Gov. Newsom's BIG PARTY.

California's Gov. Newsom's Party proved that
the virus is not so dangerous after he
dined with out mask along with CEO's
of the California Medical Association .

With GREAT INFAMY . California Gov. Newsom may have proved a theory that I had all along about this "virus". Let's say that  (1)>>maybe the elites know something the regular people do not know.  The dinner the night of Nov. 6 at the famed French Laundry in Yountville in Napa County brought together at least 12 people to celebrate the 50th birthday of Jason Kinney, a longtime friend and adviser to Newsom who is also a partner at the lobbying firm Axiom Advisors. In addition to the governor, his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, was in attendance. THE BIGGEST those in attendance  were Dustin Corcoran, CEO of the California Medical Association, and Janus Norman, the group’s lobbyist and senior vice president, joined Newsom and several other guests Nov. 6 at the French Laundry, an exclusive restaurant in Napa County. The fact that CMA was at the party , not wearing a mask is crucial . Bottom line, he shouldn't be doing the things he prohibiting/restricting others from doing. Lead by example. I've never been a fan of Gavin and this just reinforces why. We need to get rid of these self serving, rich, career politicians (with repeated scandals) for someone who actually REPRESENTS and serves the people. This just gives the opposition and nay sayers ammunition. This reinforces that you don't have to take this seriously if our leaders don't. BUT to be plain here is that the CMA presence at the Newsom party reveals that the virus is indeed over-hyped as far as it being contagious , it blew the whole idea (2)>>that asymptomatic people spread the virus . What lies, a photo was taken by a person at another table from L.A and viewed on Fox TV last night. The dinner was inside, no social distancing but rather shoulder to shoulder seating. Did Newsom drink? Remember he blamed his misbehavior as Mayor on alcoholism and sought treatment from Delancey Street. He has refused to open public schools, but pays for his children to get a private education. Go figure!Gov. Newsom and a lot of these hypocrite Democrat officials are now part of list of those that seem to break their UN-scientific regulations, been caught .The controversial soiree is among a handful of events in recent weeks that reveal how some California politicians are flouting public health advice to mingle with lobbyists and others who seek to influence them.He really opened up Pandora's box. This is the 8 month of COVID? People are tired of this shit and now you have politicians breaking the rules. People are going to follow suit. Then the disease will spread further and will last us until the vaccines pass all the FDA hurdles (which could take God knows how long).A lawsuit brought by two Republican legislators challenges the governor’s legal authority to unilaterally make decisions about fighting COVID-19 without the Legislature participating. It’s an important academic question about the constitutional separation of powers that affects the ability of this and future governors to act quickly in an emergency. The question of moral authority involves the governor’s credibility and ability to lead the state. Will people follow Newsom’s guidelines for protecting themselves against the coronavirus after he ignored his own advice — and didn’t come completely clean about it?  (3)>>Yeah, the list of public figures who have discouraged travel and social gatherings only to be caught traveling and having social gatherings is growing ever longer.I can only surmise that it bespeaks a profoundly elitist worldview among our politicians, in which the guidelines they craft and dispense are never intended for them, presumably because they (believe they) can gauge risk better than the rest of us. Maybe this is just human nature. Throughout history, those in power have tended to believe they amassed that power because of who they are: special, different, better than the rest of us. While He's telling us (California citizens) not to mix 3 different households in one event. And that if we do hold an event it has to be outside. So yes, this is likely coworkers, but that doesn't matter. This exact event goes against everything he's been attempting to implement in the state. Who knows how many people all these others have been in contact with. Whether or not they've been with other households before or prior to those birthday party. And when you listen to him speak and recite his 'apology,' you can look at him and see he's only apologizing because he got caught.  One might expect democratically elected leaders to be the exception to this rule, but I guess that’s naive.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>maybe the elites know something the regular people do not know.  There is always a twist to the elites running the government .  Newsom's French Laundry Party was beyond reckless, it exposed the fact that Newsom , many political officials regardless of party affiliation must know that the virus is not as contagious as reported . Why would Gov. Newsom take such a risk? Stranger still , The fact that CMA was at the party , the medical lobby was there is a clue that they know . To the layman’s eye, there’s a lot more than hypocrisy here.  (2)>>that asymptomatic people spread the virus . June 8 when Maria Van Kerkhove, the WHO's technical lead for the COVID-19 response, said it's "very rare" for asymptomatic carriers of COVID-19 to spread the virus. The statement came after Kerhove said that in countries tracking asymptomatic cases, they are "following contacts and they're not finding secondary transmission onward."A day later, the WHO backtracked and clarified the statement, with Kerkhove noting that the WHO "actually doesn't have that answer yet," regarding if -- and how often -- asymptomatic carriers of COVID-19 spread the virus. The BIGGEST QUESTION for me is ? ARE WE DEALING WITH MORE THAN ONE VIRUS ? . Asymptomatic carriers  are a problem . Asymptomatic carriers With stronger immune systems, may not show symptoms, but they can still transmit it to family friends, and even strangers in passing. Problems with how Covid is transmitted still has not been solved even by the most learned . The study leaves more questions than it answers, if it answers any questions. Did the asymptomatic carrier wear a mask? How frequently? Did they practice social distancing? Who did and who didn't? Median contact time was 4 days. How do they define "contact time?" How close were these people to each other? How does one hospital patient come into contact with 224 hospital staff? If the main transmission method is through droplets expelled when coughing, then being asymptomatic would mean not having a regular cough from it. In other situations where it spreads easily it is because of some occupational or situational issue where you might be singing or yelling often, which also increases droplet expulsion. (3)>>Yeah, the list of public figures who have discouraged travel and social gatherings. They are so far removed from living a normal existence that they are completely alienated from the rest of humanity. Their only agenda is that they wield the power and do with it what they please. We are bugs to them. It’s the difference between micro and macro policies. Did Gavin or anyone at his party actually catch covid from the dinner? Did Breed? No they didn’t, so nothing bad actually happened, I’d also wager they were all tested and followed an extra level of safety from what most people would follow. However, newsom in particular made a bunch of snarky and condescending comments earlier in the pandemic when he shut down all the state parks and beaches because "apparently you can't be trusted to exercise good judgement."But rich, elite government officials? No, you don't have a problem with that since you're a literal sheep. Especially after they closed businesses, put millions of people out work, and arrested and fined people for doing the exact same things they are. The rules only apply for us peasants huh?
