California Gov. Newsom . Cleaning up homeless camps . IS IT A PR STUNT ? It really shows , that might be he's heading out. in a desperate attempt to win public approval. |
Well , this is not much a prediction . This could change . This is also a endorsement based on a careful analysis of California . (1)>>California is a state that resembles a third world country .California is very much a third world country.Hard to ignore the 5th largest economy in the world. NOT ITS NOT ! I put this as a reply to an answer below, but decided to post this as an answer since so many people don't have a clue how bad it's gotten here in California. California has 1/8th of the population and 1/4th of the homeless - due to nice weather, cities which boast of spending $40,000 plus per homeless person, etc. LA had even provided a few homeless $700,000 condos. Surely that will ease the homeless problem, not attract more - ? The apparent mindset of our Democratic leaders of these cities is to build up their “Homeless” bureaucracy. The other states - ? Some are known to give their homeless bus tickets to California - certainly an efficient way of permanently solving that particular aspect of their homelessness. California has been sinking for decades . The Democratic party that has held the state has failed every aspect of taking care of it's people . (2)>>High Taxes , High Gas prices & so on . If one can believe that the votes that have been cast in elections are counted properly and the people that have been properly and legitimately registered to vote and are legitimate residents of California (and I’m not alleging that any of these points is true or can be proven), the voters clearly have no understanding of the concept of cause and effect. Politicians will promise anything to get elected. If we required every incumbent politician to rerun or reprint his or her political ads from his or her previous campaign, for 30 days prior to running any new ads for his or her campaign for re-election, voters would be reminded of promises that were never kept and changes that never happened. Only then might the tide turn. Truth and accountability might change politics here in California and perhaps across America. We might very well see the end of multi-term politicians. Would that be a bad thing? Very few leading Democrats want to appear as "running against" the incumbent governor, so you have very few qualified (D)s. Basically anyone can get on the ballot, so it's a who's who of whackadoodle (R)s on the replacement governor list. This means name recognition often wins, (3)>>which is how we got Arnold Schwarzenegger last time.California has become a very unfriendly place unless you’re illegal or in another way on the fringes of normal society. The State depends on our hard working money and we’re treated like second class citizens. The far left has destroyed us. Of course they keep getting elected. They allow anybody to vote. They don’t have to speak our language or give two craps about our Country. They no longer have to be citizens and the Libs make damn sure they all exercise their right to vote! The problem is, the last time I checked they couldn’t legally vote! Turning California around is the first goal
California Gov. Newsom "trying" to improve his image ?
Just weeks prior to the election (3.1)>>Gov. Newsom seems to be trying some kind of PR stunt with the California public . He was seen in numerous photos cleaning up homeless camps . Am a bit critical of this , why ? OK did it take a recall election to get the governor to "care" about the homeless in this state? It's reported that Newsom kicked off a 1.1 billion dollar plan to ease the homeless issue .The cleanup comes amid growing debate over homeless encampments that have sprouted under highway overpasses and near freeway exit and entry ramps throughout California in the past few years. The encampments have grown during the pandemic, and many are filled with sofas, mattresses and other items used by the unhoused people who live there. The Clean California program funds, however, are not allowed to be used to displace such people experiencing homelessness, state officials said. I have add , though Newsom is the fist California governor jumping in to get his hands dirty at a homeless camp . Its's a really bizarre stunt in a way . It shows how disparate he really is to make a good public image of himself . Besides the countless billions of 600 $ state stimulus money he shelled out to people over the pandemic lock downs . Its all about winning votes . Any one can see through it . IF BY CHANCE it helps him not get recalled , it may have been a good strategy . (3.2)>>Yet the polls show a vary close split of 50 to 48 in this recall. Newsom has a survival rate of 5 %.
Why Larry Elder (as) a Endorsement ?
You hate him or Like him Larry Elder deserves a chance as Governor . |
So what is the Prediction ?
Let's GET REAL . There is no telling the outcome . Change has to come to California anyway . My point is no matter what Republican gets picked for the job to turn around Sacramento , would be much better than having Newsom still in power , even though he is up for election next year, the months ahead with Newsom are going to go wild . The California legislature put on hold a Vaccine Mandate for example , its unpopular , they know it . This is what is coming . A Astrologer named Marjorie Orr puts this for Newsom : California is in an exceptionally bumpy patch of several years at the moment with tr Pluto moving in square to the Saturn/Pluto and Saturn/Uranus midpoints and then squaring Pluto Uranus in 2023/24. So whether Newsom stays or goes it’ll be a time of rolling challenges. The Covid virus is not going away no matter who is the governor , but Newsom would leave in a worse possible scenario , have the state go into fiscal insolvency like it was in 2003 . Remember Gov. Newsom has spent over a trillion dollars since the pandemic . Part of that money came from the federal government . Bythe end of this year California will be bankrupt . A Republican governor would face a awesome job just to clean up the state of corruption . It might take years to do this . [ drain the swap ] . The 2021 recall is far different than the 2003 recall. Schwarzenegger won with 48% of the vote, and the Dems put up a real candidate in Lt. Gov. Bustamante, who got 33%. If the 2021 Dems had put up an actual candidate and rallied around them, they'd very likely win. Some say it would have been a… total recall.
NOTES AND COMMENTS :
(1)>>California is a state that resembles a third world country .A Sacramento Bee reporter recently reported that if California was a country, it would have the fifth largest economy in the world. If this was the case, we would be considered a third-world country, because when you factor in the cost of living we have the highest poverty rate in America. We also have the highest combined tax rate in the country, which means the people and businesses that pay the taxes are leaving the state or not coming here.It also means the people who receive all of the free social services are coming into the state and this imbalance is causing a real problem.(2)>>High Taxes , High Gas prices & so on . California has the highest gas taxes in the nation. According to the American Petroleum Institute, the state’s taxes and fees add 63.05 cents to the price of a gallon of gasoline. Including federal taxes, Californians pay 81.45 cents per gallon in government-imposed charges. It’s even higher for diesel fuel, with total state taxes and fees of 83.06 cents per gallon, 107.46 cents when federal taxes are added. So Californians are paying a lot in taxes. Per capita, Californians pay $1,991 annually in state income taxes, which ranks fourth highest in the country, according to the Tax Foundation.Property taxes in California are outrageously high due to home prices being outragiously high. Further, California already has the highest tax revenue of all the stars in the union. So I can't understand what the point you are trying to make is. Do you think California needs to collect even more taxes from their citizens? If so what makes you think more money will change the problems with a system that already has more money than any other like it?(3)>>which is how we got Arnold Schwarzenegger last time. The Governorship of Schwarzenegger was a joke , he won the recall election based on his celebrity status , he did not accomplish much to reform the California status quo . While he wanted to "blow up boxes" , fight the "girly men" Democrats in the end he caved to the special interests he was fighting . Is Arnold is object lesson to any recall movement , but still anyone who wants to change the state of California must find a way to flip back the state. (3.1)>>Gov. Newsom seems to be trying some kind of PR stunt with the California public. Gov. Newsom is trying every political gimmick in the book . He's shelling out billions , he's doing photo ops in schools , the bizarre homeless clean ups . It's a PR stunt to the extreme . It shows that he knows that his job is on the line . As governor he should be spending his time thinking deeply and coming up with great practical policies. IMHO he is not capable of such things, so he reverts to the feel-good photo ops that most people fall for."In 10 years," Gavin Nesom pledged on June 30, 2004, "the worst of San Francisco’s homeless problem will be gone.""Emergency shelters will cease to exist because nobody will need them", he said. "And new arrivals to the streets would be helped immediately." “This is a dramatic shift,” Newsom announced. So what happened, Gavin? SF is now overrun with these creatures, and planning to spend $1 billion on them next year. Did you plan completely fail?Newsom decided to step out of his air conditioned office in Sac for a photo op. This reeks of desperation as he tries to cling on and not get recalled. He thought the governor's office would be a quick stop on the way to the White House and glad we won't have this clown in the White House if the recall happens.(3.2)>>Yet the polls show a vary close split of 50 to 48 in this recall. Newsom has a survival rate of 5 %. Only 36% of all registered voters want to oust Newsom, but that number rises to 47% when polling likely voters, according to a poll by the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies. And a recent CBS News poll found that 72% of Republican voters were “very motivated” to participate in the recall, while just 61% of Democrats felt the same. (4)>>My choice for Larry Elders for me personally is pull down the old establishment elites own control over the state. Known as the “Sage from South Central” to fans, Elder has quickly surpassed other candidates in polls, despite coming under fire for past sexist remarks and controversial policy ideas. He’s raised money at a fast clip from donors around the country, and nabbed endorsements from action-film star Chuck Norris, playwright David Mamet, and some members of Congress. If elected, Elder would become the state’s first Black governor and the first Republican since Arnold Schwarzenegger, who served two terms after the 2003 recall of Democrat Gray Davis. Elder prefers to downplay those potential accomplishments.“I’m not running to be the first this, first that, first anything,” Elder said in an interview. “I’m running to be the best governor I could possibly be.”
