BIBI NETANYAHU will be probably known in Israeli history as the (1)>>" BEAST of JERUSALEM" . IN RECENT WEEKS we have seen an escalation of targeted killings . World Kitchen Aide Workers were bombed in what appeared that IDF was preventing food from being sent to Gaza's population . Next escalation was ther targeted killing , bombing of an Iranian embassy in Syria. Looks like the whole middle -east is exploding thanks to Bibi . Joe Biden finally had his “come to Jesus” talk with Bibi Netanyahu. And when you lose the highest elected Jewish official in American history, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer – as well as former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and several Jewish lawmakers – you’re in trouble. Former defense secretary and White House chief of staff Leon Panetta called the Israelis trigger happy. In his experience, he told CNN, “The Israelis usually fire and then ask questions.” But as the U.S. struggled to prevent the conflict from spiraling into a humanitarian catastrophe, some of Biden’s close advisers and allies began worrying that rather than bolstering his image as an experienced global leader, the president’s steadfast support for Israel’s offensive risked further complicating his argument that the election is a choice between his competent moral clarity and former President Donald Trump’s chaos. Bibi Netanyahu has been very public recently saying that "Fatah cannot control Gaza", "there can be no state but Israel between the river and the sea", "the war will not end even if the world demands it". These are very much in opposition to the global consensus on the resolution of Israel/Palestine. As long as he remains in power, there will be no peace in the region.We know that he will most likely go after the conflict, given his attempts at judicial reforms and security failure on Oct 7th, which means whoever comes in next will be responsible for the path forward.Hamas is responsible for October 7th. But Netanyahu and IDF ignored signs that it was going to happen because he was too busy trying to kill Israeli democracy and subjugating the West Bank. Even now his coalition is using the time they have left to shape Israel into an illiberal democracy and turn it into something like Hungary or Poland. Ben Gvir is even openly wishing Donald Trump would be put back in office so that they can do whatever they want. Trump was the most dangerous and unstable President in modern history and it speaks volumes when the Israeli government is hoping he returns. Netanyahu is not acting in the best interest of the Israeli people. He spent the better part of a year trying to kill Israeli democracy so that he could not be convicted for his corruption. He's even willing to enter a Coalition with the worst of Israeli Society in order to stay in power. Netanyahu has contempt for liberal governments pushing for peace and prefers far-right and conservative governments because they let him do whatever he wants.This is why I don't think he cares about the hostages or what happens to them in fact he would throw them in a boiling lake of the many who would stay in power forever. He's rejected multiple hostage deals including one where Hamas offered two old women back because they couldn't take care of them. The hostages are nothing more than excuses and propaganda pieces to continue the war for as long as possible, for as long as the war is going he stays in power and doesn't go to jail. In order for this path to be workable, this person must also be in charge of Israel's actions during the war. For example, let's say Lapid will come into power after Netanyahu and wants to initiate some kind of peace process with Palestinians. In order for this idea to work, the IDF will need to be a lot more cautious than if they were under Netanyahu's command.Essentially, the path after the conflict must align with the path taken during it, and that is only possible with one Prime Minister in charge. Assuming that Bibi will not be PM after the conflict, he cannot be the Prime Minister now too.Edit: Just to be clear, the point I'm making is not that there must be a two-state solution, is that whatever arrangement comes after the conflict, be it military occupation, civil occupation, two-state, etc must align with the operations being conducted right now. He's not stupid he knows that at the first chance the Israeli people get they will throw him out of office and he will likely go to prison. He's even gone as far as calling hostage families assets to Hamas when they're stirring up trouble for him. I know this. After all, he is alienating every major world power in the world because he's bowing to his far-right coalition. Do Israelis really want to sacrifice their reputation and Global standing for the ego of one man? And if Bibi doesn't go, that's not going to happen.
