One senseless robbery led to another senseless shooting by a officer of the law. |
Police shootings are becoming more numerous , just as much as mass shootings that plague our nation. You have to look at the latest one with a microscope . There are two "versions" as to what happen to teen Michael Brown. The first "version" is the "white" interpretation of the story , the second is the "black" version to the so called "eyewitness" accounts. Either account verify two things that race , and crime do mix , and the outcome always ends in some police violence. (1) Michael Brown first of all should not have stolen cigars , according to the report in the white version filed by the police , as well as a camera evidence there was already a warrant for Brown's arrest , the police report calls it a "strong armed robbery" in progress . The actions of the officer I do have to question , when he shot Brown , the officer took the law into his own hands rather than bringing the suspect into custody So a 18 year old kid with no criminal history goes into QT takes some cigarettes. It goes out on the radio the cop comes on scene and shoots him and
***doesn’t arrest the other guy. This is wrong and reeks of unlawful use of force. . Ok, EVERYONE deserves "justice" even in the case of (2) Brown who stole a bunch of cigars , but now NO one is a clear WINNER since the officer killed the suspect who was unarmed . Police revealed the identity Friday of the officer who shot and killed unarmed teen Michael Brown, along with a report alleging that Brown and a friend stole cigars from a convenience store shortly before the shooting. Yes, the police report state that there was a warrant for Brown's arrest , and the officer who shot him was looking for the suspect while "canvasing" the neighborhood . ALL THOUGH, Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson told reporters the alleged “robbery does not relate to the initial contact between the officer and Michael Brown.” The Ferguson police officer who shot Michael Brown didn’t stop him because he was suspected in a recent robbery, but because he was “walking down the middle of the street blocking traffic,” the city’s police chief said Friday. Sure enough it sounds like "race profiling" to a lot of people in this convoluted world. . So Brown's walking down the middle of the street made it all to suspicious to the officer , you use your head , if you were walking down the middle of the street that might indicate some kind of intoxication ? . Now the real truth to this story. There is nothing based on the facts that have been placed before us that can justify the execution style shooting of Brown by this police officer as according the "black" version , he held his hands up, which is the universal sign of surrender.

The "black" version of the story :
“I saw the barrel of the gun pointed at my friend,” said Dorian Johnson, 22. “Then I saw the fire come out of the barrel.”Johnson, in an exclusive interview with msnbc, said what began as an order by a police officer to ‘get the f— onto the sidewalk’ quickly escalated into a physical altercation and then, gunfire.
The "white" version of the story:
The police say the officer shot Brown after the teen shoved the officer and tried to wrestle the officer’s gun from him.
Concluding thoughts:
However, this does not change a thing about the misconduct of police. Brown was still unarmed when officer Wilson shot him. The community had every right to be outraged as they witnessed an officer of the law, play the role of judge, jury, and executioner. The aftermath of the incident, in which police presence was raised to the point of marshal law, is completely independent of the alleged robbery as well. The overzealous reaction of the heavily militarized police force, injuring protesters, tear gassing and shooting rubber bullets at journalists, and setting houses on fire, was a complete and unnecessary overreaction to the peaceful protests.
NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1). Alleged The haul: a $48.99 box of cigars, according to the documents. (2). After seeing the big gentle giant assault a store owner and steal. I feel duped listening to his friend Dorian give interviews on TV but fail to leave out what had been done prior to Brown getting shot. Whether the incident with this cop had anything to do with his thug behavior where is the responsibility for that. Yes putting to hands in the air is the international code for surrender. What is the the international code for the sales clerk being assaulted? Browns creditability is in question now for me. Where is the accountability for ones actions. I’m a firm believer in cause in effect. Whether the officer knew Brown was a suspect or not. I don’t care if your white, black, purple, green or the damn color clear. It’s about personal accountability so take a big whiff and wise up! *** Dorian Johnson, Which leads to the natural question: “why wasn’t he arrested” ? Dorian Johnson, the friend of Michael Brown who claims he witnessed the police shooting death of the 18-year-old in Ferguson, Missouri, has an outstanding arrest warrant for theft, according to authorities.Barbara Schaffer, court clerk for the Municipal Court of Jefferson City, confirmed to WND there is a warrant for Johnson’s arrest for a 2011 incident. Johnson was arrested June 24, 2011, and a trial was set for July 31, 2013, but he did not appear in court, authorities said.According to the arrest report, obtained by WND, Dorian J. Johnson, 22, was arrested June 24, 2011, by Jefferson City, Missouri, police after a report of a suspect walking away from an apartment with a package that contained a backpack. Police reported Johnson lied to them about his identity. Police reported Johnson lied to them about his identity. Dorian Johnson got a break from law enforcement on the warrant (gasp! I thought all young black men and teenagers were hunted down like “dogs.”)Now this time around the FBI guaranteed him immunity for his testimony, according to his own lawyer. What’s blatantly negligent reporting is that even though Johnson’s lawyer says his client admitted it is him and Mike Brown on the tape and yes, Mike Brown stole cigarellos, the MSM acts as if there is some dispute whether that’s Brown on the tape. So, they believe what Johnson says about the shooting, but not what he verifies on an actual video tape?? Sadly, their audience is apparently willfully ignorant enough to buy what they’re selling. Boggles a fair and intelligent brain, doesn’t it??!!
