to the letter? That is, sadly, not possible to be directly controlled by the president himself, unless he is an authoritarian ruler. Here the 'deep state' can sabotage things. (2.1)>>“witch hunt” against him.  The witch hunt began the minute he became President . Since 2017 , he was the subject of constant investigations . The conclusion I have is , that they hate this guy for some reason . Given this country’s long, brutish history of witch hunts, both literal (think Salem) and metaphorical (think McCarthyism), that’s a hefty claim. I refuse to believe this wasn’t a political attack. However, I also am not a blind supporter, if evidence comes to light in a court of law and is convicted of a crime then fair enough. But if they refuse to find any dirt, they will have a big court case on their hands.I'm astonished, and bewildered when I list the number of transgressions of the government these past few years. And yet the people act as if there's a special formula against tyranny. Playing politics is not the answer. (3)>>Trump is all Democrats can run on every election.  The Democrats have ONLY TWO THINGS playing at their cards . First is OBVIOUSLY DONALD J TRUMP , they paint Trump as a threat to our democracy . Second is Abortion .  Abortion is is not the most important problem in our country , its poverty , homelessness, the failing infrastructure and the bogus economy. AGAIN! They have nothing to stand on . The Economy is getting worse and inflation by the end of this and next year could hit 10% bigtime ! Having Trump out of the wings as the GOP’s frontrunner and formal standard-bearer will sharpen the stakes “and it will help Democrats.”Democrats had been spending millions of dollars in Republican primaries elevating extreme candidates who falsely insist Donald Trump won the 2020 election, in hopes of facing weaker opponents in the general election. But, one donor asked, what happens if one of these far-right Republicans actually wins?(4)>>CNN for example , minus the Ukraine B.S war coverage , has almost 24 hrs of Trump .  The six years the dominating person on CNN , as it continues , was Donald J Trump . He had more coverage other than war . It puzzles me how obsessed the mainstream media is in regards to Trump . CNN has broadcast more Trump rallies than any other channel. And people have the gall to call it a left leaning news source. Because he grabs attention, puts eyeballs on the screen, so CNN can then charge more for advertisements. Also, he is easy to report on, not like those pesky stories that requirement analysis and honesty. They are so jealous that he made all the lifetime politicians look so damn stupid, especially the weak as Democratic Party and the sorry ass Clintons. it was one of the greatest nights in American history when he smoked Hillary’s fat ass on election night in 2016. It was so funny all the stupid ass media folks kept saying there’s no way Trump can win. I was laughing my ass off all night, knowing that there is no way he can lose against that egotistical, self righteous BITCH. During their campaigns she couldn’t get anyone to come listen to her lying ass. The Trump Campaign was unbelievable how many people wanted to hear him and his plans to drain the swamp, both parties. The American people spoke that night electing possibly the greatest President in our history. The only reason he’s not our President today is the cheating ass democrats and their bullshit plan on mail in ballots for everyone that chose to do that. There was no way to know who was actually filling out the ballots and if they were legitimate. Trump in 2024 to finish what he started. They need to make term limits for the house and Senate, no more lifetime politicians!Every American news agency and every American news junkie is “obsessed” with Donald Trump, just as a man with a broken leg is “obsessed” with his broken leg. Pain is hard to ignore, and America is in plenty of political pain. We all want it to be over and done with, but until that happens we’d be more than human if we weren’t “obsessed” with it.(5)>>“October surprise” for the midterm election.  Well…. There is Truth, and then there are political shenanigans, dirty tricks, and fraud, The democrats have shows more than a willingness to use ALL of those of late. It has taken the focus off the terrible job Biden is doing. The leak will also make packing the Court easier for democrats. It will pit Americans against each other. The upshot is, democrats can still have their abortions. If the decision goes through, it’s legality is determined by the states. If you want to be aborted and and live in a place where it is illegal, simply call an advocacy group and they’ll arrange transportation to the nearest place that does allow it.(6)>>How about Hunter Biden for sharing classified documents with China? The same reason they have never once ran a positive story on Trump! They will do anything and everything in their power to get Trump removed! He is showing the American people how badly the lying liberal elite has been for Americans and our success! They hate freedom and independence among us lowly citizens! The MSM and social media are in the tank for the dems…that is well established. It serves them no purpose to run with this story and so they - China style - censor it. It is a disservice to the public and does not augur well for the future of “news”, They ran the Trump/Russia collusion right away because it suited their narrative. How’d that work out for them? News is news and the public can read, decide, and if there is an investigation it the truth or false will surface. Media and social media are covering up the Biden/China scandal for the same reason they are covering up alien ships at Area 51, the UN plot to create a global dystopia, the death of Paul McCartney in the late 1960s, and the fact that you have already won a million dollars if you are receiving this envelope. Spoiler: It’s because none of it is real.

Martha's Vineyard brings a smile . The immigration debate is way overdue.

Governors Abbott and DeSantis set off
the fire storm of debate on what to
do with illegal migrants .
On the line , Sanctuary states
are exposed as hypocrites .

The immigration debate is way over due, we already have an estimated 11m-12m immigrants living in the United States .  (1)>>So WHAT do YOU do with them ? .The fundamental problem is the US immigration policy and enforcement of border security. Spreading out the economic burden of undocumented immigrants is a matter of fairness. As social services in Texas, Arizona and Florida are overwhelmed, the I-95 corridor is asked in a rather rude manner to do their part. The awkward dealing with several hundred uninvited immigrants in (2)>>Martha's Vineyard brings a smile in border states who have thousands each day. The Migrant issue is a war between the Red states and the Blue states .  But while the transfers of migrants were called out by Democrats as political stunts, they also served as vivid reminders of how ill prepared heavily Democratic parts of the Northeast are to handle influxes of poor migrants, even though they have long been immigration strongholds where many people are eager to help.To the readers who support sanctuary cities and liberal policies welcoming all comers with open arms, no matter the cost to our own citizens, where is your compassion for people like this couple? No one is rolling out the red carpet for them. No volunteers are going all out to ensure their child has food and clothing. They are completely ignored and swept to the side in favor of another country’s people. Really burns me up. (3)>>The Blue States have made it clear with Sanctuary laws that they support illegal immigrants, unlike the nasty Red States. What I did amusing is that after years of telling people they are welcome, the Blue States are angry that the immigrants are arriving and calling it cruelty. "How dare you bring people to where they are welcome? You inhuman monsters!" .  As much as I dislike the GOP, this was a genius move. The Dems didn't care about the outcome of the immigrants before, but suddenly are outraged that they "are being misused" because they are expected to back up their claims of "we care about you, and welcome you with open arms."  (4)>>What I don’t understand is why Gavin Newsom is so obsessed with Florida and debating Governor Ron DeSantis. Governor  (5)>>DeSantis is focused on governing Florida. Governor Newsom should focus on governing HIS state instead of campaigning against Joe Biden in a shadow primary. Republicans love to claim California is a shithole because there are so many homeless people here, completely ignoring the fact that a tremendous number of said homeless are not even from here. These aren't people who were born here and lost their homes (well, some are, but nowhere near all of them); a huge portion are people who were already homeless in other states and came here. We didn't make them homeless; they already were. NOW  Border Patrol reports it has encountered more than 1.8 million illegally crossing migrants so far this fiscal year, which ends on Sept. 30. That’s more than all of the last fiscal year and more than double that of any single year during President Donald Trump’s term. Indeed, border encounters for this fiscal year are on track to exceed the total for Trump’s full four-year term.  (6)>>It's all Biden's fault by nature by not addressing the crisis at the border .This is bad for the country for a host of reasons. It’s bad because it does a nation no good to disrespect its own borders. It’s bad because as the country recovers from the pandemic, allowing massive numbers of people to join the economy means legal residents will have to compete with them for jobs. And it’s bad because it divides our country by flagrantly ignoring the sentiments of the half or so of voters who want illegal immigration to be controlled. When we can afford to keep paying social security beyond 2035, then we can afford more illegal border crossers. They are not, by the way, refugees, immigrants or migrants, because those people come here legally. We have to shut the border until we get our own house in order. Infrastructure is crumbling, health care is a mess, housing is unaffordable, social security is soon bankrupt…let’s do that first. Then we can welcome others.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>So WHAT do YOU do with them ?  Our immigration system has long been overburdened and outdated, and the asylum process is a big part of what’s not working. The crux of the matter is that the Biden administration dismantled or downgraded every policy that had established control over the Southern border under his predecessor and is directly responsible for the record number of illegal immigrants flooding into the country. They used to call them "undocumented" but now they have been promoted to "asylum seekers". They do have identification papers, they just forget them at home. If they really need them they just visit the local Mexican consulate, etc., and get a replacement. So, four and a half years to wait for a hearing. It gives them de facto citizenship. The rights activists have to answer the fundamental question: do US citizens have the right to decide who gains entry into their country? The system now privileges the foreigner. Just say "asylum" and you are in, for good. I don't like it. (2)>>Martha's Vineyard brings a smile in border states who have thousands each day. Martha’s Vinyard was used for this particular stunt because it’s famous for being where extremely wealthy, liberal New Englander’s live. They’re using it as a symbol of the “limousine liberal” costal elites they’re always banging on about. It’s like how Portland is used as a meme for the more chaotic leftist stereotype (degenerate, really gay, drugs for day) and Trump sent in the feds to get photo-OP’s of strongmen battling “Antifa.”What your supposed to imagine is unwashed “illegals” being dumped on the doorstep of like Gwyneth Paltrow. And the stuck-up elites holding their nose and being like “ew gross poors, not in my wealthy enclave.” So their hypocrisy is exposed and everyone laughs.Of course that’s not how anything works, but it doesn’t matter. Because they took a few pictures and are now spreading this narrative all over right-wing media and social media. There’s a counter-narrative that this stunt “backfired” since Martha’s Vineyard instantly mobilized to help them. So some people feel that the hypocrisy narrative has been disproven. I don’t think it backfired though, I think the people who it was meant for will imagine it the way they want to. (3)>>The Blue States have made it clear with Sanctuary laws that they support illegal immigrants, unlike the nasty Red States. The term 'sanctuary' means the local government refuses to work with ICE, such as providing information on those who live there. The local governments do this because they have to have the trust of those who live there in order for that local society to function. No one is stropping ICE from operating in 'sanctuary' cities. The article makes several suggestions about how the federal government can do a better job, but you need two parties willing to pass the legislation. There have been scores of illegal migrants being flown and bussed to cities around the country by the federal government for many months now. Each time without the agreement of the local officials of those cities.Frequently these flights have occurred in the middle of the night. All well documented. When a Republican governor does it, it is now "a stunt".Your premise is correct though. The system is fully broken and this administration has no interest in the hard work of fixing it.Open borders are not sustainable for a functioning sovereign nation. Shouldn't this be one of those things we can all agree on? (4)>>What I don’t understand is why Gavin Newsom is so obsessed with Florida and debating Governor Ron DeSantis. California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has called for a DOJ investigation into DeSantis’s plan, and US Attorney for Massachusetts Rachael Rollins said in a press conference that her office is seeking the DOJ’s input on the matter. According to Rachel Self, an attorney assisting the newly arrived migrants, a representative for the Department of Justice is at Joint Base Cape Cod, where the migrants are being sheltered; the DOJ declined to comment on the matter.Unfortunately for you Newsom. those 40,000 Californians became homeless/left the state/died from lockdown related causes not to mention your state had some of the biggest Covid waves in America, so it doesn't even matter what you did, you still screwed up big time. It's hard to understand the rationale for Gov. Gavin Newsom's Independence Day political ad in Florida, which urged Floridians to "join us in California where we still believe in freedom." OK, there's a political rationale given that Newsom might actually be planning to run for president, but the video ad is inexplicable. In fact, its wording suggests that Newsom might be delusional. In recent interviews, the California governor pinned his motivation on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' threat to impose a $27.5-million fine on the Special Olympics if that group didn't rescind its vaccine mandate.  (5)>>DeSantis. Funniest part of all this is that DeSantis himself is one of the yale and harvard educated elites his base rails against and I'd be absolutely floored if he didn't have friends who own property in Martha's Vineyard. Not to mention, Mass has a Republican governor...yet he's somehow owning the libs. None of it makes any sense but his base is eating it up.Democrats unable to deal with their own policies coming to their front door. They freaked out over 50 illegals being flown to one of the richest areas of America. The illegals were happy to be at the vineyard, but since these people couldn't be bothered for more than 2 days the illegals were flown to a military base. The national guard was called in to assist those that the island could not support. The truth literally does not matter to them, this whole thing is a W for the maga crowd. Also did Desantis think that rich liberals in Martha's Vineyard wouldn't take this opportunity to demonstrate how virtuous they are and how stupid Desantis is? Idiot.(6)>>It's all Biden's fault by nature by not addressing the crisis at the border . The intended implication is that Biden's mere presence is emboldening terrorists to attempt entrance into this once-great country. Even if that were true, and it's not, I'm pretty sure Biden's had enough time to implement policies that actually get shit done. The Left says things they don't mean, they virtue signal, and they don't stand for their principles. Biden had a full year last year to do something at the border . Biden is responsible for not moving quickly enough to bring DHS to heel and stop the inhumane policies that are refusing refugees of our climate crisis and our CIA terrorism at the border and leaving them to die. The crux of the matter is that the Biden administration dismantled or downgraded every policy that had established control over the southern border under his predecessor and is directly responsible for the record number of illegal immigrants flooding into the country. The administration is steadfastly dishonest about the border. Vice President Kamala Harris says the border is “secure.” " The Biden-Harris administration continues ignoring and denying the historic crisis at our southern border, which has endangered and overwhelmed Texas communities for almost two years,” said Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who has sent over 10,000 migrants to Washington, D.C., New York City and Chicago since the spring.“Overwhelmed”  is an understatement. The reason for all this is simple: the White House does not believe in deterring illegal border crossers, seeking only to process them as expeditiously as possible into the interior of the United States. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas made this explicit in a recent TV interview, where he was asked whether it is “the objective of the Biden administration to reduce, sharply reduce the total number of illegal immigrants coming across the southern border?” Mayorkas responded: “It is the objective of the Biden administration to make sure that we have safe, orderly, and legal pathways for individuals to be able to access our legal system.”In other words, no, the administration is not interested in enforcing America’s southern border.

U.K. WILL THE MONARCHY SURVIVE ????

Don't GET me wrong . Queen Elizabeth the Second was a remarkable woman , her reign in the U.K. of those 70 years is perhaps history making for Britain .
I can only write things positive for her .  (1)>>While the rest of the royals I not going say anything good about them , for decades they were and still are the fodder of English gossip & scandal . So we need to elaborate .... With the PASSING of Queen Elizabeth the Second .  (2)>>Is there a storm coming to the UNITED KINGDOM? (2.1)>>Charles as KING I honestly thought there was a chance he wouldn’t make it to king. He’s getting up there is age. He's close to being a equivalent to Joe Biden .Kinda surprised he's keeping the name. The UK doesn't have a good history with monarchs named Charles.  Didn't both Charles I and Charles II dissolve parliament? Looks like monarchy is back on the menu boys. BBC royal correspondent Nicholas Witchell said Charles will be "the oldest person, at 73, to become King in British history." (3)>>NOW it begs the question how long will the Monarchy last ???  Brexit was probably a precursor to the dissolution of the United Kingdom , which detached it from the European Union . The 20 years from 2000 to 2020 might have been objectively awful for Britain, but the country has been through other grim periods in its recent past and not seen its coherence come quite as close to breakdown as it is today. At the heart of Britain’s crisis is a crisis of identity. Put simply, no other major power is quite as conflicted about whether it is even a nation to begin with, let alone what it takes to act like one. I know this might come as a shock, but the British empire pretty much ended 80 years ago. It was on the way out, then WW2 put the nail in the coffin. The Queen, or King now, is a relic of that era, as is the now multi cultural population that washed up on British shores as the tide of empire receded.Whether I believe the monarchy should be abolished is neither here nor there. If the BBC apply the same impartiality argument that they do to every other issue then they should have anti royals on TV over the next few days. Especially during the coronation.I don't think it's going to happen, polling shows support for the monarchy. But there is a reasonably large (and growing) minority that find it an archaic and objectionable thing from the past. But it would be nice to see it discussed.I do wonder how much the queen dying will swing that. I mean, it's not unfeasible that we could have had a King Andrew the Sex Offender on the throne had things happened a little differently (Charles abdicated to go marry Camilla). The deal that Charles II made with the government back in 1700 or whatever was that the crown retains ownership of their property, but the government gets all the revenue generated from that land, and in return the government pays the royals a stipend.  (4)>>So if we abolish the monarchy that deal stops - and we lose all the money generated, which is far in excess of the amount paid to the royals. So unless you also advocate for the state annexing the private property of the royals, which some people probably do I guess. This was the perfect timing to end the monarchy in Great Britain, Queen Elizabeth ll was the perfect monarch, low key and dedicated to the job, but was surrounded by opportunists and Bon Vivan's. The British aristocracy has been a total disappointment.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>While the rest of the royals I not going say anything good about them .  Going back to when Prince Charles married Lady Diana it was a great media sensation , the wedding was broadcast around the world & indeed unforgettable . Honestly I liked Lady Diana she was the  less dramatic part of the UK royalty , which years after her death the royal family seems was falling apart . However they need a shit ton more oversight. They cannot be allowed to abuse their power as they have historically done (even up till recently). The whole Prince Andrew shenanigans, the Queen lobbying ministers, all their hidden wealth. There should be strict rules for being in the royal family, which you can of course opt out of. In so far as the British royal family has a set of assumptions about superiority, they are largely about class. Racism, where it exists, is a subset of that. If there is an original sin in British ruling circles, it is snobbery; the valuation of a person according to family and birth. Also, yes, in theory, the Royals perpetuate the class system but in practice I’m not sure they have that much impact. Personally I’d like to see a slimmed down Monarchy a bit like NL or in Scandinavia which was a bit less costly. Imagine believing any monarch and their bourgeois fuck lords in power could be held accountable for inflicting poverty on us. Poverty kills. It has killed thousands in the UK already and there’s more to come.No greater evil than letting an issue persist for so long when there are things that could be done within our current framework to alleviate this stress and prevent further tragedies.Instead, 30 million quid to a bunch of do nothing all day greedy monarchs that live in the lap of luxury. Billions of pounds in tax breaks for the “owners” of our country. Rapid and unabashed exploitation of people and our workers.30 million quod could in theory go towards rehousing the homeless. Billions lost in corruption could easily be directed to the NHS to set up new clinics. Tax could do more.(2)>>Is there a storm coming to the UNITED KINGDOM?  The British Empire is long past it’s heyday. That’s just a fact. They’ve gone from being the biggest empire in history to a commonwealth held together by little more than inertia. In terms of actual power they have little. But lose of their empire does not mean the country itself is falling apart. No, Brexit means the country is falling apart.First of all, Brexit was a dumb move economically. In the immediate aftermath of Brexit the UK lost a lot of money, and it lost a good chunk of its economy. UK banks serving as a door to Europe. Gone. International trade. Slowed. Cheap foreign labor. Elsewhere. The purely economic effects of Brexit are going to slowly creep up in the coming decades, because there’s no economic model in which a small nation leaving its trade bloc doesn’t lose money..  But the problems with Brexit run much deeper. The country was split almost perfectly down the middle. Half the country opposed a major decision that will have permanent ramifications. That’s not good for national unity. And only a few years before Brexit half of Scotland voted to leave the UK entirely. The global pandemic has put further referendums on the back burner, but there are still growing nationalist movements in Scotland and Ireland, and any future problems in the UK are only going to give them more fuel. The UK will cease to exist within 4 years when Scotland leaves. Possibly even before that, NI could join the republic.  (2)>>Charles as KING .   Prince - now King - Charles has waited his entire adult life, well into what should be his retirement, to take his seat on the throne. As Charles III , it must be noted that one of his sons could be the next PRINCE of WALES . But Charles has bit of a long dark side to his character . Besides "cheating" on Lady Diana , hes Did you know future King of England, Prince Charles, is a key player in Britain's military industrial complex? He was sent to help sell arms to the Saudis and help with their murderous military campaigns.Nice to see the future head of state has such international interests, amirite?I hope you enjoyed that fact. To summon me again, or find out more about me, just say: "Reggie-Bot" and I'll be there! .If Charles is ever crowned, he must feel he won't have long to serve. Then expressing opinions is not the royal thing to do, and hasn't Charles had to learn that lesson of late? In June, he was criticized for having reportedly described government plans to send migrants to Rwanda as "Appalling."Charles may yet hand the reins to his eldest son William.Just days before her death, William and Kate said they would move their family home closer to the Queen's own. (3)>>NOW it begs the question how long will the Monarchy last ???  The antiquated monarchy should also be done with the passing of the Queen along with the dissolution of the Commonwealth. British colonization and decolonization after WW2 have been genocidal like brutal, for example partition of India, quelling counter-insurgency in Malaysia, etc etc. All of which was done in the name of the ruling monarch. The institution is bathed in blood and any attempt to keep it going in the 21st century is foolish. The Brits are welcome to keep their foolish monarchy rituals with their tax money, the former colonies that are still part of the commonwealth should just quit the group! (4)>>So if we abolish the monarchy that deal stops .  There has long been talk among republicans that the monarchy should end with the death of Queen Elizabeth II - and the portion of people in the UK who believe the monarchy should be done away with is growing.  On the most basic level, the British people would need to vote on a referendum, not unlike the 2016 Brexit referendum where 51.9% of participants voted for the U.K. to leave the European Union. Advocates for a British Republic say they'd want a sizable majority to be in favor of abolishing the monarchy before pushing for such a referendum. And this feels like a long way off. In a poll taken the week before Harry and Meghan's interview, just 17% of Britons said it would be better for the future of the country if the monarchy were abolished. The most-cited reason for supporting the monarchy is that they sum up who the British people are. They’re Britishness itself. This is an argument that was often deployed by the Daily Telegraph’s Peter Oborne during last year’s royal wedding “celebrations”. In the UK there is actually no executive ability to be able to replace it. This is one of the biggest issues with Brexit, as so many laws and regulations need to be written and enacted. It’s a reason why it has taken four years - simply put the government in the UK is so useless and couldn’t do it. To abolish the Monarchy it is really difficult, it will decades, of work. Then you have the whole divorce arrangement. The entire peerage system needs to be unravelled first as the Monarch/Dukes are actually not people but entities. The UK will need a written constitution. The Monarch is actually head of three entities - The Church of England, The Commonwealth and the UK.

Biden's Speech against MAGA ( a Observation )

Biden Unleashed !
calling out MAGA and Trump.
Did Biden do more harm
or for the better
good of the November 22
midterms ?
The Big Hocus Pocus....First keep Biden in the Basement ....Now Pull Joe Biden out for all to See.....But alas the Background is Just a little off,....But No Problem some "Unofficial Biden Fixers" got Joe covered.....So He looks "Just Right". This whole Presidential Term reads like a Fairy Tale, unfortunately one with a dark theme.(1)>>Biden unleashed !
The president came in for withering mockery online for the harsh black and red backdrop, with many comparing the optics to “Star Wars” and “V for Vendetta.”  His anti MAGA speech that was supposed to be on "unity" was such a flop that its getting a backlash from Democrats as well.  (1.2)>>So , Biden's is not even sure what the hell was he talking about later he denies what he said. Speaking to reporters afterwards , Biden said he wasn't referring to "any Trump supporter" when he spoke about the threats posed to American democracy the night before. This whole speech shows that Biden is afraid that he might face TRUMP and lose in 2024 to him. While Biden has signaled over the past week or more that he plans to escalate his rhetoric against the GOP heading into Labor Day and the post-holiday sprint to November, liberals are cheering the tactic as long overdue — even if its impact is uncertain. Despite White House suggestions that the address would not be political, it’s hard to not see how it would not be seen through a partisan lens, or that it even makes any difference. ANY WAY . IT WAS POLITICAL , and pretty much anti Trump , anti MAGA . This speech was so unnecessary , what a facade it was . I am as middle of the road as they come... But I see our nation splitting before my eyes. The divisiveness is rooted in the left. The theme of the democratic party is divide and then divide some more. Hopefully both sides move more towards center. Probably not...   (2)>>Biden has to focus in UNITY with in CONGRESS but people who like Donald Trump or the MAGA movement are entitled to their views.  (3)>>Yawn, ignoring all Bidens failures won’t make anything better. The fact he is still talking about Trump indicates a FEAR of running against him and Politician Joe is trying to frame this in a way to make it seem like it’s about “democracy” when it’s simply a stunt to avoid facing Trump again. (4)>>It’s a pre 2024 hate speech to paint Orange Man as evil, yet again. They spent years attacking and impeaching Trump over blatant lies. None of it had any basis in reality. They took his words and twisted them to attack him. Nothing of substance besides Trump just being egotistical and bombastic was actually used against him. People are remembering Trump, and then comparing him to Biden. (4.1)>>Keep in mind if it wasn't for the laptop stories suppression he likely would have won. The guy isn't unpopular, the government just hates him. In their obsession to stop Trump at all costs, the Left may actually be nailing their own coffin for the next presidential election, because it will solidify support behind this man,  (5)>>Ron DeSantis. Who most will find more electable and appealing anyways. If the Left really thinks Trump is broke goods and unelectable, they would just sit back, and allow him to run then. But even 19 months since leaving office, they are still terrified of him. So they make him out to be the Boogie Man. Because they know Joe is an epic failure, and that they have no one else appealing to offer American voters. So make everything about the Boogie Man this next election. They think Trump is the sure threat, but they don’t even realize it’s actually Ron DeSantis at this point. Let them keep exhausting all their time and energy on Trump. My understanding is that, at the most basic bare-bones level, like toddler level shit, is that there is two ends of political freedom: autocracy and democracy. As in, rule of one and rule of the people. All government types fall under the spectrum between these two points. The most democratic form of government would be some e-gov direct democracy shit I guess, and feudalism would be deep into the autocracy wing. A republic is a type of democracy and is therefore a democracy.  (6)>>End of story.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>Biden unleashed ! Uncle Joe is something I worry about way too much. He might trip and fall on the debate stage, I worry. His face will distort the grimace , Old Joe might trip over the next staircase, hurt his finger walking the dog, or fall off his bike, and I'm afraid for his safety. President's health is not a matter of national secrets. Secrets cannot be kept from the American people by the president. For our elderly Joe, kindly request an independent medical commission and a cognitive test. Seems like he's speaking about himself and fellow Dems - “I do think anyone who calls for the use of violence, refuses to acknowledge an election … changing the way you count votes, that is a threat to democracy.”"I do think anyone who calls for the use of violence, refuses to acknowledge an election … changing the way you count votes, that is a threat to democracy." Like Democrat Stacie Abrams, like Albert Gore prince of the hanging chads, like John Kerry author of the Ohio Diebold voting machine conspiracy. Like Hillary Clinton queen of the Russian Conspiracy and all the Democrats with the "Resist" bumper...(1.2)>>So , Biden's is not even sure what the hell was he talking about later he denies what he said.  NOW denying that he attacked Donald Trump voters despite having repeatedly slammed “MAGA Republicans” allied with the former president. “Do you consider all Trump supporters to be a threat to this country?” a reporter asked Biden at the end of his only scheduled public remarks of the day. I’ve gotta say that Biden’s ideas of uniting the country, hadn’t squared with my idea of the way someone interested in doing that would conduct himself to go about it, or would behave. He and his minions had convinced me long before this unfortunate speech and shameful display to change my voting affiliation from “I” to full-on “R” and I won’t be voting for a “D” again in this lifetime! I’m truly disgusted with Biden, his administration, and the entire Democratic Party. (2)>>Biden has to focus in UNITY with in CONGRESS.  Biden should work on uniting ALL OF CONGRESS  , so both parties can work for the American people and not bickering .And for President Biden, the slogan comes down to one word: “unity.”Biden campaigned on — and came to office promising — the ineffable concept of unity, a feel-good catchall that proffered bipartisan bonhomie, but with few tangible specifics.Biden told the country, “On this January day, my whole soul is in this: Bringing America together, uniting our people, and uniting our nation. And I ask every American to join me in this cause.” Nice sentiment, but was it sincere? Given the level of cynicism in the country toward all things political today, it’s reasonable to wonder whether Americans felt his unity pledge was heartfelt or just another politician saying what he thinks people want to hear? (3)>>Yawn, ignoring all Bidens failures won’t make anything better.  Biden is a disaster. Inflation, Immigration control and Border security, energy policy, etc. I just don't understand how anyone can think that things are better now under Biden than with Trump's policies had in place. What am i missing? millions walking across the border willy nilly and people don't care. all they do is bash republicans as a "threat to democracy", you know the country's done. the writing is on the wall. Joe Biden is pathetic. It was too much to hope for that he would do the right thing and say it's time to stop hating one another and we must now work together, and respect one another. It would certainly be a day late and dollar short, but at least it would be a 180 degree change. People look at Biden and not just for how bad his policies have been to this country, which he has run into the ground. But the fact that he had a beautiful opportunity to have a defining moment and be a strong, serious leader who could have admitted mistakes and said now we all must work together or some such. He should have said he was giving pardons to those who are enduring very biased and abusive trials, who have been abused physically in the DC jail (see court records on that, too) let's face it, they were a disorganized mob who trespassed and did stupid things the charges they face are so overblown. But Biden is no Abe Lincoln, who said with charity for all and malice toward none. Biden has not the quality, intelligence, capacity or insight nor does he ever do any introspection. He just wanted to be president so bad, he sold his soul for it. And we are the ones who suffer.(4)>>It’s a pre 2024 hate speech to paint Orange Man as evil. FUNNY BIDEN thing calling out Trump by name in this speech, what get's me is that the sheer mention of Trump is giving him the free press he needs   . Now as I give this observation . Personally its going to backfire on Biden and the Democrats . The so called evil orange man is not going away . Honestly as I said before , the "swamp" wants Trump in handcuffs . I'm tired of being told that if I believe there was something wrong with the last election, I'm a "threat to democracy." It just proves that the Dems don't really believe the stuff they're spreading about Republicans being a "threat to Democracy". If they did believe it, they wouldn't take a chance on empowering them to take office. How condescending. The Democratic Party—which has also deployed this shady scheme in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Pennsylvania—is playing with fire. Democrats have rightly made protecting democracy a national issue. But cynically propping up enemies of democracy undercuts this message. Negative advertising works because both major parties can point to the other one and say "They're worse." And, both of them work to bring out the worst in the other party to help make it that way. (4.1)>>Keep in mind if it wasn't for the laptop stories suppression he likely would have won.  Whatever was on the laptop was on the laptop. But what I can say is Hunter Biden on the board of directors of Burisma makes no sense at all. He is obviously a very ill man, he has no expertise to offer Burisma, and he has nothing to do with Ukraine. There is no plausible reason for him to be on the board of a massive Ukrainian energy company. Near as I can tell, the actual things that have been proven seems to be pretty consistent with "Someone hacked Hunter Biden's iCloud account, loaded up the data into a laptop, maybe sprinkled in some additional stuff, and passed it along to a political patsy". It doesn't help that there's a lot of things that people seem to be just outright making up in places like 4chan, with a "I can't post it, just trust me bro" justification.Like, ok, is Hunter Biden an addict? Yeah, but everyone already knew that. Did he use the family name to get access to jobs he probably wouldn't have otherwise? Yeah, but that's nothing new in America. Well, since Democrats have decided to invoke "contempt of congress" as means of enforcing their will, Republicans are obliged to follow suit. (5)>>Ron DeSantis. Ron DeSantis is responding to President Joe Biden‘s speech on the “soul” of the nation, describing the President as “the American Nero” and a “failed leader” in fresh comments this weekend.“I thought it was one of the most disgusting speeches an American President has ever given. He ran as being a unifier, and he’s basically saying to the vast majority of the country that disapproves of him that they’re effectively a threat to the public.”DeSantis made the comments during Friday’s episode of the Fox News Channel’s Ingraham Angle. The Governor extended his critic beyond Biden’s oratory, also impugning the President’s age.“He dodders. He lashes out,” DeSantis lamented, before offering descriptions of Biden policies that have “left wreckage in his wake.”(6)>>End of story.  Biden couldn't speak about his failed policies so he had to attack Republicans. " … changing the way you count votes, that is a threat to democracy.” But when Trump won in 2016, there were calls to abolish the Electoral College by Democrats. Isn't that "changing the way we count votes"? I'm absolutely floored they didn't claim "Russian Interference", again. They muted it because they knew it was bad. They knew it was beyond the pale. But instead of calling it out and plastering it wall to wall for being the most divisive presidential speech ever spoken they decided to try to help soften it. They are complicit. Complicit, the word the libs love to tag anyone they disagree with with. But they the libs are the most complicit when it comes to this complete disaster of a president. By the way, formula is still hard to come for babies. Babies in America are still having a hard time getting food. Not that that makes the news anymore.

Student Loan Forgiveness ?????The CATCH 22!

Long ago, a high school education became the norm required of most everybody and publicly financed high schools became available to all. Since then the body of knowledge has increased immensely. I believe it is high time that post secondary education should be available to all in schools that are publicly supported. Of course, private schools would continue and be supported privately.
(1)>>Student Loan Forgiveness ?????The CATCH 22!.I think everybody knows that student loan payments starting up again without any word on debt cancelation would have signaled that current admin wouldn't be doing anything with regards to (2)>>blanket cancelation. I don't see anything at all to take out of this statement. Under Biden's loan forgiveness order, individuals earning less than $125K ($250K for married couples) will qualify for $10K in loan forgiveness, plus another $10K if they received a Pell Grant to go to school. Pell grants are financial aid provided to people who display "exceptional financial need and have not already earned an undergraduate degree"Legal scholars broadly seem to agree that this is within the President's executive power, since the forgiveness applies only to federal student loan debt, but there is some disagreement on the subject.Conservative groups have raised concerns about inflation, tuition growth, and (3)>> increased borrowing from students expecting future loan forgiveness, or fundamental fairness issues for people who paid off their loans. Cynics have accused Biden of "buying votes".
The Student Debt Loan "trap".
Let's quickly think here .  (4)>>The way Student loans are set up , they are nothing but a debt trap. The idea is that it’s regressive to prove income to pay them off before you are educated, since the point of education is to have higher income, and full time students typically are low income. As a result, if you set income limits for qualifying for student loans, the poor would essentially be denied access to higher ed, worsening the gap between rich and poor. They make money on every purchase, even if you pay it back an hour layer, and they want a stable base of people that are almost zero risk of defaulting in addition to those drowning in interest debt. (5)>>Second, the government’s existing loan forgiveness programs are almost comically evil. If you spend 20 years making less than nothing but still pay the income adjusted monthly amount you MAY get certain loans forgiven, even though if bankruptcy were an option you could likely discharge that loan and be financially free from the consequences within 5-10 years.Actually, Frumy-baby, the loan system is pretty fucked up independent of the high cost of college tuition. First, Congress made student loans almost impossible to discharge in bankruptcy. They did that so that private lenders would enter the marketplace and lend directly to students. However, many private lenders exploited students through unnecessary servicing fees and aggressive collection practices. Obama took over the loan origination process to prevent lenders from exploiting students, but the inability to discharge in bankruptcy remains, and the often higher-than-market interest rates. The other loan forgiveness, public sector employment, may be the greatest single scam the government ever played on taxpayers that it invited to participate in a government program. Instead of making it easy, the government managed to make it almost impossible to qualify, causing some people to spend 10 years of their life making employment decisions that probably lost them substantial income only to find out they couldn’t discharge the loan because of that one summer they spent being a waiter so that they could continue to pay their fucking student loans. Finally, right now the government is earning trillions in income from its direct lending practices to students. Yeah, the cost of college is too high, but for the moment the government is using the high cost of college to help balance the federal budget. Why does that make sense?  (6)>>It’s like placing a special tax on 18-30 year olds in order to fund the government’s operating expenses. If the government needs more revenue, then tax those that are actually making money, and disburse these loans interest-free.
Reforming the STUDENT LOAN PROCESS or GET RID OF IT.
(7)>>The economy sucks, we haven’t heard anything because the Fedloan and MOHELA transfer is probably a giant clusterfuck, thanks to the waiver the backlog of forms is months long, and from what I understand the infrastructure on the backend is just so gummed up that restarting payments is a gargantuan task.I’m just guessing here but I suspect the biggest reason it gets extended is that they can’t, there’s just too many administrative tasks they need to get out of the way. The student loan crisis has affected so many people the volume of paperwork we’ve all generated has totally overwhelmed our loan servicers and the DoE. Or at least that’s the reality I choose to live in. ;)  (8)>>A lot of people object to student loan forgiveness because they view it as “unfair.” After all, the borrower willingly took out the loan. This is certainly a valid objection. But most people don’t care about your moral scruples. They’ll just call you uncaring and move on.But the economic ramifications are a little harder to ignore – if you understand them. And they will impact everybody whether they think they care now or not.Remember those stimulus checks?   (9)>>Everybody was thrilled to get that “free” money. But you’re paying for those stimmy checks today through the inflation tax. Most people seem less than pleased.  Forgiving student loan debt doesn't make sense in an economy that is already experiencing high inflation. While definitely not the root cause, the freezing of student loan payments has contributed to the inflation we are seeing. I was listening to a Planet Money that claimed only one in five borrower's made any payments towards their loans during the freeze. This equates to a lot more dollars in the market chasing roughly the same amount of goods/services.I really wish they would also aggressively reform the current system. Loan forgiveness is needed but that can’t be the last step. It’s not good for society when someone wanting to make a better life for themselves has to weigh that against the formidable amount of debt that comes with it, especially when their risk may not pan out but the debt is non bankruptable.   (10)>>Student Loans are a economic Government RIP OFF ! Debt forgiveness generally counts as income, making it taxable, but under the American Rescue Plan Act, student loan debt forgiveness between 2021 and 2025 does not count toward federal taxable income, according to the Tax Foundation.Presidents Trump and Biden used emergency executive power to extend the forbearance, which has cost taxpayers about $5 billion a month.   What they want everyone to forget is that in 2010 they used the last recession to justify a federal takeover of student loans that have since more than doubled to $1.6 trillion. Now they’re using the pandemic to justify loan write-offs they said would never happen.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Student Loan Forgiveness ?????The CATCH 22!  In terms of its scale in budget and cost to taxpayers, widespread student loan forgiveness would rank among the largest transfer programs in American history. Based on data from the Department of Education, forgiving all federal loans (as Senator Bernie Sanders proposed) would cost on the order of $1.6 trillion. I think most Americans think Joe Biden or Congress can just wave some kind of magic wand and student loan debt will just disappear. Poof! No harm, no foul. In fact, I think a lot of people believe student loan forgiveness will stick it to the evil banks who lent out all of that money. But it doesn’t work that way. Based on my understanding of the White House release, it said that due to the reforms, most borrowers should be able to be debt free in ten years, not that they will forgive all loans left after 10 years."Forgive loan balances after 10 years of payments, instead of 20 years, for borrowers with original loan balances of $12,000 or less. The Department of Education estimates that this reform will allow nearly all community college borrowers to be debt-free within 10 years."   (2)>>blanket cancelation. Currently, 46 million Americans have outstanding student loans. Of that number, 45.4 million hold federally-backed loans. The total student loan bill stands at $1.75 trillion.  The second problem is the US government doesn’t have any money. It will have to borrow billions more to pay for any loan forgiveness scheme. Borrowed money has to be paid back by taxpayers, either in the form of higher taxes or inflation – likely both.  But I really want something done to fix the predatory setup we have been subjecting our children to for at least 15 years. Placing tremendous pressure that they attend college, providing loans that are described as the most collectible form of debt that just quietly compound in interest, and minimal education on what the loan actually means.I don’t want to keep adding to the collective of people that get screwed by this. This particular line feels like a step in that direction, as at least the debt should roll off sooner.(3)>> increased borrowing from students expecting future loan forgivenessThe interest is why the student loan crisis exists in the first place. The student loan crisis has many factors, and interest is one of them. But so is giving out loans like candy, as well as schools continuously raising tuition because they have an unlimited supply of people willing to take out loans. It's all connected. Laying the blame on one aspect is shortsighted, and we will still be in the same predicament a few years into the future.People paying thousands towards their debt only to owe more than the initial loan. Or god forbid you have to file a hardship deferment and the debt just keeps growing despite you’re demonstration that you aren’t earning enough to pay it. (4)>>The way Student loans are set up , they are nothing but a debt trap . It’s a fair enough argument that student debt relief only benefits a small percentage of Americans. But two columns ago Frum was arguing for massive relief for people who aren’t Americans at all. Many people make the mistake. In high school we aren't taught to go for a degree that'll make us money, we are taught to go after what looks good to us. So many of my friends are like you. Damn near six figures in student loan debt for a useless business degree that can't land them anything more than 40 or 50k a year.Real money is in the trades. The sort of stuff high school (at least for me) told us to "avoid" because it was dirty, hard work.Well fuck that. I paid less than 6 grand for trade school (most paid by pell grant) and landed a job making damn near 50k a year right outa graduation. Schooling barely lasted a year. Zero student loan debt and already making more than some of my peers with 4 year degrees.High school needs to do a better job educating people on what to expect of a degree in the local area. That liberal arts degree might call to your inner self and sound rewarding on a intellectual level, but outside of certain major cities you ain't gonna get shit job wise with it.(5)>>Second, the government’s existing loan forgiveness programs are almost comically evilBut that just illustrates the increasingly tortured economic paradoxes at the heart of modern higher education, where schools have no incentive to provide affordable prices as long as they can count on federal dollars for making education affordable. Ultimately, Parent PLUS sluices more cash into the college-industrial complex, helping educators jack up their tuitions while pressuring parents to make up the difference with debt, while doing nothing to ensure they’re getting a real return on their investment. It enhances accessibility, but not really affordability, simply giving parents a way to punt the skyrocketing costs into the future. Even some advocates who fiercely defended Parent PLUS during a high-profile controversy in 2011, when the Obama administration briefly reined in loans to parents with sketchy credit histories, told me the program is deeply troubled and inherently flawed. (6)>>It’s like placing a special tax on 18-30 year olds in order to fund the government’s operating expenses.Whenever a debt (including a student loan debt) is forgiven, waived, reduced, or cancelled, a borrower may have to pay taxes on the canceled balance, as if the cancelled debt was “income” earned by the borrower during the year that the cancellation occurred. In such circumstances, the lender would send the borrower a tax document called a Form 1099-C during tax season, showing the exact amount of loan forgiveness and requiring the borrower to report that amount as “income” on their tax return.(7)>>The economy sucks. In the meantime, advocates, students and lawmakers to his left flank have been urging the president to forgive even more — from $50,000 per borrower to total student debt forgiveness, and they seem to be gaining some ground. The wording isn't exactly clear but it appears that whatever you pay, any additional interest is waived. I think more information will come to clarify this."Cover the borrower’s unpaid monthly interest, so that unlike other existing income-driven repayment plans, no borrower’s loan balance will grow as long as they make their monthly payments—even when that monthly payment is $0 because their income is low." However, according to higher-education experts, economists and recent research, canceling student debt is likely to bump up inflation only in a minor way. In the grand scheme of the student forgiveness debate, experts told Money that inflation is actually among the least of their worries.  (8)>>A lot of people object to student loan forgiveness because they view it as “unfair.” The institution of student lending has given universities free reign to basically charge whatever the hell they want, because the government will pay them, even if the students aren't then able to pay the government. The cost of higher education in America far exceeds the cost anywhere else in the world, and we're not even that much better (if any) than many other developed countries. It's an absolute disgrace.(9)>>Everybody was thrilled to get that “free” money. Forgiving student loans will be another inflationary force. For an Administration theoretically concerned about inflation, the Biden Bunch either has no clue what causes it or only cares about inflation's effects on their political prospects.  (10)>>Student Loans are a economic Government RIP OFF ! Universities and colleges need to address spiraling tuition. They're the unrepresented party that gets "rich" on all of this. Why don't we focus on them as well? They overcharge for their services, leaving former students and the US taxpayer to deal with the fallout. Can we hold them accountable on some level of putting the students into this position? (Students who take the loans obviously bear a great deal of the responsibility, they obviously made the choice to attend the school).
