ARREST TRUMP & PUTIN !!!! LOL .

AFTER 7 years FINALLY they're going to ARREST
TRUMP . OK Well see
😜

IF TRUMP is RIGHT . (1)>>He be the FIRST U.S. President ever arrested , in handcuffs . So far , here is the story .Trump expects to be arrested in connection with a Manhattan district attorney investigation and called on his supporters to protest, even as uncertainty remained about whether any legal action was actually imminent. Trump's advisers Tuesday made clear they had no specific knowledge of the timing of any possible indictment, even as the former president made the comments on Truth Social, the social media network he founded. He could just be saying it, and the if the DA doesn't indict him, he can then say  (2)>>"See? They don't have anything on me!"  If there's enough to indict him, especially after a grand jury has recommended indictment, no one should be above the law.He absolutely deserves a fair trial for whatever they indict him for, but he shouldn't get a pass because it would be political. That's worse than not giving him a pass because it is political .Either way, if you commit a crime, you should stand trial, and ultimately putting criminals away, or clearing the names of accused people is a good thing. Who cares about the politics? I'm sure the politicians are very concerned about the politics, but everyday Americans are worried about justice and right vs wrong. Not whether something should be done or not done because of "politics."  (3)>>Why are people skeptical? Trump is even saying that he’s getting indicted tomorrow or in handcuffs when it happens .. There’s never been a point in the last 7 years where it was imminent. And nobody is denying that he’s getting indicted this week. REMEMBER THEY WERE AFTER TRUMP since they first day he he became PRESIDENT ! Every other time it was speculated on what illegal shit he could get charged with and how it was illegal and rumors about sealed indictments, but there was never a point where they said he was getting indicted. There’s also the specific skepticism for the date. Trump is the only source claiming he’ll be arrested tomorrow. If he claimed water was wet, you’d best check to see if there’d been a flash freeze. I’m in this camp. The NY grand jury is wrapping up and security arrangements are being made for the unrest which is sure to be caused in the event of an indictment. It’s most likely happening soon. I just feel certain it won’t be on Tuesday. It’ll be hilarious if this is the one time a Trump prediction came true, though. (4)>>That the Stormy Daniels payoff is the stupidest, crassest thing to lead to the first arrest of a US president, but also it it is completely unsurprising after the past 7+ years we've been through.I maintain that the vast majority of the people who are "upset" about this are purely doing so because they already hate Trump anyway, and wouldn't give half a shit if they weren't desperately looking for some avenue to remove him from office, but you are correct that the story is apparently deeper than just "he had an affair."It's legally significant. I'm not saying that there should be no investigation, or that nothing illegal happened. I'm saying that out of every 100 people who suddenly care about campaign finance, maybe 1 of them actually cares about campaign finance, and if this was a politician they liked, they'd dismiss it as boring.

2. ARREST PUTIN !😛
Coincidentally now there is a arrest warrant for Putin ?

THE COMEDY NEVER ENDS . (5)>>The International Criminal Court (“ICC”) issued an
arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for the alleged war crime “of [the] unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine.”Remember, these charges relate to Russia’s treatment of children.  (6)>>Apparently, removing children from a war zone is a war crime. But the U.S. starving 500,000 of them to death is not. Yes, Putin took children that were being held in orphanages , that were Russian , living in a war torn part of Ukraine to safety . The whole thing smells of legal problems . You can't arrest a leader , president of another country . Is it just me, or do governments that want to arrest people from war crimes, etc. ALWAYS let the cat out of the bag. Why do they not just arrest them if they show up without shouting out "Hey if you come here, we will arrest you". Maybe by law, they have too, but that doesn't seem reasonable.NOW  This. The whole warrant this is essentially for show; he's never going to leave Russian-occupied soil for the rest of his life. And I very much doubt that Russia would ever turn him in. If a change that massive happened in their government, they'd likely want to handle it themselves. Look at a case like Saddam Hussein; the country wasn't going to ship him off to Europe to be judged by an international court, they were going to handle it locally. (7)>>It's true that if Putin were removed the new leadership would probably look for an off ramp. However, we have to actually give them one. We get rid of Putin via a method that is seen as an act of war. Because if we did that, then the new Russian leadership would be forced to immediately retaliate or be torn apart by their own people. You can't take Putin out and expect the next guy in charge to be chill about it. Even if they weren't Putin's biggest fan, they wouldn't be able to let the office of the Russian President be taken out by a foreign power. Not automatically, but it would be a major confrontation. Attempt to attack NATO conventionally would be disastrous for Russia. Trying to engage in a nuclear war is foolish given you can't win a nuclear war. More likely it would be some form of asymmetric attack, like a major cyber attack, that they can plausibly deny, along with arresting a bunch of foreigners and keeping them hostage. Putin isn't going to test the resolve of the west on this one though. He won't go to a country that doesn't guarantee he's security and that he will be free from arrest.
 EPILOGUE :

TRUMP and PUTIN , again coincidentally in a comical way have arrest warrants , but am not so sure on TRUMP's ARREST is a mere distraction on the US NEWS MEDIA clowns . Within 72 hours both Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump will either have been arrested or have an arrest warrant. If I was to tell Republicans this 2 years ago they would have laughed and then jumped to the defense of both these men. . Again your fantasy outweighs reality. The NY DA has elevated a misdemeanor case to a felony. He is using a case that two DA'a left the office over in 2016, so? Look in the mirror. Think about what America stands for. The GOP & DEMOCRATS are a train wreck right now.Mr. Trump is not out of the woods yet, as legal analysts say the Manhattan grand jury that has been hearing evidence in secret for weeks could still settle on criminal charges. BUT it would be EVEN HARDER to ARREST PUTIN without starting World War III  .They are laughing at you.

Just think what a different world it would
have been .....

NOTES AND COMMENTS :

(1)>>He be the FIRST U.S. President ever arrested . He would be the first president to be put into handcuffs since Ulysses S. Grant was pulled over for speeding in his horse and buggy. The 18th president was pulled over by a police officer in 1876, with officer William West telling him: 'Duty is duty sir, and I will have to place you under arrest.'President Richard Nixon also came close to being arrested amid the infamous Watergate scandal after he conspired to cover up his administration's involvement in the 1972 break-in of the Democratic National Committee headquarters in Washington, D.C.Trump also became the first president to have their home raided by the FBI, after they swooped on Mar-a-Lago in relation to classified files the former president had allegedly stashed at his Florida bolthole.  (2)>>"See? They don't have anything on me!"   This is exactly the problem. If they spend 20 years painfully gathering evidence, by the time they are ready to act, Trump will either be dead already, or will be on his 5th term as Fuhrer. There is a time-criticality to prevent further damage being done.Even if he did, you may never find out at this point. The case as reported in the news is past NYS's five year statute of limitations as all the payments were finished in 2017. While there are still exceptions to that rule, it will be difficult to argue those exceptions should apply to Trump. And the previous DA declined to pursue this case because he didn't believe there was an applicable NYS law and thought trying to apply violating a federal law he was never charged with as the basis for the case wouldn't fly. There's a high chance this case gets dismissed before it would ever go to trial. In the case of prosecuting a former president for campaign finance violations that happened 7 years ago, there is no way the pros outweigh the cons. Failing to prosecute means maybe more campaign finance shenanigans (as if those don’t already occur frequently). But prosecuting means opening a Pandora’s box. You can rest assured that if the Republicans win, Biden will face prosecution if he lives long enough. For what? Who knows. Doesn’t matter. A good prosecutor will find a way. And the cycle will continue and may devolve into just arresting political opponents BEFORE they have a chance to win office. This is banana republic shit. (3)>>Why are people skeptical? Trump is even saying that he’s getting indicted tomorrow or in handcuffs when it happens ..I can't say I  agree with his usage of "extreme." It might fit those on the right who have convinced themselves this is some elaborate ploy to garner sympathy for Trump, but I'd say anyone who has two brain cells to rub together and isn't a member of the Cult of Donald understands that he, like anyone else, be held accountable for the ALLEGED  crimes he's committed. This kind of thing happens in every election everywhere, if any rule is violated to the smallest extend, the opposition will try to try to exploit it to the maximum. There's no reason to assume to think that they've has been holding back this whole time, but now it's different because they went after trump. They're already "looking for a way" and always have been, but if there isn't a way, then they can't find one. But it looks like they did with Trump. (4)>>That the Stormy Daniels payoff is the stupidest. When this whole investigation into Trump's dealings began and Robert Mueller was appointed, he was looking into ACTUAL problems, like alleged collusion with Russia in the lead-up to the election. However, lately, including this raid on Cohen's office, it seems that a lot of focus is being put on his supposed affair with Stormy Daniels. It is my position that no one outside of his own household should care about what happened with this woman, and it has no bearing on his job as President.Furthermore, I will assert that anyone who claims to be outraged about it is doing so purely because they hate Trump and are looking for any possible way to remove him from office. I would wager that most of these people (rightly so) were dismissive of the "scandal" surrounding Bill Clinton and HIS extramarital goings-on.That was a non-story, and this is, too.I admittedly don't know a lot about it, but even from what I've found, I can find no more depth to this story beyond "He had an affair with a porn star." To me, this does not matter in the slightest. (5)>>The International Criminal Court (“ICC”) issued an ....However, in 1998 the US was one of only seven countries – along with China, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Qatar, and Yemen – that voted against the Rome Statute. US President Bill Clinton signed the Rome Statute in 2000 but did not submit the treaty to the Senate for ratification. In 2002, President George W. Bush effectively “unsigned” the treaty, sending a note to the United Nations secretary-general that the US no longer intended to ratify the treaty and that it did not have any obligations toward it. However, since then, US relations with the court have been complicated but often positive How about ICC pressing charges against the BUSH I & II ? Nor is it a crime for the U.S. to burn children alive (see also here); explode children to piecesshoot children at point blank rangefire generational birth defect-causing depleted uranium at childrenrape children (see also here and here); overlook its Afghan warlord allies’ systematic rape of children; and punishing its own soldiers for trying to stop it. The American government doesn't recognize the ICC for a number of reasons .In 2002, U.S. President, and soon-to-be murderer of one million Iraqis, George W. Bush, signed into law the American Service Members Protection Act (also known as the “Hague Invasion Act”), which “authorize[d] the use of military force to liberate any American or citizen of a U.S.-allied country being held by the [ICC] court, which is located in The Hague.” In 2020, President Donald Trump imposed sanctions on ICC prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, who had opened an investigation into U.S. war crimes in AfghanistanUnder international law, states have a responsibility to investigate and appropriately prosecute (or extradite for prosecution) suspected perpetrators of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other international crimes. (6)>>Apparently, removing children from a war zone is a war crime. Putin saves 17k children from the battlefield and he’s the criminal? Our NN actually showed that the Russians allow any parents that come forward to collect them. Reports first emerged last spring that Ukrainian children in occupied territory were being taken to Russia, and even being adopted by Russian families. Russia has presented its actions as a humanitarian mission to save Ukrainian children from the war. But Ukraine has accused Russia of genocide and described its actions as a war crime.Should say he stole the children who Ukraine was using as sex trafficked and black market organ harvesting.... That means Putin is a hero and saves the lives of children.... I stand behind anyone who protects those who can not protect themselves, especially children!!!(7)>>It's true that if Putin were removed the new leadership would probably look for an off ramp. This exact kind of political/cultural exceptionalism (ie democracy is the only "proper" form of government, and that other nations need "wester guidance" on how to run their own government) is why western state-building has failed badly outside of the handful of countries rebuilt by the US after World War 2. No offense, but your view here feels like a very western bourgeois take on statecraft - ie the world is better if everyone adopts western social and political norms. No humility or self awareness in how your own value system is failing in front of your own eyes in the US. Just, the rest of the world is so benighted and stone age that they can't possibly conceive of political systems on their own or build an economy that isn't controlled and dictated by western economic interests.Given Russia's history I wouldn't hold my breath for long term positive changes. The USSR did fall yet here we are again.Don't get me wrong, Putin being gone would NOT  good in the short term at least. But Russia has gone through multiple revolutions and in a way, I think that only makes them more prone to anti-democratic practices in the future.

MARCH OPINIONS : TUCKER CARLSON and Silicon Valley Bank collapse.

1. Tucker Carlson and the Jan 6th "tapes".
The current uproar by some member of Congress and MSM about Tucker Carlson's revelations about the Jan 6th Committee is easy to understand if you accept that the only reason for the Committee was to prevent Trump of running in any future elections.Well WE can say this ... with the 'hind sight ", there is a LOT MORE to the what happened on January 6th. Besides what the farcical Jan 6th Committee has been presenting to the public.  (1)>>Fox News host Tucker Carlson recently  released security video from the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, using footage provided exclusively to him by Speaker Kevin McCarthy to portray the riot as a peaceful gathering. Carlson, the popular but controversial figure on Fox, made the comments to his millions of viewers  as he aired selected clips of never-before-seen video of the Capitol on Jan. 6 and downplayed the hours long insurrection, in which 140 police officers were injured.Trump contended that Carlson’s presentation was “irrefutable” evidence that rioters have been wrongly accused of crimes and he thanked the host and the speaker for their work.  (2)>>Carlson praised McCarthy as having “rectified” the official record. The footage he aired focused on one of the highest-profile rioters,  (2.1)>>Jacob Chansley, the “QAnon Shaman,” garbed in his horned hat and bare-chested, as he poked around the building, officers standing by or opening doors. Chansley pleaded guilty to a felony charge of obstructing an official proceeding and was sentenced to 41 months in prison.“The footage does not show an insurrection or a riot in progress,” Carlson told his audience . “Instead it shows police escorting people through the building, including the now-infamous ‘QAnon Shaman.’”He continued: "More than 44,000 hours of surveillance footage from in and around the Capitol have been withheld from the public, and once you see the video, you’ll understand why. Taken as a whole, the video  (3)>>does not support the claim that Jan. 6 was an insurrection. In fact, it demolishes that claim."Tucker got the segment vetted by capitol law enforcement before publishing this story, and the officers found a minor piece of the footage to blur out.If released to the public, the officers claim it's a security threat. I agree it seems odd, but it's also odd how much Democrats doctored the narrative for years. There's a lot of oddity surrounding this. I wish the public had access to it all.Let's play out a scenario and you tell us what you would do.You are a police officer in the Capital, severely outnumbered and you know there is zero reinforcements coming because 90% of your cops are on the other side of the building fighting for their lives against crazed, frenzied rioters. You see hundreds of people outside and you are surrounded. They start banging on the doors and windows to come inside.Do you open the door and open things are peaceful, or do you let them smash the doors and windows? And yes, from what I saw on the videos, there were at least some cops who were complicit in letting people past barricades and inside the building. The vast majority of police officers are Trump supporters anyway .Do you open the door and open things are peaceful or do you let them smash the doors and windows? Lol it was a cartoon. I watched the whole thing unfold live and was laughing. Shit was goofy as hell. It’s so crazy to me hearing people use words like “traumatic” and “insurrection” to describe it. I’ve even been told it was worse than 9/11.  (3.1)>>The combo of politics and media conditioning is really a hell of a drug.  Jan 6th was a protest that turned into a riot, just like the hundreds that happened throughout 2020. They are treating this one differently for political theatre and the most gullible are eating it up. Now they set a precedent that rioting after a protest is domestic terrorism and we will all be worse off for it. The parties have flipped.

2. Silicon Valley Bank collapse.

Here it comes  (4)>>THE BIG MARKET CRASH.
Valley Bank what caused the collapse of this bank because that's important right it says svb didn't have enough cash on hand and so it started selling some of its bonds at steep losses spooking people , possible hurting the market . investors and customers it took just  (4.1)>>48 Hours y'all between the time it disclosed it had sold the assets and its collapse 48 hours for an entire Bank to just go friggin belly up that's slightly terrifying for those of us who use banks for any of our financial needs whether it's to hold our money or to run our our mortgage through or our car loans through or anything like that so then you say okay well what is silvergate what happened at silvergate well the end of silvergate Bank came ultimately as a result of huge losses on asset sales at the end of last year as the bank ditched Securities at fire sale prices in a bid to remain liquid emitted Bank Run that run on the bank was accelerated by short sellers according to analysts at JP Morgan now keep in mind JP Morgan and BlackRock okay now New York State Signature Bank a New York state based financial institution with a big real estate lending business that  (5)>>recently also began serving the cryptocurrency industry was closed by state authorities on Sunday in the wake of the Silicon Valley Bank collapse so what I heard here was that one Bank collapsed and because this one collapsed the authorities decided to take over this bank over here before it could happen so Silicon Valley Bank or svb collapsed and Signature Bank was maybe sort of on the brink behind it but the the authorities stepped in and said Hey listen we're just going to take this over and and not have to worry about it which to me is a weird thing that the the um uh what is it State authorities stepped in and and closed the bank that's just so weird so let me give you.
PREPLAND COLLAPSE OF BANKS .
The collapse of  (6)>>Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) is part of a pre-planned controlled demolition of the banking industry in order to implement Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). CBDCs will be presented as the solution to the coming banking crises.SVB’s failure will also have longer-term impacts beyond the next few weeks and months. The collapse of the leading specialist in providing financial services to tech companies could make it harder for the next generation of startups to find what they need to build their business. And after witnessing the herd-like, (7)>>Twitter-fueled rush to pull money out of SVB, other banks may be cautious toward tech out of fear of experiencing the same problems SVB faced.Silicon Valley Bank had NO head of 'risk assessment' for nine months before it collapsed. Clown World takes "Go Woke, Go Broke" to the next level. SVB's collapse is starting to look intentional. This revelation comes after the firm became the largest bank to collapse since the 2008 financial crisis - disclosing a $1.8 billion loss in its finances. A medium-sized bank called Silicon Valley Bank which is very popular with tech startups had a classic 1920s style bank run, where they put too much of their deposits into investments which could not be quickly turned into cash, so when a bunch of customers got nervous and took their money out they were no longer able to pay their customers in cash. However, since the 1920s, we now have the FDIC government agency to deal with this situation, so the FDIC took over the bank on Friday afternoon and will be running it from here on out. First reaction is that this bank had tech startups as their main client base, so of fucking course they’d be taken down by tptb to protect interests and influence in the established players. My premise: Major mainstream power in today’s world never innovates, never decentralises.I just wonder who/what industry flew closest the sun. Maybe something that rhymes with artificial intelligence.  WITH a little back information on that now for those of you who did not see it  (8)>>President Biden had a little address this before heading out to California and these are some of the key takeaways from what he had to say this morning in regards to the SBV  collapse. So the theory presented is that a bunch of people with money who want the Fed to stop raising rates are teaming together to blow up banks by forcing bank runs. Banks normally only have a fraction of the cash deposited on hand to handle withdraws. If more cash is withdrawn than they have on hand, they have to start selling assets (these low interest bonds that don't mature for several years) in order to meet withdraw demands. If they're forced to sell enough of these at a loss, the bank goes under. Enough banks go under, or the stability of the system is threatened then the Fed will have to backtrack on raising rates.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Fox News host Tucker Carlson recently  released . I agree they should release them all, but there is footage showing antifa dressed as Trump supporters, we all know they work for soros and politicians, and the footage he selected was proof they planned the whole dam thing. Tucker just started dropping Jan 6 footage… It shows Capitol Police escorting the Shaman through the Capitol on Jan 6 .Our corrupt DOJ threw him in prison for 5 YEARS over this,He should be immediately released.Remember how the media, Democrats, and the Jan 6 committee said cops were killed on Jan 6? Well that was a lie. Tuckers J6 footage shows Officer Brian Sicknick walking around the Capitol after they told us he was killed by protesters .More lies exposed…Brian Sicknick died of natural causes, the day after the Jan 6th Fedsurrection, He suffered two strokes at the base of the brain stem caused by a blood clot. No evidence of external or internal injuries. No evidence or allergic reaction to chemical irritants (bear spray). He was a Trump voter. May GOD rest his soul. Not one cop died on J6th not one, the democrats thought they could hide the truth from the American people. Every J6 committee member needs to be held accountable for there propaganda.nbcnews.com/politics/polit (2)>>Carlson praised McCarthy as having “rectified” the official record. The Republican speaker of the US House, Kevin McCarthy, said on Sunday he would “slowly roll out” to networks other than Fox News more than 40,000 hours of security footage from the January 6 attack on Congress.“We will slowly roll out to every individual news agency,” McCarthy told Sunday Morning Futures, a show broadcast by Fox News. “They can come see the tapes as well. Let everyone see them to bring their own judgment.”McCarthy has only let Fox News see the tapes so far, giving access to the primetime host Tucker Carlson. SEVERAL GOP lawmakers have spoken out against Tucker Carlson for how he used footage from the January 6 U.S. Capitol riot that was given to him by Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy . (2.1)>>Jacob Chansley, the “QAnon Shaman,” .Newly released surveillance video proves that unarmed "QAnon Shaman" Jacob Chansley peacefully marched through US Senate with Capitol Police escort. This material, exonerating evidence was knowingly withheld by the US government before, during & after the government's prosecution of Chansley. Based on Tucker’s newly released J6 videos, the “Qanon Shaman” should be released from jail and compensated for his suffering. This is not our America. We do not persecute innocent people. This is FJB’s America. If we don’t take this country back soon, we will all be screwed! God help us. In this case, no officer told him it was ok to go into the building, nor helped him inside. He was part of a large group which broke windows to get inside.Any reasonable person would know that if they had to smash a window to enter a building, they probably shouldn't be there. (3)>>does not support the claim that Jan. 6 was an insurrection.  Was Jan 6th a real attempt to overthrow the American government ???? Some historians declared it to be the worst act of rebellion since the nation’s founding, while others believe there’s been nothing like it since the Civil War. The news media and the Left use “insurrection” to describe Jan. 6. BUT wait ....And the BLM riots during the summer of 2020 caused 18 deaths, over $1 billion dollars in damage, including federal and state buildings, and in some cities sovereign nations were declared. Was that a nation wide rebellion ?The word insurrection is a legal term. Under federal law it’s a crime to incite or engage in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the U.S. or its laws. Black’s Law Dictionary defines insurrection as “a violent revolt against oppressive authority.” Because words have meaning, Jan. 6 can’t be called an “insurrection” just to satisfy the urge to convey a particular seriousness of the event or to propagate a political narrative. The events of Jan. 6, 2021, are misunderstood, and the failure to correct the record could be damaging to both America’s future and its justice system. Words have to have meaning, and the continuous mislabeling of the U.S. Capitol breach as an “insurrection” is an example of how a false narrative can gain currency and cause dangerous injustice. What happened at the capital was a slightly more overzealous version of the riots at Trump's inauguration. 217 people arrested, numerous cop cars in the capital burned to the ground, etc in 2017. Far less media fan fare. The really bad actors were limited in number. The popular narrative of a large scale insurrection needs to focus on the bigger picture rather than looking at the few people who truly intended harm.(3.1)>>The combo of politics and media conditioning is really a hell of a drug. I agree with your expert it was a sham committee, staffed with the speaker's own preferred partisan and personally selected members and constituted with unconstitutional number of members. 👍  Yes, finally someone standing up for Tucker and not Chuck's lies, but what's up with Newsmax? They know he only needs to show video of all the people 1/6 committee said were terrorist who they had locked up for just being in the building. This is showing 1/6 committee lied about what happened and put innocent people in jail for the last 2 years and mistreating them..Remember Nancy daughter was filming as well? (4)>>THE BIG MARKET CRASH. As many Financial experts and degenerates (like me) have observed there are three major issues going on in the financial world. The first main issue is that the interest rates are being out paced by the inflation rates. This means that those who are loaning out money as losing buying power. The second issue is that the price of houses has been rocketing upward. This is an issue because the majority of the interest rates are so low causing people to be willing to take a larger loan for a house that isn’t quite worth as much as the face value of the loan. This over pricing of the housing market must be correct, meaning a drop in the value of houses. This will be cause by a correction to problem one. This will cause the value of many houses to plummet and many the value of the house to not be enough to back the mortgages. This may lead to a housing market crash. The third issue is partially correlated to issues one and two. This issue is the majority of stocks are currently priced massively over their intrinsic value. This can be in part to an over optimistic view being held by investors that these businesses will do very well within the next year. This will in time correct its self. This correction will likely be caused by an end to the injection of additional government funds into private businesses. When the market begins to dip the new phenomenon of the quick access to the stock market by retail investors via investment apps. My hypothesis is that these investors will see a major dip in the market and will attempt to sell all of their stocks, causing the dip in the stock market to compound and begin to go into a crash.I believe all of this issues will take place in March 2023  as the fed will raise interest rates and the government will stop injecting additional funds into private business.(4.1)>>48 Hours y'all between the time it disclosed it had sold the assets . The speed at which market jitters have spread across the world have forced bank executives and regulators to move with unprecedented swiftness: US authorities guaranteed all deposits in SVB – and smaller bank Signature – 48 hours after it collapsed. Just hours after Credit Suisse’s share price plunged on Wednesday, the Swiss central bank stepped in with a $54bn loan. While there’s nothing new about a financial emergency, these crises – and their resulting responses – are unique in having been accelerated by a frenzy of social media chatter that has fuelled the panic.  The bank bought up a ton of long-term Treasury bonds and mortgage securities when interest rates were low over the past few years. When the Fed raised interest rates, those bonds became less attractive on the open market—newer bonds came with higher payouts, making SVB’s older bonds harder to sell off in a pinch. So when SVB’s depositors began drawing down their balances this year to meet business expenses, the bank was forced to dump its bonds at fire-sale prices to obtain the cash it needed to meet customer withdrawals. As the bank ran low on cash, it announced plans to raise more, and a bunch of influential people in Silicon Valley panicked, withdrawing their money en masse in a classic bank run. Fail fast, indeed. A lot of these customers are rich people who were too lazy to manage their money more carefully, but a lot of them are also actual businesses that used those accounts to meet payroll and other basic expenses. Roku, which sells consumer hardware for digital streaming services, had nearly half a billion dollars stashed at SVB.Some people and institutions, however, made money amid the turmoil.Silicon Valley Bank CEO Greg Becker sold $3.6 million worth of the company's shares less than two weeks before the bank's collapse, drawing scrutiny from lawmakers like Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., who called on the bank to claw back the compensation. Meanwhile, as panic mounted and bank stocks plummeted over a three-day period before the Silicon Valley Bank failure, $2.3 billion in profit flowed to short sellers, traders who bet that the shares would fall, data firm S3 partners said.(5)>>recently also began serving the cryptocurrency industry was closed by state authorities.  Were these banks important for getting money into crypto, specifically BTC, or just for the newer crypto companies banking there? Let's use this as bb material .They are trying to take us down, let's take them down instead. SVB, Signature Bank and Silvergate Were PURPOSEFULLY Collapsed In Order To CRUSH Crypto ? The fact that these banks did not mitigate their own risk. The fact that depositors did not mitigate their own risks above $250k FDIC .The fact that few take personal responsibility and looks to the government to save the day at the tax payers expense .The fact that those closer to the money printer use it to benefit themselves.Silicon Valley Bank cryptocurrencies were rallying and the stable coins had regained their pegs yeah I'm gonna lie I don't know what game their pegs means but this is what we need to know two of the banks that were the friendliest of the crypto sector and the biggest bank for Tech startups all failed in less than a week let me go ahead and jump in here really really quick just as a thought because while I'm while I'm sitting here thinking about it we know that cbdc is a huge push Central Bank digital currency that's going to be a huge push and I have said from the beginning of hearing about it that the only way that that's going to work is that there are no other unauthorized um monies available whether that is cryptocurrency you've got Bitcoin Doge ether and all these other things that I don't fully understand I'm not going to lie and then the actual paper money itself also all of those things kind of need to go away all these little smaller banks are going to need to go away so the government can really run every single little thing and so when I heard about these uh collapses over the weekend I was like and here we go first step towards cbdc in my opinion is the slow or fast uh systematic collapse or um removal of other banking institutes that carry cryptocurrency or other monies so here it says that silvergate capital a central lender to the crypto.(6)>>Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) is part of a pre-planned controlled demolition of the banking industry .  Many argue that Fed policy is the main reason financial assets rose to record highs over the past decade. Many also argue that the horrible performance of both stocks AND bonds this year are due to a switch in Fed policy. Which, mind you, was made to combat raging inflation, which can also be argued the Fed is responsible for creating.   If a bank is publicly listed, once public investors understand the predicament, the results are catastrophic. SVB tried to raise additional capital via public markets to bail themselves out, but markets caught wind and went short. Depositors fled to “safer” banks. A classic bank run ensued. The market, in effect, prepped the bank for regulatory intervention. The failure of Silvergate and SVB and the takeover of Signature have arguably signaled the start of a regulatory effort to actively cull crypto banks. If crypto can be surgically separated from traditional banking, this solves many perceived problems for regulators. Once crypto on-ramps are eliminated, the category can be aggressively regulated without the perception from the public that an investment opportunity is being taken away. And so, just like the Lehman collapse made the remaining bailed out banks stronger, so the failure of a handful of regional banks not only allowed mega banks such as JPM and BofA - which have tens of billions in net unrealized losses on their HTM books to take advantage of the Fed's new bailout facility, the BTFP, but to also beef up their depositor bases while assuring that their profits rise too . Almost as if it was all planned from the start...(7)>>Twitter-fueled rush to pull money out . In the day leading up to the bank’s collapse, multiple prominent venture capitalists took to Twitter in particular, and used their large platforms to raise alarms about the situation, sometimes typing in all caps. Some investors urged startups to rethink where they kept their cash. Founders and CEOs then shared tweets about the concerning situation at the bank in private Slack channels, according to The Wall Street Journal.  A lot of VC companies were doing the same thing. SVB was an incredibly shitty run bank and had way too much risk on their books by holding those low interest 10 year bonds.Look at signature bank. Barney fucking frank was on the board of directors. Yes..the same Barney Frank who wrote the Dodd-Frank legislation. The VC and Wall Street want the fed to stop raising rates so they can get low interest easy money again. How do you do that? Crush some irrelevant shitty regional banks and cause some fear. (8)>>President Biden had a little address this before heading out to California .  It's REALLY STRANGE that the the Bank Crash started in California , all of it has some links or to it's  GOV . NEWSOM. What Newsom failed to disclose in his statement, or elsewhere, was that he had a considerable personal stake in the bank; three of his wineries, CADE, Odette, and PlumpJack, were listed as clients on the bank's website. Insiders are also alleging that Newsom held personal accounts at the bank, according to a report from the Intercept.Additionally, at the request of Newsom, the bank donated $100,000 to his wife's charity, the California Partners Project, in 2021. A member of the charity's board of directors, John China, was responsible for the bank's fund management. In science, you're expected to disclose any potential or actual financial conflicts of interest in publications or when giving presentations (for example, if you work for, consult for, serve on board for a company). Politicians should be held to an even much higher standard so that they can be accountable to the electorate. California Gov. Gavin Newsom praised the Biden administration’s decision to intervene on behalf of Silicon Valley Bank’s clients after the bank was taken over by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. last Friday amid a bank run. The White House “acted swiftly and decisively to protect the American economy and strengthen public confidence in our banking system,” Newsom said in a statement. AGAIN STRANGE is that California is facing a huge budget shortfall this year almost 25 billion dollars ? A Bank goes under ?

BIDEN to LOSE 2024 ELECTION & HERE IS WHY >>>>

(1)>>Biden WILL LOSE the 2024 election regardless which Republican faces him on that day
 .
[ TRUMP or DESANTIS]. The LEFT isn't fucking responsible for Biden being president. The Democratic party -- AKA the moderate party, because we have no left party in the USA -- fucked the American people and the American left two elections in a row, intentionally keeping good candidates and good policy out of the running because they didn't want it.The left is not responsible for Biden. The left is not responsible for milquetoast bullshit policy that doesn't help people.  So far we can't trust the Polls , but many Democrats don't want him to run. A majority of Democrats now think one term is plenty for President Joe Biden, despite his insistence that he plans to seek reelection in 2024.That’s according to a new poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research that shows just 37% of Democrats say they want him to seek a second term, down from 52% in the weeks before last year’s midterm elections.  (2)>>BESIDES these "polls" , the shadow of the economy , worst off for the Biden Administration is the Ukraine war . NOT  to mention if the democrats get crushed in the midterms, Trump will have lots of talking points about how the democrats didn't do anything from 2022 to 2024. The reason they didn't get anything done won't matter at that point.  (2.1)>>Trump running and winning again is a very real possibility and isn't nearly as far-fetched as it sounds.  (2.2)>>The Ukraine war is probably the worst blunder the United States ever got itself into , since like the last two wars in Iraq & Afghanistan . Connecting Ukraine to the American economic recession is very strong . Think the CEILING DEBT , how much of spending is being sent to Ukraine .When President Biden made a secret trip  to Ukraine marking the anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, he declared that the United States is going to back Ukraine as long as it takes. He basically set himself for a huge election backlash .  (3)>>AS LONG AS the WAR keeps going , escalates , the American public will have enough of it before 2024 . Biden announced a half a billion dollars of additional assistance to Ukraine including the delivery of "artillery ammunition, anti-armor systems, and air surveillance radars to help protect the Ukrainian people from aerial bombardments."But after Congress appropriated more than $112 billion in military and economic support in the space of a single year — and with no signs of an end to the conflict — polls show a growing number of Americans feel the United States is giving Ukraine too much.  (4)>>The WAR is also impacting the American economy . Ukraine and Russia are key suppliers of several commodities that have become scarce due to the war. The shortage of these commodities has led to substantial price increases (Figure 3). How does this trend play out over time? Comparing price change percentages up to June and August of 2022 shows that percentages have decreased for most commodities. A reasonable explanation for this phenomenon could be that the immediate shock and panic of the initial months post invasion has neutralized over time. Supply chains have been disrupted at the source, in transit, and at destination. It becomes important, therefore, to measure the impact of these disruptions on the U.S. economy, and determine which commodities are likely to be in short supply as a result. In economic terms, the Russian invasion of Ukraine represents a negative supply shock, an event that interrupts production and raises prices. Assuming the conflict doesn’t spread outside Ukraine by 2024 , the supply shock (5)>>likely be big enough to derail the U.S. economy, which expanded rapidly in 2021 even as oil prices rose sharply without any assistance from Russia. The main thing driving Biden's unpopularity now seems to be inflation. It's partially the economy "overheating", partially energy prices driven by Russia/Ukraine, partially China locking down. But these factors might not persist by 2024, and in particular domestic energy production is ramping up. You say Biden won't accomplish much with a Republican Congress, but "accomplishing a lot" isn't how he'll be judged, "whether people think the country's doing better" is. If Biden never passes another bill but inflation resolves over time, then people will think the country's doing better. On the flipside if Biden passes a huge bill and things get worse, nobody who is on the fence will say "things are bad but at least he passed a big bill".

NOTES AND COMMENTS:   (1)>>Biden WILL LOSE the 2024 election regardless which Republican faces him on that day. If he loses it will be because of his failures as a president.High gas prices, high inflation, he bombed children on his way out of Afghanistan, not only failed to shut down covid but it increased under him (he promised to shut it down). The southern border is a mess, dumping cash into a corrupt country that was investigating his son, he lied about his involvement in Hunters laptop, crime is out of control, failure to pass voter ID. He is clueless about china and tried funneling money to special interest groups during recovery which had to be stopped by court order. Biden is the least hated politician in an extremely polarized country. Everyone prefers their candidate compared to Biden whether it's Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump, etc.. When it's Biden vs. a hypothetical person, Biden isn't popular. But when there is an actual name on the opponent, people prefer Biden. The White House and the president have maintained he plans to seek reelection in 2024, but Biden — who turns 80 later this month — is already the oldest president in history . Biden’s rocky performance during much of the State of the Union — the mumbly delivery, the sentences smooshed together, the inappropriate affect, the slightly off ad-libs — made it clear that he is running on fumes. On the other hand, having now achieved a lifelong ambition at an advanced age, he has the willpower to try to bulldog through his diminished capacity. You have to be 35 to run for President, so there's already a precedent for an age-related cap. Something like 60-65 (you know, RETIREMENT age) should disqualify you as well - for ALL public offices. (2)>>BESIDES these "polls" , the shadow of the economy , worst off for the Biden Administration is the Ukraine war. President Biden on Thursday unveiled a 2024 budget proposal that revived his calls for massive new social spending and tax hikes on the rich, foreshadowing his presidential campaign and challenging Republicans ahead of a looming fiscal showdown. RIGHT NOW the spending for domestic issues has crashed , morphed into more spending for Ukraine . $1.7 trillion government funding bill that includes $47 billion in additional aid for Ukraine . AGAIN BIden's budget is screwy . How can cut the deficit , increase taxes , while spending more on war? Biden’s budget would also raise more revenue by increasing taxes on oil and gas companies, hiking the corporate tax rate to 28% from 21% imposed under former President Donald Trump but below the pre-2017 35% tax, and allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices.Looming over the budget release is the unresolved standoff over whether to lift the debt ceiling. The White House has maintained it will not negotiate over the debt limit, arguing Congress should act to raise it as it has done numerous times over past decades. House Republicans, led by Speaker Kevin McCarthy, have tried to tie the debt ceiling to future spending, saying they will not budge without promises to cut expenses. The debt ceiling, however, pertains to existing spending. To date, House Republicans have been murky on what expenses they would like to see cut.At home, the ripple effects of the war have led to food shortages, higher prices and restricted supply chains while Ukrainian pleas for military aid have put Biden’s belief in bipartisanship to the test.(2.1)>>Trump running and winning again is a very real possibility .Trump maintains a loyal, enthusiastic base that unsettles even some of the most traditional Republicans in Congress. Since leaving the White House, he has maintained a robust political operation and continues to conduct campaign-style rallies across the country. The problem for Republicans is clear. Trump remains popular with significant elements of the party’s base, even as he is anathema to many voters in the broader electorate. Voters made that point dramatically last year. In several key GOP-primary contests, Trump successfully promoted his election-denying acolytes over more mainstream alternatives.Just because Biden won doesn't mean this is over people. You had 70 million people vote for Trump. They are gonna show up in the mid terms and in 4 years. Biden needs to succeed in these four years and really dwindle trumps voters to very little. If Democrats don’t pass a legislative agenda that benefits working Americans, and Trump can stay alive and out of prison, he will be perfectly positioned to legitimately challenge for the White House in 2024.(2.2)>>The Ukraine war is probably the worst blunder the United States ever got itself into , since like the last two wars in Iraq & Afghanistan .  Now, in the rapidly changing landscape of the Ukraine war, we are seeing ominous signs that the U.S. may be leading NATO in the direction of an even worse strategic humiliation — one that can result in a dramatic reconfiguration of the world’s geopolitical structure. The European leaders carefully adhered to the Biden administration’s policy by insisting “they were not pressing Mr. Zelensky to accept a peace deal with Moscow,” according to the Times. But, as reflected in the palpable disappointment of the Ukrainians, the EU’s key leaders were clearly signaling the limits of their own support. That in turn raises the prospect for a drawn-out global cold war with not only Russia but China as well. And it is one that could easily turn hot, Beebe said, with the United States and its allies faced off against an alliance of “a resource-rich Russia partnered with a technologically and economically powerful China.” (3)>>AS LONG AS the WAR keeps going , escalates , the American public will have enough of it before 2024 . Biden's support for the war was probably his achilles heal that led to his unpopularity , him either dropping out of the race , or losing the 2024 election .new poll suggests that many Americans are growing weary as the US government continues its support of Ukraine in its war with Russia and want to see diplomatic efforts to end the war if aid is to continue. I mean the US has straight up overthrown multiple democratically elected leaders in other countries via cia backed coups just to benefit American interests why would Russia trust anything they have to say either ? BESIDES the COSTS of the war is staggering , its shaking the markets here in the U.S. and the world. And lol $150 billion is NOT cheap. This war was totally unnecessary. Everything was fine in Ukraine in 2013. From 2014 to today things got worse somehow. It's a shame to see the warmongering idiocy of our American government under Biden . Remember too that Janet Yellen flew to Ukraine to give Zalenskey another blank check against American tax payer interests . Again before the costs of the war bankrupt America , or start a world war. There haven't been any negotiations between the U.S and Russia in the last six months, because officials such as Anthony Blinken are committed to a "do not engage" strategy, where they do everything to avoid communicating to their counterparts. I propose that our officials should abandon this strategy because it gets us nowhere, and to actually try and identify points of compromise that can bring the war to an end.(4)>>The WAR is also impacting the American economy . Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will have an important impact on the US economic and political outlook this year. US trade with Russia and Ukraine is minimal, but the war will fuel already high inflation and slow growth in consumer spending. An oil shock set off by the invasion sent average gasoline prices above $5 a gallon nationally in June, before they fell steadily in July and August. In the year to come, that price cap and other efforts to manage the war’s global fallout should be Mr. Biden’s primary economic focus.Mr. Biden will need to find ways to shield American markets from the war’s effects, including new international initiatives to bolster food supplies and ward off a potentially cascading financial crisis in developing nations.Mr. Biden’s biggest economic decisions in the coming months are related to the war: how best to support Ukraine’s resistance to the Russian invasion and how aggressively to push for an end to the fighting. Biden's economic plans cut out any hopes for Americans who are burden with high cost of inflation .(4)>>The WAR is also impacting the American economy .  The International Monetary Fund and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development have cut their forecasts for global growth next year, citing lingering drags from the Russian invasion. The president has few domestic options if those plans fail. Because his party lost control of the House, Mr. Biden will almost certainly be limited in his ability to push new economic measures through Congress over the next two years.Mr. Biden insists the American economy, with a labor market that continues to add jobs at a hot pace, is well positioned to endure any new drags on the global economy from the invasion. The topic emerged as a leading issue in the US mid-term elections in Q4 last year, with the US having contributed more than $24bn in military support to Ukraine, although the breakdown of direct assistance versus recapitalisation of US munitions stocks and armoured vehicle fleets is unknown.(5)>>likely be big enough to derail the U.S. economy. U.S. stocks ended lower this [ as of March 9th] Friday, booking their worst annual losses since 2008, as tax-loss harvesting along with anxieties about the outlook for corporate profits and the U.S. consumer took their toll…Americans are falling behind in Biden’s economy with low-paying jobs, 40-year-high inflation, and a loss in the value of their net assets due to inflation pushing prices to record highs. And yet at a time like that, instead of refocussing and rebuilding the American economy and prosperity for middle class people, instead of focusing on securing our own border, which is absolutely out of control, where a tsunami of tresspassers continue to pour into this country…instead we are projecting overseas.
