What's Missing from the Mueller Report : Mueller .

Did Mueller actually write his
report ? After his shaky testimony
it makes you wonder .
Welcome to July 24th, I waiting for Robert Mueller to unleash the beast , being knowledgeable about his report. (1)>>Mueller was missing! The former special counsel delivered a less-than-blockbuster performance, frequently dodging questions and repeatedly asking lawmakers to repeat their inquiries. To be sure, Mueller’s primary job as special counsel was to determine whether and to what extent the Russians carried out a massive cyberattack on our democratic electoral processes in 2016, and his investigation and prosecutions of those foreign agents who interfered with our last presidential election was an unqualified success. When he finally answered questions in public, the result was a halting and deeply unsatisfying event for lawmakers and the American public that (1.2)>>may end up diluting the weight of his thorough 448-page report -- and diminishing the reputation of the legendary lawman. However, when it came to finding out whether the Trump campaign and its affiliates conspired with the Russians to tip the electoral scales towards Trump and away from Clinton, and whether Trump obstructed the investigation, Mueller’s analysis and conclusions are ultimately unsatisfactory. While Mueller appeared distinctly uncomfortable discussing Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice before the House Judiciary Committee in the morning, he appeared more comfortable in the House Intelligence Committee’s afternoon hearing, which focused on (1.3)>>Russian interference in the election. Several weeks before the hearings, Mueller made it clear that he wouldn’t discuss anything outside his final report, although Democrats and Republicans both seemed to think they could somehow coax him to do it anyway. (2)>>BUT MUELLER'S Testimony was confusing [ and his report] while it did not exonerate Trump it vaguely spell out like this from Mueller's words "If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment." Ultimately, Mueller declared to head-scratching effect that "[w]hile this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him." Basically the report made no sense , Mueller did not read it  , or was ill prepared . With Mueller unwilling to put the report’s findings into his own words, Democrats and Republicans largely spun their wheels Wednesday. To make headway on any issue, lawmakers were mostly left asking yes or no questions. And even then, Mueller was often evasive. He repeatedly referred both parties back to his report, and he refused to discuss anything that was not already public.Democrats got “no more than what was expected,” Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) said Wednesday night. Mueller has reaffirmed that his report didn’t exonerate Trump, giving Democrats a soundbite they’re likely to use over and over as they seek to build a  new case against the president. He also affirmed Justice Department guidelines that a president can be indicted after leaving office. But Mueller’s testimony nevertheless gathered a certain quiet force as the day wore on, first before the House Judiciary Committee and then the Intelligence Committee, whose chairman, Representative Adam Schiff of California, had the last word and sought to have Mueller help “broaden the aperture” at the hearings’ end.“From your testimony today, I’d gather that knowingly accepting assistance from a foreign government is unethical,” Schiff had barely said before Mueller quickly interrupted him. “And a crime … given certain circumstances,” Mueller said.If Mueller’s testimony frustrated Democrats—and delighted the Trump White House—it’s because he repeatedly refused to be drawn into either partisan talking points or legal and constitutional hypotheticals. “Mueller wouldn’t be baited by Congressional Republicans into discussing  (3)>>Fusion GPS or the "Steele Dossier” So what went Wrong ?. Mueller had no idea what Fusion GPS or the Steele Dossier was. He was clearly just a doddering figure head used by the nineteen DNC operatives in their attempted coup. During Mueller's highly anticipated appearance before the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday, Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, asked the ex-special counsel about a section of his report that referenced a heavily scrutinized meeting at Trump Tower in June 2016 with members of the Trump campaign and Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya. The information on the meeting was from Fusion GPS, and based on research by ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele. Who made the decision to not look into the Steele dossier, the company that paid for it or the links to the Clinton campaign?Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, also grilled former special counsel on Capitol Hill Wednesday, accusing him of selective prosecution methods and promising Attorney General Bill Barr would get to the truth.  Just think  if the Obama campaign team met with Russians, the Republicans would be investigating until the end of the 21st century ? On the flip side of the equation .After yesterday's disastrous performance by the so-called leader of the Mueller investigation and report, It's now time to investigate the investigators .

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Mueller was missing! . It was clear to everyone who watched Wednesday’s hearings that Mueller was not at the top of his game. The man seemed tired and old. He stumbled over words, botched certain details, and at times seemed unfamiliar with aspects of his eponymous report. He was neither the aggrieved resistance hero that Twitter fantasists had imagined him to be, nor the blockbuster witness that some of the thirstier members of the Democratic caucus may have hoped for when devising the hearing. Instead, he was who he always said he was: a tight-lipped Order Muppet who refused to extrapolate on the details laid out in his report.   The suggestion that Mueller did not write the report himself has been floated before -- Fox & Friends co-host Brian Kilmeade said in June that he doesn’t think Mueller “knows the details of the report.” Now that the hearings have begun, right-wing media figures from "Pizzagate" conspiracy theorist Jack Posobiec to Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace are pushing some version of the claim that the hearing “does raise questions” about whether Mueller wrote the special counsel report.Fox News anchor Wallace said the hearing “does raise questions about the degree to which” Mueller “was actually in charge of -- in control of this report.” Wallace concluded that Mueller “doesn’t seem very much in control or charge of what the final report was.”(1.2)>>may end up diluting the weight of his thorough 448-page report. Clearly, with not much speculation  that Mueller did not write his report , since , or was ill prepared . Adding to the theory that the "report" was probably the work of several writers , Mueller was not briefed of it contents . His ignorance of FUSION GPS is stunning.Christopher Steele were key elements in determining the level of Russian interference in the 2016 election, were detailed at length. Mueller’s inability to answer so many questions, and his lack of familiarity with the report itself, the question must now be asked: Who DID write the Mueller report? (2)>>BUT MUELLER'S Testimony was confusing [ and his report] Mueller repeatedly violated this rule by suggesting that the reason he did not indict President Donald Trump was because of a Justice Department opinion stating that a sitting president can’t be indicted. No such clear-cut statement appears in the Mueller report itself, nor in a letter jointly written by the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Special Counsel. Mueller’s testimony also created a conflict between the criteria used in Part 1 of his report (conspiracy with Russia) and Part 2 (obstruction of justice). A Republican congressman asked him why he failed to come to a conclusion about obstruction of justice while coming to a conclusion about conspiracy. His answer was incoherent. The overall conclusion many people will draw from Mueller’s confusing testimony is that the report should no longer be called the Mueller report. It seems quite clear that Mueller himself did not play a major role in compiling it or writing its conclusions. He did not seem familiar with its content, nor was he able to answer proper questions.(1.3)>>Russian interference in the election.   The republicans may not want to investigate Russian involvement in the last and the upcoming elections because they feel the Russians are helping their party. But keep in mind that with all the gaff tweets from trump he may mindlessly tweet something that will rile Putin and Putin will be done with trump and aid Democrats. The allies sword swings both ways.   So why was the special counsel confined to investigating Russian influence /collusion with the Trump campaign ignoring the Hillary Clinton collusion/influence ? Partisan politics not really charged with finding out the truth. Another sad day for our feckless politicians ( on both sides of the aisle) and more important , the American people .  Still as of Now the Proof of Russian meddling as described in the Mueller report or "evidence" has to be brought to the American people , while we might read the "evidence" it's hard to believe that as the narrative spin  is that some how the Russian trolls convinced the gullible Americans to vote for Trump . Its too far fetched , even if it's true we must consider that Americans are easily manipulated by subliminal political messages & look at the fact that  Trump won the nomination of the GOP , the question of the electoral collage eliminates the Russians as the source of Trump winning in 2016 . It is possible that Trump had help from the inside sounds more probable , logical than Russia . I believe that the 2016 election was a coup within our system by right wing  Republican conspirators in Congress , perhaps Hillary winning was too much for them , so they rallied behind Trump , worked the voting system to change the outcome . Sorry it  was not Russia. (3)>>Fusion GPS or the "Steele Dossier” Democrats have gotten a few good lines from him, such as saying Trump wasn't "exculpated" by the probe. It's been harder for Republicans, who wanted to question the origins of the Russia probe.. Mueller's final report alleged that Russia attempted to interfere in the 2016 presidential elections using trolls to sow chaos on social media and hackers to steal emails and release them ahead of the election . Now this later evolved that Trump colluded with Russia , right now there is a frenzy to impeach Donald Trump based on scanty evidence of this while ignoring his real crimes .

Bits And Pieces is a Jigsaw Puzzle !

  Bits And Pieces 1.
Trump crosses the line to end
decades of war ,
is slammed for trying .
Bits And Pieces is a Jigsaw Puzzle . So is our current Government . There is so much going on that sometimes it is hard to keep a pace on the news & politics . To begin with , we have (1)>>Donald Trump crossing the DMZ into North Korea . It made a world wide reaction , many of it seen positive all around the world except the United States , yes the media jumped to hammer the President as acting reckless , or bowing down to the North Korean Dictator . It seems that our "liberal" media can't see the "historical significance " . Ending the war , reverse decades of failed polices have to be turned around regarding North Korea. Korean War persists nearly 70 years on, and we are now presented with a real opportunity to end it. Many Americans may not realize that there was never a peace agreement or a formal end to the war in which up to 4 million people were killed. In 1953, a temporary ceasefire was signed by U.S. and North Korean military commanders, with a recommendation to return in 90 days to negotiate a political settlement. That never happened. It may seem like a technicality, but to millions of Koreans, it’s a reality. Its a good thing!!! (2)>>Korean Peninsula is no longer on the brink of war, which seemed like a real possibility in 2017, and the memory of U.S. President Donald Trump’s “fire and fury”. My "critical analysis " about Trump here is that he should also extend the hand to Iran as well , not just North Korea . For the moment, diplomacy remains preferable to the alternatives. Give peace a chance.
"We need help , these people are crossing
and we don't have any more room
to house them ......
"
Bits And Pieces 2.
If the Democrats want to convince the American public that  (3)>>"there is no crisis at the border", they are truly out of touch . The fact that many of these Detainees are being held in cages , in pens. (3.1)>>With Trump now as the DE PORTER in Chief . The fact that the detention centers are so over crowded  that it is becoming impossible to hold all these people . The facts are that all the (4)>>facilities used to house the "refugees" where never built to hold that many people pouring daily through the American southern border . In November 2017, ICE reported that its total average daily population for FY 2018 was 39,322 people. This marks the second year in a row the U.S. government hit an unprecedented high in how many immigrants it incarcerates. ICE currently has nine facilities available to detain juveniles, with approximately six of those limited to under 72 hours. These are neither family detention centers nor Office of Refugee Resettlement children’s shelters; instead, ICE contracts with juvenile jails to hold children under 18 separate from adults, including their family members. The facilities used to jail children for longer than 72 hours are the Northern Oregon Juvenile Detention facility in The Dalles, Oregon; the Abraxas Academy Detention Center in Morgantown, Pennsylvania; and the
" Nancy and Chuck we have a serious problem
we have to fix this & its not
a manufactured crisis !!!"
Cowlitz County Juvenile facility in Longview, Washington. While the average detention population for these facilities is only one to three children, the average length of stay for a juvenile detained in one of the three facilities ranges from 100 to 240 days. This means that in recent years ICE has detained dozens of children in juvenile jails for many months on end, in remote locations far from family and any accessible legal representation. To make it worse, (5)>>ICE jailing more than 50,000 immigrants each day. I have yet to hear any Congress man or woman from the Democratic side to say something about this as a  (5.2)>>"crisis" as being real  . This immigration crisis has been going on for decades, the detention facilities have been there since the Clinton era as far as we know . No one again , both parties of Democrats and Republicans in the last 20 years up until now have been saying anything except blaming Donald Trump . Time to fix the problem  & I think that the undocumented can't be kept in  cages like this for long . Its real border crisis , humanitarian crisis . America should get the United Nations involved , don't just get accused by the world court of violating human rights . Now my solution is for the cost of it , stop separating the children , reunite the families , sorry again for saying this , put them on a boat and send them back home . WE can't release these people unless they have sponsor to get them vetted under the refugee requirement ,  we cant just send them out of the detention centers or they be homeless in our streets . We just hold these people like this , fix the broken immigration system . Its a more "humane" thing to do than keeping them in cages .
Bits And Pieces 3.
Robert Mueller is coming back July 24th . While House  (6)>>Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler and House  (7)>>Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff confirmed in a joint statement.Mueller and the two House panels struck a deal Friday to reschedule his testimony for July 24, as part of an agreement that gives lawmakers more time to question him about his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible obstruction of justice by President Trump. Its a crack up for sure , for now I think the Russia probe has run off the cliff into a new direction . (7.2)>>The EVIDENCE was not enough for the Democrats . The questions surrounding the hearing threatened to distract from the Democrats' intended purpose: highlighting the contents of Mueller's 448-page report for Americans who they believe have not read it. The hearing has taken on enormous significance for Democrats who want to extract information from the former special counsel and spotlight what they say are his most damaging findings against President Donald Trump. So its like SQUEEZING more out of a Lemon , but you can't get more juice out of .

Bits And Pieces 4.

Ghost ship , Ghost ship !!!!  For the last few years , while I neglected to post anything about it , because I thought first we should have some sympathy for the victims that died in that horrific fire in Oakland Ca. But after two years this story for  me it has a bunch of funny business mixed up to this. Who is responsible for the death of 36 people at the Ghost Ship, it sure isn't the two scapegoats the city trying to pin all the blame onto. But those two guys are nothing so pinning the blame on them is the easiest pathway to disposing of the truth.  (8)>>While Almena and Harris are the punching bag , the real Owners have slipped through the legal system because that are super rich as usual . New York Times and the San Francisco Chronicle have spent the last few days with boots on the ground in Oakland, using property records to survey the various buildings in the real estate portfolio of 62-year-old Chor Ng, which is estimated to be worth about $5 million and consist of 10 or 11 different properties, including the warehouse at 1315 31st Avenue where 36 people lost their lives   Ng, but they note that Ms. Ng has been fined by the city multiple times over the past decade, and has paid $26,570.20 in "code enforcement" fees pertaining to the vacant lot next to the Ghost Ship property alone. They speak to tenants and former tenants, including beauty salon owner Griselda Ceja who rented space from the Ng family for 20 years and had numerous problems relating to electricity in the building, which is adjacent to the Ghost Ship.  Ghost Ship warehouse owner Chor Ng has fled the United States for China,  Ddefendant Derick Almena testified he’s not pinning the blame on anyone for the Ghost Ship warehouse fire . Almena, 49, faces 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter along with co-defendant Max Harris, 29. If convicted of all charges, both men could face up to 36 years in prison, respectively. Both defendants, who were arrested back in June of 2017, pleaded no contest to 36 counts of manslaughter last summer. Later, they were sentenced to nine and six years in prison respectively, but Judge James Crame rejected the deal due to the lack of remorse shown by Almena. The judge also noted that Almena previously failed to show any signs of remorse. While the Judge was quick to assume Almena guilty , he fails with evidence that the owners should be charged as awell .Records show the Ngs were made aware of an electrical fire two years before the Ghost Ship tragedy. An invoice from an engineering firm, obtained by 2 Investigates, explained the transformer was doused to control the flames and 911 was never called. In the end, the 2014 invoice stated $32,000 in repairs were needed because three buildings were on a single transformer “severely and catastrophically overloading” it. So this story deserves a place  in my Bits and Pieces for misguided justice , we just have to wait what happens in the courts now.
Bits And Pieces 5.

Another  story is about Fertility Clinics . Infertility is devastating and life-altering. It destroys hopes and dreams and plans for the future, and sometimes it can even end marriages. This one is right in line with Abortion , so let me explain. (9)>>A lawsuit filed by the couple in New York states that the couple was shocked to give birth to two boys who were not of Asian descent, US media reported. The lawsuit says DNA tests confirmed the children were not related to the couple and they relinquished custody. Iidentified in the lawsuit as A.P and Y.Z., say that they first consulted CHA Fertility Center in January 2018, and that a first attempt at in vitro fertilization in July failed. According to The New York Post, a second attempt just a month later was successful, but the couple claims that they raised alarm early on in the pregnancy after they were told they were carrying twin boys, as they had only unfrozen two female embryos. Here is what is said regarding a embryo mix up that recently has been making headlines , while this stuff happens all the time . BUT this story is a good example why the law must be changed . While the couple may been struggling to have children , it seems rather inhumane that now the mother now rejects what came out her womb . Yes, the wrong baby , yes she gave birth instead of a white baby she gave birth to a black baby . While the embryo was implanted in the white  mother . Always there seems to be a real hint of racism , most of ( 10)>>the fertility clinics are practicing eugenics , the embryo mix up raises moral questions like abortion like the “Plaintiffs were required to relinquish custody of Baby A and Baby B, thus suffering the loss of two children,” the complaint says. “Plaintiffs have suffered significant and permanent emotional injuries for which they will not recover.”The question here here is while the The couple seeks unspecified damages.Children were born , the couple rejecting the children in such a way that it would even apply to a patient who received a kidney meant for someone else, owing to a transplant-list mistake. What was done can’t be undone.
Bits And Pieces 6.
President Donald Trump can't seem to zip his mouth [ tweets] anyway , we
Its a brash tweet , but you have to
learn that Trump is the king
of insults .
all should know that we have to used to this guy with his out raucous verbiage , insults and so on . I am not defending the President, but we just have to stop using the race card , address his stupidity. I  read the tweets that people are saying that they are racist . You have to read them .So Trump tells these women in Congress who are made of different ethnic backgrounds to get out because to him they hate America.  Now the Republicans have tried to paint “the Squad” as part of the “radical left,” and the direction the party is moving in. And on Sunday, President Trump sparked a firestorm — at least among Democrats — when he tweeted that “‘Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen” should “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.” These woman are given the title known as the  (11)>>"squad",  they too have a record of saying things that sound vary much in the same category as Trump. While He did not use any racial slur , no B word , No N word , and no F word . One thing, Its easy to play the race card . I see a lot of stupidity on Donald Trump's tweets a lack of professionalism though , a bit of sarcasm to wit  The big picture is immigration  , the issue at the detention centers that sparked the whole Trump attack , he soon inflamed the conflict, issuing a series of more  tweets that seemed clearly directed at the four.  After less than a year in office, the members of the Squad have greatly expanded the realm of political possibility in the United States. They have energized the Democratic party base with a fighting progressivism, choosing open confrontation with the Republicans over the tepid triangulation that the Democrats have longed preferred – and which the party’s leadership mistakenly still does. In a show of that solidarity, Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced  This Monday that caucus members were drafting a resolution to condemn Trump’s remarks. The House will vote on that as soon The resolution goes to the floor, as well as Trump’s continued criticisms, will only serve to extend the narrative of the Race Card.
Bits And Pieces 7.
The FOLLOWING BIT contains sensitive material of a Adult Nature .
"Bill what are going to do , they just caught Epstein "
" Donald get a Presidential pardon quick"
"No lets get rid of him !"
The Next Story is about  (12)>>Jeffrey E. Epstein . I thought I might write a few bits on this guy , honestly I'd skip the subject , but the Epstein story seems to connect a lot of individuals & perhaps might bring down a few of the powerful in the  government [ it's expanding to include English royalty and Hollywood . But Mr. Epstein — whose acquaintances include two presidents and multiple celebrities — First for nearly a couple of years there has been a conspiracy theory about a child sex ring that was operated from a Pizzeria that involved the Clinton's , a number of public officials including Hollywood stars . Well this conspiracy was being promoted on social media came to be known as (12)>>PIZZAGATE. The whole story was brushed off as just a " Conspiracy theory". Now here is a bit of coincidences that seem to parallel Jeffrey Epstein. He sort of a mystery man , he is wealthy for one , having to owned a 75 arce island .  The arrest of billionaire investor Jeffrey Epstein at a New Jersey airport last Saturday on federal charges for crimes he was accused of during the Bush administration should not be surprising to anyone who has followed the news carefully. He may have escaped in 2008 with a ludicrous one-year stint in a county jail that he was allowed to leave six days a week, but his name has never quite been out of the headlines. But the Clinton connection ? Jeffrey Epstein sits two cells over from El Chapo at the Federal Detention facility in Manhattan. Epstein’s relationships with (13)>>Bill Clinton and their 27 flights together on the “Lolita Express” leaves the former President exposed to all kinds of innuendo and
potential criminal indictment. It is another Clinton Sex Scandal.Bill Clinton’s well documented behavioral lack of boundaries is an inescapable fact. As are his numerous trips on Epstein’s famed Lolita Express.  Including up to five trips without his Secret Service detail. (Bill Clinton ditched Secret Service on multiple ‘Lolita Express’ flights: Report – The Washington TimesIf there are videotapes of the activities of Epstein’s numerous VIP guests at his different homes, then Bill Clinton and some of Epstein’s many Democrat friends may have something to worry about.  (13)>>The Trump connection? Epstein was also known for “collecting” friendships with many noteworthy or influential people — including Clinton and Trump, who were social acquaintances. Clinton took international trips on Epstein’s plane in the early years of his post-presidency, including a trip to several African countries with Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker.Trump, meanwhile, reportedly attended Epstein-hosted events in New York and Florida, as Epstein patronized the Mar-a-Lago Club. In 2002, Trump even gave a remarkable on-the-record comment about Epstein to a New York magazine journalist, calling him “terrific” and adding that he “likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”So, at the very least, Trump and Clinton were friendly with someone who turned out to be a very bad guy. What are Epstein's connections to the intelligence communitythere is something going on with the  (14)>>Clinton's whether it's a conspiracy or afabricated fantasy there is somethinggoing on if you pay attention to the signs and pain anyway he chooses he getsto decide what he wants to talk  the authorities , submit names of officials it will be mind boggling . But the Epstein scandal is going to cross political lines . Can it bring down the Government ? Most recently George Nader, who was a key witness in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, was hit with new federal charges of sex trafficking for allegedly  with a 14-year-old boy he transported from Europe. It seems that he was part of the Clinton's , now has close ties with Trump as well. Not sure what Nader’s actual “job” was. Here’s how the Washington Post describes it . But the Connections to high ranking officials in government Donald ( ) not only partied with Jeff ( ) at Mar-a Lago (1 mile away from Dr. Rapenstein's Castle), but he also partied there with Bill  as well . The Nader effect , When the truth comes out, how we will criminally prosecute all of them?
NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Donald Trump crossing the DMZ into North Korea It was not very long ago that Donald Trump was calling North Korean leader Kim Jong Un “Little Rocket Man” and threatening to rain “fire and fury” down on North Korea. In response, Kim called Trump a “dotard” and promised an equally fiery attack on the United States. But now, two summits, the exchange of friendly letters, and a dramatic handshake at the DMZ have nearly erased what had once been a very tense relationship between the two leaders.(2)>>Korean Peninsula is no longer on the brink of war.   On June 16, 1994, Defense Secretary William Perry and Joint Chiefs Chairman John Shalikashvili were briefing President Clinton and his National Security Council on options for defending South Korea against the distinct possibility North Korea might soon attack. The U.S. strategy 25 years ago called for a combination of unmanned cruise missiles, and small single-seat F-117 fighters to bomb the plant. It was, in Perry's assessment, an "impressive plan" that could be carried out with just a few days notice, and involved little risk of U.S. casualties, at least during the attack. But after the attack, all bets were off. That held the possibility of the nightmare scenario: all-out war on the Korean peninsula.(3)>>"there is no crisis at the border". Top Democrats, including several presidential candidates, have declared in the past year there was no crisis at the border.Amid a government shutdown engineered by President Donald Trump over a border security impasse, Speaker Nancy Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) accused him in January of "manufacturing a crisis" following Trump's Oval Office address on the matter."There is no crisis at the border," House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D., Md.) declared in February. As the Washington Free Beacon reported , there has been a sea change in recent weeks among Democrats and media members about what constitutes a "crisis" in the surge of arrivals, asylum claims, and unauthorized crossings. Congress passed a $4.6 billion aid package  to address the issue. The number of people illegally crossing from Mexico into the United States hit a 12-year high in March. Trump called the situation a "crisis of the heart and a crisis of the soul" in his speech in January.(3.1)>>With Trump now as the DE PORTER in Chief . While Donald Trump looks like the "bad" guy . America has had a vary bad immigration policy, Detention facilities have exited for decades and virtually un noticed before they became center stage in left right politics as we are seeing now . Donald Trump's capacity for malice that his deportation policy has terrified more while deporting less. Now have exploded under pressure from the Republican right.  Arrests by his administration's Immigration and Customs Enforcement in 2017 were about half what they were during President Barack Obama's peak years, 2010 and 2011, according to a new report by the Migration Policy Institute.  For a Democrat, Obama took a fairly tough stance, particularly early in his presidency, toward undocumented immigrants. In March 2014, Janet Murguía, president of the National Council on La Raza, a Latino advocacy group, called Obama "the deporter-in-chief."It was a criticism that activists leveled at Obama throughout his presidency. From 2009 to 2016, his administration oversaw the forcible removal of more than 3 million undocumented immigrants—most of whom were sent back to Mexico. Neither Bill Clinton, nor George W. Bush, Obama's two predecessors, came close in reaching his tally over their two terms.Obama's immigration policies softened with time as Latino activists increasingly put pressure on his administration. In 2013, forcible removals peaked at 434,015 people, a figure unrivaled by Bush or Clinton. By 2016, this had fallen to 344,354 immigrants, slightly lower than Bush's peak of 359,795 in 2008. (4)>>facilities used to house the "refugees" where never built to hold that many people pouring daily through the American southern border .  Overcrowding conditions at these facilities , or conditions is likely the problem of the American bureaucracy.. Being unprepared  to handle large populations of refugees , it doesn't surprise me why we have these conditions .   The United Nations’ human rights chief said this past Monday she was “appalled” by the conditions migrants and refugees face in U.S. detention facilities, intensifying a challenge to the Trump administration’s immigration policies.United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet said children stopped by border agents should never be held in immigration detention facilities or separated from their families, and detention should not be the norm for adults, either. The conditions arose as apprehensions in the Rio Grande Valley have more than doubled in the past year, with 223,263 apprehensions from October through May, compared to 99,835 during the same period a year earlier, according to the Border Patrol. The largest increase occurred with families, which skyrocketed to 135,812 apprehensions during the first eight months of the year from 36,773 a year earlier. (5)>>ICE jailing more than 50,000 immigrants each day. Federal immigration authorities faced with overburdened detention centers are scouring the country to find space to house migrants as the crush of asylum seekers that has overwhelmed the Southwest border spreads deep into the nation’s interior. With mounting federal initiatives to hold more and more migrants in custody, officials at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which oversees long-term detention centers for migrants, are looking for additional space that can be rented inside existing jails, as well as fast-tracking the deportations of current detainees and releasing as many migrants as possible into the country to make room for newcomers.  (5.2)>>"crisis" as being real .  Its also a TAX PAYER burden. Americans are the ones forced to pick up the $113 billion tab for taking care of the country’s 12 million illegal immigrants. Is it the responsibility of taxpaying citizens to cover the cost of illegal immigration and the government’s aid to these countries while illegal workers continue to send their money overseas to send $50 billion overseas? To put that figure into context, $50 billion is the same amount as the U.S. government’s annual foreign aid budget, notes the New York Times. It’s the operating budget of a midsize country, or in America’s case, enough to fund North Carolina and Maine for an entire year. Nearly a quarter of that money is sent to family members in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala. Those three countries collected $11.8 billion, adding 10 percent to each nation’s gross domestic product. (6)>>Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler. He's the guy I saw in a future Press conference saying he was going raise "articles of impeachment" against Donald Trump , its likely next year after the Mueller testimony , but its not likely regardless if they do impeach Trump that it will have any effect on his probably winning a second term. (7)>>Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff . Q ANON  Adam Schiff is going to step down in 2020 . I am sure Schiff has a few skeletons in the closet . Some experts say the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee may have put classified information in a press release refuting parts of a “FISA abuse” memo soon to be declassified by President Trump and released. In other words, Special Counsel Mueller’s inability to prove a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. The Russia-obsessed congressman has been a permanent fixture on cable channels since 2016, tirelessly appearing on news programs at any given opportunity to accuse Trump of having colluded with the Kremlin — at one point even claiming he had personally seen the evidence of collusion himself. This collusion narrative was rather conclusively debunked by the recently released Mueller report, which found no evidence of a conspiracy after a two-year-long investigation. Yet Schiff, who rode ‘Russiagate’ to committee chairmanship, obviously hasn’t given up.  (7.2)>>The EVIDENCE was not enough for the Democrats .   Nothing could make Democrats look weaker than spending the next two years warning that Trump is an existential threat to American democracy, then telling voters that it’s not worth the trouble to impeach him  .    (8)>>While Almena and Harris are the punching bag .   Wait, what? Shouldn't the owner of the building be the one who is ultimately responsible for what happens in it? 2 Investigates uncovered emails, investigative reports, and invoices that point to owner Chor Ng, along with her son Kai Ng and daughter Eva Ng, being alerted about safety issues with the building’s management and maintenance. BUTformer tenants Derick Almena and Max Harris seem to be scapegoated , they were not the owners of the building per se , rented the building from the Ngs. Almena advertised the Ghost Ship as an artists’ creative space and also let people live there. I find it troubling that these two men are being publicly painted as criminals  while the Ng's are not even in court . I think as well that there was so much loss of life in the fire that it is easy to blame someone else than the owner and the causes . There is also the question about the City of Oakland that the Fire Department made several "inspections" of the building prior to the fire , they found violations , but never shut the wear house building down     (9)>>A lawsuit filed by the couple in New York states that the couple was shocked to give birth to two boys who were not of Asian descent.  In 2015, a couple in Connecticut used donor eggs and dad's sperm to conceive a baby. Everything went swimmingly, and a couple years later they tried for a second child with the embryos that hadn't been used the first time. According to the Daily Beast, the second treatment resulted in a baby boy, but the couple quickly realized that something was different — their new baby had "much darker skin pigmentation" and looked nothing like his brother. DNA testing confirmed that dad's sperm wasn't used to create the second embryo, which makes the new baby a half-brother to the older boy. The lawsuit made sure to let everyone know that the second baby was "loved … in every aspect," but that the parents were left with "life-long haunting uncertainties regarding their second-born son," the most sinister of which is the possibility that the child's biological father might one day show up with a custody claim. Hopefully, the lawsuit records were all good and sealed in case the poor kid decides to Google himself someday. "Of course we love you honey, suing the fertility clinic because you're not genetically related to us had nothing to do with whether or not we love you!" Wouldn't want to be a part of that awkward conversation.    ( 10)>>the fertility clinics are practicing eugenics.   Throughout history, parents have squirmed at that question because it involved sex. Now, many are squirming because it doesn’t. For children born through in vitro fertilization—3 million and counting—the answer involves injections, selections, and lab dishes. The hard part is explaining the siblings we rejected: nearly half a million embryos frozen in U.S. clinics alone. For thousands of children, the story now includes preimplantation genetic diagnosis, a technique for weeding out flawed embryos. What flaws are we screening for? That’s the most uncomfortable question of all. Sometimes the flaw is a horrible disease. But increasingly, it’s a milder disease, the absence of useful tissue, or just the wrong sex. If you think it’s hard to explain where babies come from, try explaining where baby-making is going. IVF clinics already test the DNA of embryos to spot rare diseases, like cystic fibrosis, caused by defects in a single gene. But these “preimplantation” tests are poised for a dramatic leap forward as it becomes possible to peer more deeply at an embryo’s genome and create broad statistical forecasts about the person it would become. The advance is occurring, say scientists, thanks to a growing flood of genetic data collected from large population studies. As statistical models known as predictors gobble up DNA and health information about hundreds of thousands of people, they’re getting more accurate at spotting the genetic patterns that foreshadow disease risk. But they have a controversial side, since the same techniques can be used to project the eventual height, weight, skin tone, and even intelligence of an IVF embryo.  (11)>>"squad"   The term “squad” has emerged as a shorthand to represent four newly elected women of color: Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Rep. Rashida Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar, all members of the Democratic Party. The photo went viral, with a raft of positive media coverage. But the term “the Squad” became more widespread in media earlier this month when New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd used it in an interview with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in which Pelosi took the four to task for voting against a border funding bill.  (12)>>PIZZAGATE In March 2016, the personal email account of John PodestaHillary Clinton's campaign manager, was hacked in a spear-phishing attack, and his emails were published by WikiLeaks in November 2016. Proponents of the Pizzagate conspiracy theory falsely claimed that the emails contained coded messages that connected several U.S. restaurants and high-ranking officials of the Democratic Party with an alleged human trafficking and child sex ring involving the restaurant and pizzeria Comet Ping Pong, located in Washington, D.C.  Hints of “something big” involving Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and child trafficking show up on 4chan, the YouTube channels of pseudo-Anonymous groups, and other lesser-known online forums as rumors.  For a further study please go to this web site [shorturl.at/lnEI1] its VARY extensive. (12)>>Jeffrey E. Epstein .   Jeffrey Edward Epstein (born January 20, 1953) is an American financier. He worked at Bear Stearns early in his career and subsequently formed his own firm, J. Epstein & Co....In 2003, Epstein publicly bid for New York magazine. Other bidders were advertising executive Donny Deutsch, investor Nelson Peltzmedia mogul and New York Daily News publisher Mortimer Zuckerman, and film producer Harvey Weinstein. They were ultimately outbid by longtime Wall Street investor Bruce Wasserstein, who paid $55 million.  In 2004, Epstein and Zuckerman committed up to $25 million to finance Radar, a celebrity and pop culture magazine founded by Maer Roshan. Epstein and Zuckerman were equal partners in the venture, and Roshan, as its editor-in-chief, retained a small ownership stake .The Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation has also funded genetic research leading towards advances in such fields as Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, colitis and Crohn's disease.[verification needed] Epstein has given funds to the American Cancer Society, for projects such as CTC technology, a blood test to identify genetic mutations to anti-inhibitor cancer drugs.(13)>>Bill Clinton. this is laughable to see the Clintons try to distance themselves from Weinstein, Bronfman, and Epstein. One minute Jeffrey Epstein is giving the Clinton Initiative $4 million dollars and the next day Bill Clinton can barely remember spending time with him.One minute Harvey Weinstein is schmoozing Hillary Clinton at her “victory” party, and the next he’s facing Hollywood and Washington’s little open secret. Allegedly, Harvey Weinstein is a serial abuser of women over which has power. He preyed on young actresses and models the way Jeffrey Epstein preyed on . (13)>>The Trump connection?  By Trump’s own description, his social relationship with Epstein started several decades ago, in the late 1980s. Describing Epstein to Landon Thomas Jr. of New York magazine for a 2002 profile, Trump made a comment that, in retrospect, was frighteningly on-the-nose: “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,” Trump booms from a speakerphone. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”That is: Trump praised Epstein, dated their social relationship as beginning around 1987, said they shared a taste for “beautiful” women, and specifically noted that Epstein liked women “on the younger side.” (13)>>The Trump connection? Epstein has other ties to President Donald Trump, namely the fact that the two were friends. In 2002, in a profile about Epstein in New York Magazine, Trump was quoted as saying, “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it – Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”Roger Stone, Trump’s former advisor, wrote in his book titled “The Clintons’ War on Women,” that once when Trump visited Epstein's home in Florida, he later joked about the girls he saw, saying, “The swimming pool was filled with beautiful young girls. ‘How nice,’ I thought, ‘He let the neighborhood kids use his pool.’”😂  (14)>>Clinton's.   Hillary attempted to keep the rituals with adviser Jean Houston a secret during the Clinton administration, but they were later revealed in Woodward’s 1996 book The Choice.  ccording to Woodward:“Talk with Jesus Christ, Houston proposed next. Jesus was the epitome of the wounded, betrayed and isolated, and Houston liked to quote his words in the Gospel of Thomas, ‘What you have within you that you express will save you, and what you have within you that you do not express will destroy you.’That would be too personal, Hillary finally said, declining to address Jesus.”Her refusal to speak to Christ is revealing given the latest Wikileaks revelations that her campaign staff attends satanic black magic rituals.
