| Putin , Xi and Kim. Bring the Multipolar World in View , and leave an uncertain feeling in American foreign Policy . |
SHORTLY AFTER MEETING WITH PUTIN at ALASKA. TRUMP the American President stepped out of the public view, giving away wild speculation only to appear in public like dazed. BREAKING: Trump vows “Phase 2 sanctions” on Russia. Analysts call it the death blow to Alaska Summit diplomacy — and proof his tariff squeeze on India has backfired.
Multipolar world wins again. Many Western people continue to indulge themselves in the fantasy that the US is in control of its destiny and is an unbreakable hegemon. These people believe that the relationship between Russia and China is ephemeral, and that with just the right amount of pressure Russia will be easily persuaded to abandon China and join the West in its plan to subdue the Chinese government and people. Then they believe that eventually India will abandon its own national interests and entertain wars with China. They can’t imagine that India and China may be friends in the future. They just don’t realize that time has changed and it is a different world now.China is out of the box. Recent geopolitical shifts include Russia's escalated attacks on Ukraine, a summit between Putin, Xi, and Kim Jong Un signaling deeper ties, and China's military parade pushing a new global order. These, per sources like Newsmax and Reuters, are frustrating Trump, prompting calls for Europe to ramp up economic pressure on Beijing and align closer with the US against this "axis of upheaval" involving Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran. Trump, the entire United States was caught off guard by Russia, China and many other nations members of BRICS. It's bad that I don't know which side the USA will be on. Trump loves Putin, but I'm not sure he would side with China. I guess I'd put money on sitting it out as long as possible, until being drawn in directly. It’s interesting that his stance on China just changed after the collaboration pact between Russia, China, and India happened at their summit. Now USA should focus on domestic politics rather than the pacific (or Russia). There is an image designed to convey a mood of solidarity, Putin and Modi were shown holding hands as they walked jovially towards Xi before the summit opened. The three men stood shoulder-to-shoulder, laughing and surrounded by interpreters. The crowd of 50,000 spectators assembled in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square on Xi Jinping exuded an aura of confidence that many leaders in the west could only envy. To his left stood North Korea’s Kim Jong-un, the supreme leader of an increasingly strident hermit kingdom. To his right was the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, Xi’s “old friend” and China’s biggest ally in opposing the US-led world order. The last time that the leaders of these three countries were together in public was at the height of the cold war.“ Humanity once again faces the choice between peace or war, dialogue or confrontation,” the Chinese president told the gathered crowds. His insistence that China would “adhere to the path of peaceful development” was punctured somewhat by the country’s biggest ever military parade that marched through the square beneath his rostrum atop the Gate of Heavenly Peace, the entrance to the Forbidden City that has – on and off – been the seat of Chinese power since the 15th century. Alongside Xi, Putin and Kim, a gaggle of global autocrats solemnly watched the display of Chinese military might. The scary part is if this continues a few more years, the US economy will be destroyed, the US Dollar worthless, riots everywhere and the military being used to oppress it's own citizens. No more elections, no more democracy and freedom. No more FEMA, no more healthcare, no more vaccination, no more testing of food, water and environment and a whole bunch of additional crazy stuff. And since the EU will continue to be led by pussies, or even worse will be overtaken by Mini-Trumps like Orban and Fico (Le Pen, Weidel, etc), what was meant as a joke might as well eventually become a reality. For China, the message peace or war is foremost going to Taiwan, with the USA having long been the group assuring their sovereignty, while the USA has gone senile and abandoned all allies. The island is hard to invade, but if the island can be blockaded or similar, well, let's see. Peace or war? Like when the coin is flipped in No Country for Old Men. He’s there because Trump’s 50% tariffs on Indian goods left New Delhi with little choice but to diversify its diplomatic options. This is reactive geopolitics, not proactive alignment. Similarly, Putin’s presence reflects Russia’s isolation rather than China’s magnetic appeal. Moscow needs Beijing more than Beijing needs Moscow—a dependency that fundamentally undermines any notion of genuine partnership between equals. This is a threat. Play the game the way I want or suffer the consequences.EU + South Korea (South Korea being an extension of the USA). You'd probably argue that neither of these alliances is at all interested in pursuing a war with China (especially with the Ukraine and Trump situations being what they are), and I would agree, but Xi is old school and paranoid, and I guess having these two much more antagonistic entities in the "line of fire" before a war with China even enters the conversation helps him sleep at night. Western Europe became a consumer of Russian oil. America became a consumer of Chinese manufacturing. In both cases, the reason was strategic. To make it untenable for Russia to be aggressive. And to prevent a USSR and China alliance during the cold war. At least in part, we lied to ourselves. It was about cheap energy and cheap products. Now Russia and China are financing their aggression with the money we gave them and continue to give them. Western commentators are understandably alarmed, viewing this convergence as validation of Beijing’s multipolar world vision and evidence of America’s declining influence under Trump’s disruptive trade policies. This was a very successful meeting. Again, the Western dimwits have managed the unthinkable, they brought China and India together. Well done. Israel has also done the unthinkable and brought together Arabs, Turks and Persians. These dimwits should continue being dimwits, it looks like the problems will solve themselves on their own. Thank you Gerhard Schröder. Thank you, Nixon. You set the stage for WW3.
