REVISITING the COVID LAB LEAK HYPOTHESIS .

FINALLY our GOVERNMENT
is acknowledging a long held
"Conspiracy theory "

BUT WHY NOW ?

MY Question is why is the LAB Theory out now as a "possible fact" when it was totally denied by the U.S. Government ??? I suspect that our government is conditioning people to hate China , there are political motives to this . ALWAYS be SUSPICIOUS , it's always part now of  more gas lighting about the fact that China supports Russia in the Ukraine conflict.  What was it 3 years go the internet was buzzing about a (1)>> "potential lab leak " at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China . Taken for granite , I suspected the same thing when we were all being bombarded with daily propaganda of the spreading virus . Thinking out side of the normal I tweeted a local radio talk show host with some "info" from various sources that the virus was leaked out of "a lab",  (2)>>it MAY HAVE BEEN A BIO-WEAPON of sorts . She will not be named here , but she un- followed me on Twitter  .
The White House is spinning the latest news as there’s no “consensus” within the federal government on COVID’s origins.  (2.1)>>BECAUSE I contradicted what let's say Dr. Fauci was telling us . SO remember , if you did not go along with the natural wet market story , you were labeled a kook , branded , demonetized , blocked to tagged for spreading " harmful misinformation".  (3)>>Yes YOU WERE CENSORED .  Oh yeas there was nothing fishy about it , we are TOLD by the authorities that it was a result of a Chinese wet market spill over . Four other agencies, along with a national intelligence panel, still judge that the pandemic was likely the result of a natural transmission,We should probably try to keep an open mind regarding this particular topic. Because Occam's razor is not particularly useful here, we should refrain from hastily jumping to conclusions about whether this is a propaganda piece. The lab origin theory has quite a high probability despite the other party claiming that a wet market origin is much easier to simulate (and that's only because of lack of data for the former). ANY way it was rebuffed as a conspiracy theory . So NOW :

FBI Director Christopher Wray said Tuesday that the Covid pandemic was probably the result of a laboratory leak in China, providing the first public confirmation of the bureau’s classified judgment of how the virus that led to the deaths of nearly seven million people worldwide first emerged. The FBI has for quite some time now assessed that the origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan,” Mr. Wray told Fox News. “Here you are talking about a potential leak from a Chinese government-controlled lab.”Mr. Wray added that the Chinese government has been trying to “thwart and obfuscate” the investigation that the Federal Bureau of Investigation, other parts of the U.S. government and foreign partners have been carrying out into the origin of the pandemic, but that the bureau’s work continues. While the FBI has also assessed – with moderate confidence – the coronavirus that causes Covid-19 likely leaked from a lab.

Also, the very strange seemingly almost deliberate misunderstanding that when people said lab leak they were saying intentional. I don’t get why so many people took that understanding when “lab leak” clearly meant accidental escape. (4)>Furthermore as to why China would make it difficult to investigate or would deny the lab theory: a lab leak essentially deeply punctures the veneer of China’s image of authority and a global leader it has spent decades creating. A lab leak tells a story not of achievement but of hubris, hubris that killed hundreds of thousands of non-Chinese citizens. It is a bad, bad story for China. There is a level 4 bio lab in Wuhan, with well-documented safety issues, that did an immense amount of research into coronavirus from bats. It’s stupid to say this is a synthetic virus, but a lab accident is certainly plausible.Well, they locked down Wuhan (before airborne transmission proven), they were rounding up domestic pets (before we knew animals could get it), and whistle blowers have been disappeared.I think they still know more about this virus than they're letting on because they were studying it, which is also why they reacted in a way that is constant with them knowing certain things before they should have been able if they weren't lying to us all.At the end of the day, does it actually really matter? Are we going to get those lives back? Nope. Is China going to pay the world any monetary cost to recoup the economic damage that was done? Nope. Many of the people who died refused to take any precautions and denied that the virus was even real. Many said that it was from China (still accurate) and that they didn’t trust any vaccine, so those people would still be dead even if it were proven definitely that it was leaked from a lab. There are medical facilities across the US that maintain and research viruses that are deadlier than covid which also have no cure. So, if it were definitely determined that covid-19 was not naturally occurring and was instead man-made, it still does not change the fact that many in this country were selfish enough to do nothing at all or the absolute bare minimum to not continue the spread of the virus. The Washington Post confirms this division produced the new finding. This hardly settles the matter — the DOE’s conclusion is made with “low confidence.” We should be allowed to talk about it, but it's frustrating when people don't seem to be capable of putting things into context. From my perspective, I’ve kind of leaned toward the belief for a while now that it was a lab leak or at least it’s a definite possibility.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:(1)>> "potential lab leak ". Even at the beginning of the outbreak, it seemed like everyone who was siding with the lab leak origin story also tend to downplay the virus or try to spin it as a political tactic. The priority at the time was less about pointing fingers and more about containment and damage control. If the origin was able to push forth a faster solution, then that's one thing. But when all people did was what about the lab leak as a counterpoint to quarantining, masking, and other preventive measures. The possibility of it being from a lab was always a possibility. The possibility of it being leaked on purpose by China is still a possibility, albeit very unlikely and nonsensical. All these possibilities are left for intelligence agencies to determine and decide on the implications. From a public perspective, it's just used as a seed for conspiracy theories.(2)>>it MAY HAVE BEEN A BIO-WEAPON of sorts .There has been plenty of evidence that the virus was man made. Rather, that it would be very hard for it to arise naturally in its current form without having a known ancestry in humans prior. So given that it was almost certainly man made, lab leak has been a very plausible origin claim without any direct evidence. The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo also threw fuel on the same fire, saying there was "significant evidence" for it (which of course never materialized) so I don't know what that says about us. Oh wait yes I do.Tell me why it is not a bioweapon. It has been proven there is a bio lab in Wuhan very close to the reported point of origin. And many scientists in many parts of the world have analyzed it and found "gain of function" evidence indicating human intervention. Given the fact that humans have been actively manipulating viruses for some time now, it actually is more likely in my mind this was a result of human action than some random natural mutation which typically takes far longer to develop than at the artificially accelerated rate at which modern technology is capable. This is not an easily dismissals viewpoint if you are able to consider the situation outside of the contemporary politically charged mindsets. If not a “bio weapon” it could have been an attempt to keep the worlds population distracted. Think about it, the CCP was starting to catch attention from the UN for their actions in Hong Kong, not to mention many other bad things going on throughout the world. A virus being spread would catch the attention of the media and governments of the whole world, and that would remain their main problem, not Hong Kong and other foreign problems. Just a thought though, obviously I have absolutely no evidence other than my own speculation. (2.1)>>BECAUSE I contradicted what let's say Dr. Fauci was telling us . But the problem I had with it was, the loudest most vocal people who were saying it was for sure a lab leak were saying it was actually intentional and that Fauci, Biden and a bunch of other politicians from across the world were all in on it with China. It was some huge conspiracy to kill off a major chunk of the worlds population or something along those lines. That’s why I was never a hard “yes” on the lab made virus idea. That, and the fact we were told for almost 2 years that it couldn’t have possibly been man made. But on the other hand, now that it’s looking like a Leak, Fauci doesn’t look super great for all the assurances he made that the virus could not be man made. I think, if anything, it’s much better to know where and how the virus started, but it also emboldens and gives some “power” to a lot of these intense conspiracy theorists. Now they may say, “we were right the whole time, and a Fauci is a Chinese spy”.  Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Writing for The New Yorker, Michael Specter states that “Americans have come to rely on Fauci's authoritative presence” and even compares his authoritative stature to Walter Cronkite’s: “Perhaps not since the Vietnam era, when Walter Cronkite, the avuncular anchor of the ‘CBS Evening News,’ was routinely described as the most trusted man in America, has the country depended so completely on one person”. (2020) Yet Dr. Fauci, the nation’s expert on infectious disease, was telling Americans not to wear masks in public as late as 45 days after the lockdown in Wuhan made it clear how serious the new disease was. Dr. Fauci’s early public statements regarding coronavirus are eerily reminiscent of the pandemic “war-game” John Barry witnessed in 2017. Answering a reporter’s question on February 15, 2020 about whether or not Americans should be wearing masks, Dr. Fauci told My News 13 “Oh absolutely not… There’s no reason for anyone right now in The United States, with regard to coronavirus, to wear a mask. We have fifteen cases that have been identified, isolated and their contacts have been traced.” Whether or not public officials like Dr. Fauci or the World Health Organization were intentionally downplaying the disturbing signals of a lethal pandemic in its early stages a la the pandemic war-game in 2017, their public health advice was wrong.  (3)>>Yes YOU WERE CENSORED . The decision to censor is exactly what happened during the coronavirus pandemic in the United States, over 100 years after 1918. Social Media began to suspend accounts that promoted any idea otherwise about Covid 19. Questioning the VACCINES became " harmful misinformation".  Facebook began censoring coronavirus related posts very early in the pandemic. Only a week after the lockdown in Wuhan began, Facebook announced that they were going to begin targeting coronavirus information for censorship. On January 31st of 2020, Reuters reported that Facebook would “remove content about the virus ‘with false claims or conspiracy theories that have been flagged by leading global health organizations and local health authorities,’ saying such content would violate its ban on misinformation leading to ‘physical harm.’ Pfizer and the White House engaged in behind-the-scenes efforts to pressure social media companies into censoring truthful information about COVID-19 and vaccines. That’s the revelation now emerging from Twitter’s internal company communications, thrown open by new owner Elon Musk, as well as from the discovery process in a lawsuit filed against the Biden administration by the states of Missouri and Louisiana together with several individual plaintiffs. The purpose of the censorship was to protect the untruthful narrative that the science was settled and the experts were unanimous. Anyone who said otherwise was “killing people,” in the words of President Joe Biden on July 16, 2021.Allow me to remind Americans who have forgotten, after three years of relentless government bullying, that the United States Constitution is in force all the time and it never takes a sick day. The Constitution enumerates the limited powers of the federal government, and then, for emphasis, there’s a Bill of Rights — 10 amendments that specifically list things the government is not allowed to do.At the very top of that list: the government is not allowed to abridge the freedom of speech.(4)>Furthermore as to why China would make it difficult to investigate or would deny the lab theory. There has been plenty of evidence that the virus was man made. Rather, that it would be very hard for it to arise naturally in its current form without having a known ancestry in humans prior. So given that it was almost certainly manmade, lab leak has been a very plausible origin claim without any direct evidence. The cnn article I read indicated there was a low-risk that the virus was accidentally leaked out of Wuhan. That's wordplay, imo, and I hope I'm wrong. Because the alternative is bit frightening and something we've been yelling at governments for years. Stop messing around with stuff to hurt people. And we sit here and beat ourselves up instead of realize all the governments are just ridiculous. Who knows.
