LATE MAY OPINIONS .

1. Roe V Wade .

I feel like the Roe vs. Wade (1)>>leak was an orchestrated plot to subvert the main focus of the midterm on the struggling working class and economy to abortion.
This leak was meant to intimidate the Supreme Court into backing down.
I see the high fences have gone up around the Supreme Court and I'm reminded that one of the *other* reasons the Court is so pissed about the leak was that their actual plan was to kill Roe v. Wade and then scurry out of town so they didn't have to deal with anybody.  (1.2)>>Last year I wrote that Roe V Wade was going to bite the dust in 2022 . Which, as we are frequently told, is not found anywhere in the text of the Constitution. How "abortion" became legal is more conjuncture than real . Its base was shaky from the start . As the country grapples with the release of the draft, many people are revisiting the provisions in the  (2)>>Constitution the court relied upon handing down the 1973 ruling, including the 14th Amendment.  The 14th Amendment applied the rule of "equal protection" clause, that requires that everyone must be equally protected and equally treated under the law. Now the term "everyone " seemed to have left out the unborn .  So the “right to privacy” that protects a pregnant woman’s choice whether to have an abortion. However, this right is balanced against the government’s interests in protecting women's health and protecting “the potentiality of human life.” The Texas law challenged in this case violated this right. Basically I don't understand the argument that the 14th amendment gives a general right to privacy that also somehow grants a right to abortion.Like is the idea that the 14th amendment always included a universal right to abortion, but before 1973 all US legal scholars were reading it wrong lol? So it seems to me that repealing Roe v Wade is the correct reading of the law. It's not the 14th in isolation. The 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Amendments are collectively referred to as giving a right to privacy, a right to not associate and keep your life private. The 9th amendment states that the constitution will not invalidate any other rights granted to the citizens. Thus, there are implied rights that we have but are not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution and a general right to privacy. The Roe court read an implied right to an abortion into the category of "right to privacy." The 14th amendment states that your liberty will not be abridged without due process. Thus the right to an abortion was seen as requiring appropriate government protection.  (3)>>It really is on very "iify" constitutional grounds.
2.  Biden's  Ministry of Truth.
As of writing Nina Jankowicz, quit because of pressure .
The Announcement of a new (4)>>Government Department of Truth [of the Disinformation Governance Board—] and so on is all a bunch of unnecessary bull shit  This reminds me of the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell's 1984 and Animal Farm. We are in deep trouble if fiction becomes reality in America. I can just imagine some bureaucrat deep in the government deciding what is "truth".  The person chosen to lead this new (4.1)>>“Committee of Public Information” under (4.2)>>Mayorkas is Nina Jankowicz, who calls herself “a disinformation fellow” and a Russian disinformation expert. The Department of Homeland Security has announced the formation of the Disinformation Governance Board . Are you sure this isn't a disinformation campaign? Who would propose such a thing? It seems that it's about controlling what you see and read .We all know where this muddle headed scheme is headed. To a Dem controlled dictatorship where only those with “correct thinking” are allowed to enjoy life and participate in social discourse. The evidence keeps piling up where governed by the least competent Administration in our generation. (5)>>Jankowicz believes our distrust in media is because of the political right? I mean, you can't make this stuff up. Do you think she honestly believes the Ministry of Truth thing is going to do anything but make our polarization worse? Imagine if your primary job function was to make the USA a more divided, weaker country. Musk's announcement that the worlds largest social media forum will no longer hide the lies and coverups of this administration and it's counterparts was the final tipping point. They say it so casually, but this announcement under any other administration (or any western civilized government for that matter) would be taken VERY seriously. Makes you wonder how long this has been sitting in their drafts and what else there is to come. (6)>>Did Musk unintentionally speed up the DBG's timeline a few years?Add to the DGB's professional gaslighting operation the recent article on these pages about commercial spy satellites circling the globe, and the NSA's well known capacity to hear everything anyone ever says (if they desire) and you don't need a tin-foil hat to be a bit concerned about your privacy and the ability to protect it. Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.By now most have heard of DHS Secretary Myorkas' claim on Fox News Sunday that this Board will have nothing do do with domestic matters, but for things like debunking social media claims about US asylum laws which might inspire foreigners to attempt to emigrate here. Nice try. Three days earlier, Jen Psaki in the briefing room said: "what I can tell you is that it sounds like the objective of the board is to prevent disinformation and misinformation from traveling around the country in a range of communities". This pretty well clarifies what the plan here is, and it is not what was scripted for Mayorkas in the war room on Saturday.

3. Biden's NO RECOVERY ECONOMY .
(7)>>Biden did a press conference regarding inflation , (7.1)>>he blamed the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia's war in Ukraine for troubling economic news as he and his administration went on the defensive over mounting inflation and rising gas prices. While Biden did speak about inflation, he spent a significant amount of time attacking Republicans for a plan put out by the Senate GOP's campaign arm than laying out any new policies that would reverse a series of troubling economic developments. The country is facing the worst inflation in 40 years and a CNN poll conducted by SSRS showed fewer than a third of Americans think his party's economic visions aligns with their own. Gas prices have also jumped to fresh record highs, with AAA reporting on Tuesday that the national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline is at $4.37 — a 17-cent spike in the past week. Just last week, the Federal Reserve recently announced it was taking aggressive action to lower inflation and is raising interest rates by a half-percentage point -- something it hasn't done in 22 years.  With (8)>>GAS PRICES are HITTING THE ROOF ! And was caused by corporate America knowing their false price hikes would be scapegoated without question. This is going to be in every state soon once the real hyperinflation kicks in. Meat is going to be more valuable than gold. Cows being kidnapped from farms will be a norm. This LEADS US TO THE NEXT PROBLEM>>>
4.Baby Formula Shortage MYSTERY .
OK we have been told a excuse why there even is a baby formula shortage in the first place . TIME to consider "conspiracies" or bad government . (9)>>More than 40% of formula brands are gone.  It seem weird to me, as a European, that such a huge, wealthy mega-power is unable to provide the babies of it's citizens with something so basic,  (10)>>all while sprinkling tens of billions of US tax-payer dollars, sending arms and supplies on a gigantic scale, to support one of their proxy wars and geopolitical agendas .  The Democrats want to abort every baby they can do you really think they care about baby formula Politicalfact says "Conspiracy not at root of baby formula shortage ". I would say that its a wild coincidence that all of sudden it parallels the Roe V Wade memo leak . So the baby formula shortage takes place right after the Roe v. Wade ruling was leaked. Nothing to see here, right I’ve noticed that the same people pushing for abortion up until the moment that a baby is born are the same ones who don’t care about Joe Biden’s baby formula shortage. For starts , If China can construct hospitals in a matter of days, then why does it take several weeks just for Joe Biden to BEGIN addressing a shortage of baby formula? (11)>>The US government "knew" it was coming last year . That one baby formula plant had contaminated formula so it had to close pending a FDA investigation . Curious too , (12)>>the formulas just started to vanish from market shelves right about the time of the Russian - Ukraine conflict started . It’s actually Governors who aren’t helping!! The White House has been reaching out. They’ve been ignored. Baby Formula is heavily regulated by the Federal government. People demanded it, and thanks to the business lobby efforts of a couple companies, most baby formula is banned in the U.S., except for the formula manufactured by those few companies. Because one of the food additives that was known to rarely kill African babies, (about 1 baby in 5 million African babies), (12)>>the additive was banned in the U.S.. The big conglomerates in the U.S. got the government to approve their exclusive version of the additive, blocking all other competition in the U.S.. The original additive was never the cause of a death in the U.S.. (13)>>This is why baby formula is outrageously expensive, and now in short supply. Keep voting for idiots with no common sense. On some real shit, America is experiencing a crisis. Prohibited abortions. Illegal plan B. Excessively priced gasoline. Shortage on baby formula. Rent inflation. ALL WHILE TRYING TO BOUNCE BACK FROM A PANDEMIC. When will we get a break?

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>leak was an orchestrated plot to subvert the main focus of the midterm on the struggling working class and economy to abortion. The timing and circumstances are just way too convenient. There’s lots of pressure on both parties especially the DNC (since they are in charge) to address things like inflation, the great worker shortage, the affordable housing crisis, and the empty promises of student loan forgiveness & marijuana decriminalization. Now instead of actually having to address those things and come up with solutions the main focus of midterms will now be abortion. Workers will be forgotten about because the DNC & GOP are too busy playing good cop bad cop and the DNC takes no preventative action to stop things like this happening so they can use them as a wedge/talking point for elections. I am strongly pro choice but it just sucks that this will be the main focus of mid terms now. (1.2)>>Last year I wrote that Roe V Wade was going to bite the dust in 2022 .  You don't NEED A LEAK to know what the Supreme Court is going to to second guess whats coming . For 50 years since Roe V Wade the goal posts of abortion has been moved way to close to whereas  a fetus is becoming a fully developed child in the womb. The Texas heartbeat law fully defined that abortion was taking a life away . Other circumstances  is that the abortion industry has become a "industry" just like Big Oil and Big Tobacco. The new need of human fetal tissue for the creation of MrNA vaccines , brain stem cell research has pretty much turned into a lucrative way to harvest human tissue for scientific research. Now for 50 years the harvesting of "babies parts" now has become the core of Planned Parenthood . Planned Parenthood was as claimed not as their title says to " Plan for Parenthood" for couples . It's twisted away from "reproductive health" for women . Planned Parenthood has been accused of coxing young women to have abortions where none was needed.    [ SEE my PREVIOUS POST ON ABORTION PREDICTION  👉👉 shorturl.at/mHX08 ] (2)>>Constitution the court relied upon handing down the 1973 ruling, including the 14th Amendment. Yes I realize abortion is still a worker issue but now neither sides have to address anything else. The DNC has had multiple opportunities in the past 4 decades to codify it into law but instead used them to fundraiser millions each time. I am not trying to undermine abortion as some minor issue. It’s definitely a major issue and this whole situation sucks. I hope I am wrong but I really don’t have much faith in either party or our government as a whole. I hate the concept of them playing with human rights to benefit their own causes but I don’t put it below them. since some of y’all are still missing the point: Abortion/women’s rights are not any less important than any of the above mentioned issues. The key point is that every single election Dems and Repubs decide to play ping pong with women’s rights and the Dems do absolutely nothing at all to make a permanent or more secure solution. Instead they use this as an opportunity to focus on only one issue without addressing anything else and use it as a scare tactic to secure votes.Obamacare is literally the single most pro-life piece of legislation passed in the last 50 years. Abortions dropped 20% between 2011 and 2017.(3)>>It really is on very "iify" constitutional grounds. While we are always told that Abortion is a Constitutional Right . It has always been on thin ice from the start. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is surprised that there is so little written about abortion in a four-thousand-word document crafted by fifty-five men in 1787. As it happens, there is also nothing at all in that document, which sets out fundamental law, about pregnancy, uteruses, vaginas, fetuses, placentas, menstrual blood, breasts, or breast milk. There is nothing in that document about women at all. Roe v. Wade was an ill-judged decision when it was handed down on Jan. 22, 1973.For almost half a century, lawyers and legal scholars have strived mightily to explain Roe without notable success. There are some open-ended provisions in the Constitution. For example, we have the right not to be deprived of liberty without due process of law. But wording of this provision suggests that it is a procedural protection — your liberty can be taken if there is due process — and not an absolute guarantee of any particular liberty — such as the right to an abortion.(4)>>Government Department of Truth . The US government has created what is essentially a Ministry of Truth. It is led by a censorial cold warrior who worked for a CIA cutout overseeing regime-change operations targeting Russia and Belarus, and who smears independent anti-war American media outlets as supposed “Russian disinformation.”This new US information czar has also denounced whistleblowing journalistic publication WikiLeaks as “scum,” claiming without evidence that it is part of a supposed Russian “operation” that spreads so-called “malinformation.”Washington’s de facto Ministry of Truth will be overseen by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is infamous for violating civil liberties in the name of the so-called War on Terror. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has warned of DHS’ authoritarian tendencies and called for it to be dismantled. Noting the department’s use of “horrific tactics” against protesters, the ACLU wrote that the “short history of DHS has been filled with violence, the stoking of fear, and a lack of oversight.”   (4.1)>>“Committee of Public Information”.This is just so desperate and ridiculous. Again, it’s all about power and politics. Think about how ridiculous it is that with literally MILLIONS of people streaming across our border ILLEGALLY and with more than 100,000 of our young people dying from fentanyl, the government instead is acting to control citizens' LEGAL free speech and their right to attend and have grievances against their school boards. The priorities just continue to be so upside down, divisive and ridiculous.(4.2)>>Mayorkas. Biden Administration’s Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced that DHS will form a “Disinformation Governance Board” run by Nina Jankowicz. In a hearing Sen. Rand Paul pressed Mayorkas on his choice to lead the board, referring to Nina Jankowicz, whose Tik Tok video dispelling disinformation went viral and whose tweets have been widely criticized by Republicans.Mayorkas said the board would examine how DHS currently counters disinformation and make sure the agency “does not infringe on freedom of speech, rights of privacy, civil rights and civil liberties.” DHS already has an office of civil rights and civil liberties. “It is going to establish what should have been established years ago: standards, definitions, guidelines and policies,” he said. (5)>>Jankowicz believes our distrust in media is because of the political right? I mean, you can't make this stuff up. Nina Jankowicz resigns from the DHS after Disinformation Governance Board is put on 'pause' following right-wing backlash.  Watching her Mary Poppins video sealed the deal for me. Precisely. I lean more towards the Right, but the idea that anyone who becomes elected will therefor have control over what will be considered “disinformation” is a horrid idea. It will literally become a state-sponsored propaganda wing of the government. I just think the government should not be the one to decide for the entirety of the country what is the truth and what is not. Governments lie all the time, especially ours, and is controlled by the party who happens to be in charge. Passing this power from political party to the other and so forth seems to be a dangerous level of power being handed to the government.Too much room for political pressure on this for the disinformation “team” to not inflict their biases into their decisions. Jankowicz is a self-described “disinformation expert.” It’s ironic because she literally aided in misinformation and the cover-up of the Hunter Biden laptop in October 2020 saying on ABC News when asked, “We should view it as a Trump campaign product.” It wasn’t just misinformation but also election tampering. Three weeks: That's how long it took for the Department of Homeland Security to go from announcing a board intended to combat disinformation to suspending it.Basically, everything you may have heard about the Disinformation Governance Board is wrong or is just a flat out lie. The board was quite simple and anodyne. What it wanted to do was to coordinate among the Department of Homeland Security's components — agencies like FEMA or the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency or Customs and Border Patrol — and make sure that Americans had trustworthy information about issues connected to homeland security. LOL😂(6)>>Did Musk unintentionally speed up the DBG's timeline a few years? Elon Musk slamed Nina Jankowicz’s call for verified users to edit tweets. She is truly the most horrifying thing I've seen come out of the Biden administration, and that's saying something. "Disconcerting" is far too mild. Musk could have done better. This woman is a nutcase and should never be anywhere near any levers of power whatsoever.Every pick this admin has made are batshit crazy people. The new SCOTUS justice pick is, and it's a close run, even crazier. Can you tell me what a woman is? No, I'm not a biologist. There isn't even an emoji for these levels of crazy. Jankowicz, who started work at the DHS on March 2 did a National Public Radio interview on April 16 reacting to the news of Elon Musk trying to take over Twitter.During the interview with host Michel Martin, Jankowicz was asked about “free speech absolutist” Elon Musk.“The platforms aren’t doing very much right now,” she said. “And I shudder to think about if free speech absolutists were taking over more platforms, what that would look like for the marginalized communities all around the world.”Jankowicz promoted her latest book in the interview, How To Be A Woman Online: Surviving Abuse And Harassment, And How To Fight Back, and complained about the criticism and mockery that she faced online. She indicated more censorship was necessary.“We need the platforms to do more, and we frankly need law enforcement and our legislatures to do more as well,” she said. Jankowicz spoke favorably about the United Kingdom considering an “online safety bill” that would make mean harassing online content illegal. She also called for tech platforms to punish online trolls for mistreating women.“[R]eally any enforcement of consequences against abusers would make such a big difference because part of the reason this happens right now is that hardly anything ever happens to the people who are levying the abuse,” Jankowicz said. She complained politicians were not taking the problem of online harassment seriously.“There are no consequences right now because there does not seem to be the political will within companies to crack down on content that drives engagement,” she said.  (7)>>Biden did a press conference regarding inflation .A roaring economy based on 20T dollars borrowed over the last 12 years. That my friend is a recipe for disaster. If you think inflation is good, wait until you have to buy something and you just need more dollars , and more dollars to get the same things. We get a lot of stuff from China, they currency is 20% stronger so their products will just get more expensive for us .If you think inflation is good, Like Biden said..."Its a great asset, more inflation" why is Argentina so poor? their inflation is 25-35% a year. (7.1)>>he blamed the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia's war in Ukraine for troubling economic news  I DON'T BLAME RUSSIA FOR OUR NATIONS ECONOMIC MESS . OK , LET'S GO >>White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki attempts to blame Russia for USA's "extraordinarily elevated" inflation numbers, despite the fact that inflation has been accelerating at record pace for years due to reckless money creation by the Federal Reserve.JUST IN: The White House now admits that inflation is at least 8.5%, the highest admission in over 40 years. Note that this is CPI, which is heavily curated (manipulated) for political purposes, and therefore true inflation is considerably higher. Vladimir Putin was unavailable for comment. Everyone here saw this inflation coming miles away. We knew they would blame Putin just like we knew they were gonna blame covid. Democrats blame Trump, Republicans blame Biden. It's the fault of the month and will be blamed on anyone and anything in current events, except of course the FED and the money printing. How stupid do they think we are? Wait don't answer that.(8)>>GAS PRICES are HITTING THE ROOF !. Lol  GAS inflation is higher in America than in most other developed countries and if you look at the Feds NGDP targeting they clearly missed the mark. People here need to accept the reality that inflation is mostly Biden's/the Fed's/Congress' fault. The SLOWDOWN of gas imports , is a slight case . Most of it is price gouging of the American people .But with Biden and Obamas war on fossil fuels, our production has decreased and is much lower than it should be, opening the opportunity for Russia to be a major supplier of the EU and handicapping our ability to deter Russia from doing shitty things like invading Georgia and Ukraine.  Gas prices were creeping up for a year before the invasion. It was due to the lessening of domestic production and an increase in foreign oil dependence. The invasion was the cherry on top. WORRISOME TO COME IS GAS SHORTAGES .Our current circumstance is the result of decades of shitty policy...mostly perpetrated by democrats, but some also by republicans. (9)>>More than 40% of formula brands are gone.  From what I understand, and the topic was brought up several times in the news here in Europe, it's not a supply chain issue, they claim that there is no Baby Formula available, as if - it is not being made, or being made in extremely low quantity. If you have had children and you have used that powder, you should know it's being manufactured from pretty basic ingredients. Well also the FDA shut down the plant from Abbot due to a couple unrelated baby deaths which caused a big backlog in production .(10)>>all while sprinkling tens of billions of US tax-payer dollars, sending arms and supplies on a gigantic scale, to support one of their proxy wars . 40 billion dollars is just a little over $100 they could of given to every man woman and child in the us, meaning a family of four could of gotten $400 to help with gas and groceries.Of course that only makes the problem of inflation worse but that’s the point if we can afford(we can’t) to print it and send it over there we should just give it to people here trying to scrape by and pay bills.Ultimately they are purposely crashing the economy it seems, housing, food, gas all record high while wages stagnate, the stock market and crypto all going down. (11)>>The US government "knew" it was coming last year . The shortage of baby formula started last year sort of went under the radar . “During the spring of 2020, formula sales rocketed upwards as people stockpiled formula just like they stockpiled toilet paper,” Demand for formula surged as parents hoarded in 2020; then demand fell, leading suppliers to cut back production through 2021; and now, with more new mothers demanding more formula in 2022, orders are surging faster than supply is recovering. Finally, the third factor: America’s regulatory and trade policy. And while that might not sound as interesting to most people as bacteria and viruses, it might be the most important part of the story. Buying formula from developed countries with high food standards because a bunch of people panic bought supplies off the shelves and some people bought them up and stole them to sell at black market prices is just a stop gap measure until the production is ramped up.Baby formula rackets aren't new and some have been caused by grey market buying from other countries who buy up all the product on the shelves and export it to their country. Foreign baby formula from countries like the US has been highly coveted in China for a long time.  (12)>>the formulas just started to vanish from market shelves right about the time of the Russian - Ukraine conflict started . FACT CHECKERS have been trying to not link the Ukraine - Russia war to the shortages recently . How ever since the start of the war the US has been shipping baby formulas to the refugees who left Ukraine , this has been secretly done , unnoticed by the public at large since the war started [ interestingly enough WFP organization related to the WHO published the need for baby formula for refugees 2015 https://www.wfp.org/news/only-1-4-internally-displaced-infants-exclusively-breastfed-ukraine-unicef-and-wfp ] another connection to the formula shortage is directly linked to Ukraine . Patrick Sly, the president of global nutrition at Reckitt, which produces Enfamil, said its products contain sunflower oil, of which Ukraine is a major producer. The war in Ukraine has contributed to the baby formula shortage, according to an executive of one of the largest producers of formula in the U.S. You have to connect the dots , how its going around in circles . The supply goes to the refugees shipped overseas in pallets , at the same time , but slowly since last year domestic formulas were being depleted . The prevailing narrative is that four companies control 90% of the baby formula production in the US. 4 companies. Yet 1 factory closes and the entire chain supply crumbles? (12)>>the additive was banned in the U.S.. Two consumer protection groups have filed a petition with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), calling for a ban on toxic baby formula additives, known as nanomaterials, which are kept out of baby formula in Europe, but continue to be found in products sold in the U.S.On February 10, the Center for Food Safety and the International Center for Technology Assessment filed an FDA petition (PDF), indicating that it is well past time for federal regulators to ban the use of nanoscale ingredients, which are not approved by the agency, and can result in toxic infant formula being used by families. The problem goes beyond simply a screw-up at a single plant or COVID economic disruptions, though. These parents and their babies are in a struggle for survival against monopoly capitalism. The concentration of baby formula production in a few corporate hands has left the whole nation vulnerable to a crisis exactly like the one now unfolding.  (13)>>This is why baby formula is outrageously expensive, and now in short supply. Finding the reasons for this assault on families’ basic ability to survive requires looking beyond the typical explanations given for the “everything shortage” that defines the economy right now. More is at work than just logistics challenges or supposed worker shortages. Those issues were already facing formula producers before the current acute shortage. The baby formula crisis is a monopoly problem, and it’s a capitalism problem.
