In the three and a half weeks since  (1)>>Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced a formal impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, House investigators have broken through the administration’s stonewalling of Congress and heard dozens of hours of testimony from key witnesses.The public, however, has seen virtually none of it—and that dynamic could ultimately threaten the Democrats’ bid to get public opinion firmly on their side.There has never before, in the entire history of this country, been closed hearings on impeachment. It is secret from the public and their elected representatives are not allowed to participate. BUT TRUMP'S Impeachment looks like a farce that took three years the day he entered the  The White House . The calls for Trump's impeachment has grown exponentially among Democrats this calendar year, from freshmen representatives like (1.2)>>Rashida Tlaib who spat out [ Impeach the M ... F ]  ,  to veteran lawmakers like Maxine Waters, Al Green and the late Elijah Cummings. They were out to get Trump . (2)>>Impeachment of an elected president, especially when he’s up for re-election in just over a year, is a serious step. If the American people — and Republican members of Congress — are going to have any chance of backing this inquiry’s final recommendations, it needs to be conducted in an open and transparent way that respects established legal principles, such as the right to face one’s accusers and to cross-examine witnesses.  However there is something going on that is not so transparent in regards to impeaching Trump . The Republicans chanted "let us in" as they forced their way into the hearing, breaching US House security rules. About two dozen Republicans pushed their way into the secure meeting room - known as a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, or  (2.1)>>SCIF, on Wednesday morning.Some brought their mobile phones in with them, leading Democrats and some officials to accuse them of a security breach.SCIFs are built to prevent electronic eavesdropping, and allow people to review classified information. Electronic devices are not permitted.Democrats and Republicans began shouting at each other, reports say, and the Republican protesters refused to leave the room for a number of hours, even ordering pizza at lunchtime. A Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee defended holding the impeachment inquiry proceedings in secret and withholding transcripts by saying witnesses were giving depositions and not testifying in hearings. Republicans have cried foul because witness transcripts from closed-door House impeachment proceedings have yet to be released but House Intelligence Committee

(3)>>Chairman Adam Schiff has demanded the White House release documents related to the president’s July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Republicans claim they have not been able to access relevant documents and testimony from the impeachment hearings, but Democrats disagree and say Republicans have not shown up for the depositions. Democrats held two straight Intelligence Committee hearings on (3)>>Trump-Ukraine in secret, reports the Washington Examiner’s Byron York. Two more scheduled for this week will be closed, too. Yet “there could not be a matter in which the American people have a greater stake” than the impeachment of a president, and neither hearing has apparently involved “highly classified matters.” Chairman Adam Schiff insists he is only complying with a law protecting whistleblowers from exposure, but the statute in question allows for disclosure in the course of an investigation. Bottom line: Democrats can’t forever keep “vital information away from the American people” in the name of preserving the whistleblower’s anonymity. “The impeachment proceedings should be opened up — now.The fight over whether Trump should be removed from office is  distorting everything it touches. Opinion polls suggest that, currently, Americans are about evenly divided on the question of impeachment, a complication for Democrats. (4)>>The president MIGHT be impeached but not REMOVED. The Underling lesson , Not every impeachment brings about a political settlement, good or bad. The failed impeachment of Bill Clinton, in 1999, for lying about his sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky, settled less than nothing, except that it weakened Americans’ faith in impeachment.

(1)>>Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced a formal impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. And that is exactly what Democrats and their allies in the media have done since Nov. 9, 2016. Accepting the fact they all got it so wrong would require painful self-reflection. It is much easier to divert, disparage, and discredit. Otherwise the American people would not learn their lesson. Millions of “deplorables” could get the wrong idea that the swamp is supposed to work for them. When Ms. Pelosi says the “facts changed the situation,” she is really saying that now the Democrats have finally settled on an excuse to satisfy their mission. Russia was so 2016, 2017, 2018, and, well, 2019 (up until about July 24). Now it would be Ukraine! But let us not delude ourselves that Democrats are interested in the facts. If Ms. Pelosi were, she would not have come out in favor of impeachment without having seen a shred of evidence — the transcript of the phone call with Ukraine, or even the so-called whistleblower’s complaint, who, with the help of Democrat attorneys, came up with accusations based on no firsthand knowledge but anonymous gossip. If Democrats were concerned with facts, Democrats simply CAN'T handle that President Trump is the freely, fairly, legally, democratically and CONSTITUTIONALLY elected President Of The United States.. Rashida Tlaib told a room full of progressives exactly what the new majority intended to do. “We’re gonna go in there and we’re gonna impeach ......"  Remember that Tlaib with many of her "Squad" have  been accusing Trump  of.... “We already have overwhelming evidence that the president has committed impeachable offenses, including, just to name a few: obstructing justice; violating the emoluments clause; abusing the pardon power; directing or seeking to direct law enforcement to prosecute political adversaries for improper purposes...” And after conservatives criticized the congresswoman for her “impeach the motherfucker”   Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other top Democrats have long argued that impeachment is a last resort that would come at the end of exhaustive oversight and investigations. But on the second day of the new Congress, the news was jammed with talk of Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, who told a crowd of progressive activists Thursday night that “we’re gonna impeach the motherf---er.” Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s 2020 reelection campaign is looking to cash in this week on the recent wave of Democratic support for an impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump by selling T-shirts with the slogan “Impeach the mf.”The shirts cost $29, come in a variety of styles with a black or white backdrop, and take one to two weeks to ship to their destination. “You’ve asked for ’em. And now we’ve got ’em: ‘Impeach the MF’ t-shirts!” the ActBlue fundraising page selling the shirts for the Michigan Democrat reads. (2)>>Impeachment of an elected president. The country remains divided on impeachment. You might not be shocked that an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll found 76 percent of Republicans don’t believe there’s enough evidence to merit an inquiry. Surprisingly, though, only 45 percent of Democrats — and 40 percent of independents — believe Congress should move forward with it. And while 42 percent of Democrats want Trump removed from office now, only 20 percent of independents do. A closed-door impeachment process isn’t likely to give Democrats in Congress the public trust they’ll need to remove the president from office with wide support if that’s what they hope to do.  In both the Nixon and Clinton impeachment inquiries, language in the resolution granted the minority party the power to subpoena, but with a caveat: subpoenas were voted upon by the committee, which meant the majority, in theory, had the power to block subpoenas proposed by the minority. The Republicans changed the rules in 2015 to prohibit the Dems from calling witnesses, while the Republicans conducted private depositions In their investigations.Now the Republicans have to live by their own rules! LMAO.  (2.1)>>SCIF. Around 10 a.m. Wednesday, a gaggle of conservative House members on Capitol Hill staged a “protest,” barging into the secure room — called a SCIF — where members of three House committees were preparing to hear testimony from Laura Cooper, a deputy assistant secretary of defense.(3)>>Trump-Ukraine in secret. I believe Trump’s convention with Zelensky was pretty standard stuff for US Presidents and NOT grounds for impeachment. Who remembers this classic live mic conversation between Obama and Russia’s.Medvedev “This is my last election … After my election I have more flexibility,”? Suggesting that presidents don’t use their position to gain advantage is naive at best.   I must ADD that I do question the methods used by TRUMP in opposition research . If the Democrats want to impeach Trump , they should look at Ethics rather than Collusion. Trump has out of stupidity , random acts of foolishness has violated Ethics , he should be censured by Congress .     (3)>>Chairman Adam Schiff .   Schiff is a notorious leakier and weasel-like hit man for Hillary the Democrats. He made sure her [ Hillary]  ‘insurance policy’ was cashed in and used to hurt Trump as much as possible.  Schiff constantly talked about Trump colluding with Russia when he knew full well that it was Hillary who did the SAME thing colluding. BUT the president said his lawyers should sue Rep. Adam Schiff, who is chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and his Democrat colleagues."My lawyers should sue the Democrats and Shifty Adam Schiff for fraud!" Adam Schiff is just another James Comey.  Regardless, These people, who spent years telling the American people that the president of the United States colluded with a foreign government to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton, Now they have found new material to re-spin , the Ukrainian story .(4)>>The president MIGHT be impeached but not REMOVED. From the VARY start it seems that the Democrats are not using the proper procedure against Trump . First we had the Mueller Probe that was a bit lopsided from the start . In the end Mueller fumbled over his words and could not remember what he wrote if he did . NOW it seems that the Democrats are looking to try again  to remove Trump , they are repeating the same mistake they did with Mueller . While support for Trump's impeachment is high among the Congressional Democratic Women out of the 228 in the House . Women seem to be leading the push with Nancy Pelosi to impeach Trump . Regardless of the Democratic move in the House , there is a serious problem that President Donald Trump continues to be backed by a seemingly unshakable core of supporters who deny he has done anything wrong and agree he is the target of a political "lynching," a new USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll finds. Plus there are a fraction of Democrats like Jeff Van Drew who now appears to not be voting for Pelosi's Impeachment Bill . STRANGER STILL .  Trump might be "saved" from the wrath of the mob that exists next year . A lengthy study released this week by the Public Religion Research Institute offers other clues about the current state of Trump’s relationship with white evangelical voters, as well as why it could change between now and Election Day. In striking terms, the survey captures just how substantial the president’s support is among white evangelicals: 99 percent of GOP-leaning white evangelical Protestants oppose impeaching and removing Trump from office and 63 percent say he has done nothing to damage the dignity of the presidency, separating them from majorities across all other major religious groups that said he has.
