Go Steve BANNON GO!

Steve Bannon will challenge his
subpoena , its really about
free speech .

“It’s not going to happen like you think it’s going to happen. It’s going to be extraordinarily different, and all I can say is strap in. You have made this happen and tomorrow it's game day. All Hell is going to break loose tomorrow."

— Steve Bannon, January 5

Bannon . We all know that Steve Bannon has been charged with contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena from the legislative committee investigating the (1)>>Jan. 6 Capitol siege. So, Bannon's case has been assigned to the same judge presiding over the (2)>>Dominion suit against Rudy. These judge ships are so vitally important. The final vote was 229 to 202, with just 9 Republicans joining with nearly every Democrat in favor of the resolution to recommend the Justice Department for prosecution. See the full roll call here. Remember that at election time.  (2.1)>>The now regarding the so called "insurrection" may not have been Bannon's direct fault . While Bannon is part of the populist movement , the events of Jan 6th are ambiguous at least . The 2020 election is pure funny stuff , there was manipulation of the votes , with all evidence , many votes were not counted on election day . We still had absentee ballots being counted past December .  Also let’s realize that the ONLY election results they contest are the ones involving Trump. Shouldn’t they also cry fraud about the votes that got them elected or re-elected? If it was so ‘rigged’ why didn’t those doing the rigging change any other results? So many questions here . I believe that there was a conspiracy to prevent Trump from winning a second term .   Steve Bannon opposed the election results pretty much like I too disputed them . In spite I did predicted that Joe Biden would win , but all that was because there was so much at stake to end Trump's political career . From the start Trump was treated like a illegitimate president who was called a Putin puppet . We had four years of Russia-gate . You have to think if the same people behind Russia-gate could have sabotaged the election inn favor for Biden?   So there could have been nefarious elements in the election process that could have been disputed . Well of course it’s all political! If they can prosecute people like Brannon, then surely the little people will be too afraid to talk. If they prosecute O’Keefe then that might shut up and shut down small conservative media outlets! Steve Bannon and O'keefe are champions of First Amendment freedoms. Unlike their careless MSM counterparts they cherish TRUTH TELLING, to the consternation of every lying hard LEFT ,If they can't take them out legally they will try to do it illegally this is the US AG;s assignment. Apparently at this point they still do not own all of the court system. That is one of the few saving graces, (3)>>Bannon was branded a instigator by the witch hunt committee queen Nancy Pelosi, because he was a loud voice protesting the election  . Bannon refused to cooperate with the House panel investigating the storming of the Capitol, arguing he was covered under an assertion of executive privilege by Trump. But legal experts said that claim lacked merit because Bannon is a private citizen who had not worked inside the White House for years — and because the current president, Joe Biden, had waived privilege on several matters before the House committee.  (4)>>So there is a lot more going on here . It's more about silencing Bannon . Who currently has his own public platform called The War Room . Bannon did not enter a plea and is due back in court o for the next phase of what could be the first high-level trial in connection with January’s insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.Combative outside court, he said he was “going on the offense” against the attorney general, the speaker of the House and President Biden. He declared, “This is going to be a misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.”As for Bannon’s threats to rain hell down on his enemies, his lawyers seemed to take a somewhat different posture. They’ve not only waived the right to a speedy trial; they’d like to drag this out forever, or at least until 2023.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Jan. 6 Capitol siege. For me the Capital riots were fueled by the so call "racial justice " unrest following the George Floyd killing . Last year the nation exploded in violence , riots , and looting . Honestly looking at the " insurrection" from a Independent eye the storming of the Capital Hill was long in coming , we have American people who are just fed up with their government . It's not just the far right , the far left following the Floyd incident crashed the economy nation wide forcing people to take to the streets setting major cities on fire  masked as "justice for Floyd" but in reality the Covid lock downs put people on the edge of their sanity . (2)>>Dominion suit against Rudy. As pillow magnate-cum-election conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell finds once-supportive media no longer interested in his views after a wave of defamation lawsuits, one outlet remains ready and willing to regularly broadcast his lies: Steve Bannon’s “War Room” show, which Lindell also happens to underwrite. “Dominion was part of it,” Lindell claimed on the program, without evidence, accusing the voting machine manufacturer of working with China to rig the November election against former President Donald Trump. “If you work for Dominion and you were part of this crime against humanity, turn yourself in. Save yourself some jail time.”  Dominion Voting Systems alleges in the lawsuits that Powell, Giuliani and Lindell waged a campaign of lies against it, spreading verifiably false claims that Dominion shifted millions of votes from Donald Trump and rigged the election in favor of President Joe Biden. Dominion says that through TV appearances, podcasts, tweets and speeches, the defendants contributed to a “viral disinformation campaign,” causing the company to suffer billions of dollars in damages. (2.1)>>The now regarding the so called "insurrection" may not have been Bannon's direct fault . It about free speech , what he said on Jan 5th , just one day before the attack, Bannon told listeners of his podcast that “All hell is going to break loose tomorrow,” according to CNN; in December, according to reporting by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa in their recent book Peril, Bannon told Trump, “We are going to kill it in the crib. Kill the Biden presidency in the crib.” We know that Capital riot was instigated by someone else , we have seen the mob gathered , crashing through Capital Hill was not led by Bannon , what Bannon said is taken out of context completely . (3)>> Bannon was branded a instigator by the witch hunt committee queen Nancy Pelosi. "As Nancy Pelosi is trying to put citizens in jail, namely Steve Bannon because he's not cooperating with her investigation, she is withholding key information about January 6th," Judicial Watch President @TomFitton. Watch more here: youtu.be/Kg0kz_hCtEE  . Seventy-six percent of Republicans believe Bannon’s prosecution is politically motivated, while 35 percent of Democrats believe the same. Regarding O’Keefe, 67 percent believe his prosecution is politically motivated, and 38 percent of Democrats believe that. Well of course it’s all political! If they can prosecute people like Brannon, then surely the little people will be too afraid to talk. If they prosecute O’Keefe then that might shut up and shut down small conservative media outlets!(4)>>So there is a lot more going on here . Bannon’s indictment also signals the seriousness with which the January 6 committee is handling its investigation — and for good reason.Among other issues, the committee is potentially facing a time crunch: With the 2022 midterms coming up quickly and Republicans in prime position to win back control of the House, the committee could have only so much time to conduct its investigation before it’s in danger of being shuttered by a Republican House majority. That means Trump’s stonewalling tactics could be all the more potent, if they succeed, and it raises the stakes of the committee’s work.
