BIDEN'S DOCUMENT Document Disaster !

Can't point the finger at Trump
when you did the
Same thing ....
Now it’s Joe Biden’s turn and wolves are once again baying at the door of the Oval Office.

In the last week, media sources are reporting that  (1)>>classified documents from Biden's time as Vice President have been discovered sitting unsecured in multiple unauthorized locations, including a think tank (the Penn Biden Center) and in a garage in his home in Delaware.
surfaces about these classified documents I am really starting to lean in that direction for starters let's start first with the very first document dumped just as a quick reminder check out this article on thehill.com in his headline what we know about the Biden documents so far and the article goes on to State the first batch of docs were discovered on November 2nd 2022 right at midterm elections at a Washington office Biden used when he worked as an honorary Professor for the ufp from 2017 to 2019. there were reportedly (2)>>10 documents there with classified markings mixed in with other personal materials such as info about Beau Biden's funeral which took place in 2015. the documents reportedly contain briefing materials about Ukraine.the UK and Iran now to add a little icing on the cake we also know that you Penn was was uh receiving Anonymous donations from well Chinese donors quick coincidence I don't think so but take a look here at breitbart.news  (2.1)>>Biden Center at UPenn received five 4.6 million from Anonymous Chinese donations you mean in that First Data dump uh the very location that he kept these secret files is the same location that received 54.6 million dollars from some Anonymous donor should somebody be asking about the relationship between Hunter Biden Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and all these dealings that happened with the CCP hopefully something comes out with a  (3)>>GOP investigation now originally with that First Data dump I thought maybe uh that the doj and the FBI were doing this to look like they weren't being biased to president Trump look we we brought documents on on Joe Biden too we discovered classified information on Joe Biden too but while I think that's still the case considering the timing of the release of the documents they didn't release it until after the GOP announced their investigation of the weaponization of the FBI and doj and suddenly bang we start hearing about these classified documents however I also believe that there's a lot more to the story we already know that  (4)>>Democrats do not want Joe Biden to run again as president could this be the icing on the cake so to speak that well makes Joe Biden not run for president and second could they attempt to say well Joe Biden can't run because he had classified documents neither can president Trump and they knock them both out of the water I believe Democrats are desperate enough to do something like that and I state that with the new information about more data dumps and documents or not data dumps but classified document dumps that are coming from his Delaware home take a look at the second batch of documents are second and third I should say and this is on that same Hill article it goes on a second batch of classified documents were found in a storage space in the garage of  (5)>>Biden's Wilmington Delaware residents on December 20th 2022 and another this would be the third Discovery one page document was discovered among stored materials in an adjacent room the search of Biden's residence was completed on Wednesday mind you no raid was done on Joe Biden but there you have it so one of them was found in his garage in his home and here's what  (6)>>Joe Biden had to say about his secure location in his garage take a listen to this clip here classified classified material next to your Corvette what were you thinking let me uh I'm going to get a chance to speak on all this God willing soon but as I said earlier this week people and by the way my Corvette's in the lock garage okay so it's not like you're sitting out in the street but anyway yes as well as my Corvette um but as I said earlier this week people know I take classified documents and classified material seriously people know I take it seriously but don't worry it's in my garage locked in my garage and you know my Corvettes locked in my garage and it's in a locked safe space is it Joe Biden because I remember this little beauty that was put out by the RNC as a nice reminder here's Joe Biden pulling that locked Corvette in his locked garage where those classified documents are kept here we go you think I'm kidding I'm not kidding so I'm excited about it you're excited okay watch as he pulls in the back here because you can see some oh pause you see a whole load of documents right here uh right here by my head right here I just tap the mic but there it is and all that document hey that's not locked none of that looks locked just saying just saying but don't worry Joe Biden picks it seriously seriously uh so much so that well I want you to see this little beauty here on Fox News emails suggest that Hunter Biden had access to the garage where president kept classified documents and his girlfriend crack pipe Son,  I it's a very sad situation and I'm unhappy about it but to give somebody like that access to the garage (7)>>classified top secret information weight now and then there's this little beauty which I find interesting uh and you know the validity it's there however it says in 2018 Hunter Biden claimed he owned the house where Joe Biden kept the documents alongside his Corvette and here it is in a background screening now I believe he was out of his keister saying that but either way he claimed to oh the house on some kind of apply check that he did now  (8)>>Ducey questioned Miss uh uh Kareem Jared Pierre kjp on this entire thing take a listen uh to what he had to say on that create another one on garage gate what is the White House trying to hide president statement to read on Tuesday that was incomplete at best misleading at worst who so I have read out the president's statement I read it out yesterday and what he said he said that he will he respects or he takes classified information and documents very seriously that's what he said he said that he did not know that the records were there he does not know what's in them he said that you heard from him directly on this and his team has been cooperating fully fully and not only that again I'll say this the attorney general said this himself that he heard from the team shortly after so we have laid out laid out uh what has occurred here you've heard from the White House Council I just read the statement from from his lawyer and again uh you know we take this very seriously and the president does as well completely she doesn't answer the question as usual no surprise! Famously, former President Trump has also been dealing with legal problems relating to his own mishandling of classified documents that he took back with him to Mar a Lago after his presidency was over. To be clear, there are differences between the two - for example  (9)>>Biden's lawyers cooperating with authorities while Trump's lawyers not cooperating. However, this still brings to mind the elephant in the room: Since politics and optics is everything on Capitol Hill, does this make it more difficult for the DOJ's ongoing efforts to prosecute Trump? Could we see pressure to drop the investigation or soften it, for concern that it may come back to hurt Biden himself either legally or in the court of publi opinion as he prepares for a 2024 re-election run?

NOTES AND COMMENTS :
(1)>>classified documents from Biden's time as Vice President. The discovery of the documents was first reported by CBS News. The president and vice president are required under the Presidential Records Act to turn over documents to the National Archives for secure storage. That classified documents from Biden’s time as vice president were not in possession of the National Archives is sure to ignite criticism from conservatives given former President Trump is under investigation for allegedly taking numerous classified government documents to his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida upon leaving the White House in 2021. During an unprecedented FBI search of the property, more than 100 documents were obtained that federal officials said were marked with varying degrees of classification. In response to the news involving Biden, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted, “When will the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team storm one of Biden’s many vacation homes bought and paid for somehow by a lifetime of being a humble public servant?”  (2)>>10 documents there with classified markings mixed in with other personal materials such as info about Beau Biden's funeral which took place in 2015. "On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel's Office immediately notified the National Archives." It's not clear why he took these documents to these places, or why they were left there (optimistically, he forgot them or mistakenly mixed them with other, non-classified paperwork; pessimistic answers will vary by ideology). The office documents were found first, though, when his attorneys were clearing out the offices and found them in a locked closet. I THINK Biden was covering up something about his Son Hunter , but that is speculation . They did what they're supposed to do - they immediately notified the relevant authorities and made sure the documents were turned in. Further documents were found in his storage and library, and turned in as well - it's not clear if they were found on accident or if, on finding the first batch, the lawyers started really digging around for anything else.Formal investigation is still ongoing, but the currently-available information says that Biden, in his time as VP, took a small number of classified documents to at least three places: his office at a think tank in Washington DC, a storage space in his garage, and his personal library in his home.(2.1)>>Biden Center at UPenn received five 4.6 million from Anonymous Chinese donations. Much remains unknown about the nature of the documents and the circumstances by which they ended up at Biden’s offices. Biden did not respond to shouted questions during an appearance Tuesday with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. As the Trump investigation has reiterated, many cases involving the mishandling of sensitive information turn in large part on intent – and no indication of nefarious intent in either the possession of the materials, the timeliness of their return or the cooperation with authorities has immediately emerged.“Documents obtained by Committee Republicans reveal Hunter Biden’s business partner and close personal associate was linked to the Communist Party of China (CCP), her employer before the Biden family. JiaQi “Jackie” Bao provided Hunter insight into purchasing liquified natural gas reserves in the United States to sell to China, had access to the Biden family’s financial information, and liaised with CCP-affiliated agents on the Bidens’ behalf. After infiltrating the Biden family, Bao urged Hunter to encourage Joe Biden to run for president months before he announced and then supplied the Biden family campaign advice related to China. Media reports and documents reviewed by Committee Republicans suggest that Bao and Hunter’s relationship extended beyond professional obligations—a common tactic employed by Chinese intelligence agents. Committee Republicans are concerned Hunter Biden may have been compromised by the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and foreign intelligence services (FIS).  Due to the interconnected nature of the Biden family’s finances and business dealings, this type of access would jeopardize U.S. national security,” wrote Ranking Member Comer.(3)>>GOP investigation now originally with that First Data dump I thought maybe uh that the doj and the FBI were doing this to look like they weren't being biased to president Trump . NOW the discovery of the documents – which the White House said were found in a locked closet at the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington – together with speculation and conspiracy theories stemming from the fact that the university writ large has received donations over the years from donors in China.  Sean Hannity suggested that President Joe Biden being in possession of multiple batches of classified documents is part of a conspiracy to remove him from the 2024 ballot. Other Republicans have followed suit with similar ideas .At first glance, last week’s revelations that old, possibly outdated classified documents had been found at a thinktank where Biden worked after leaving the vice-presidency in 2017, and in a garage at his home in Delaware, may not seem such a big deal. But such a view fails to understand the way Washington works. Significant or not, the find has given the flailing Republican party a stick with which to beat the president and it has seized it with grateful alacrity. The distraction of attention from Biden’s agenda and achievements is one of many prospective negatives for the president. Another is the unfair, potentially disastrous conflation of his alleged wrongdoing with the ostensibly much more serious case of his predecessor.(4)>>Democrats do not want Joe Biden to run again as president . President Biden is facing an alarming level of doubt from inside his own party, with 64 percent of Democratic voters saying they would prefer a new standard-bearer in the 2024 presidential campaign, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll, as voters nationwide have soured on his leadership, giving him a meager 33 percent job-approval rating. The extent of the damage to Biden and the Democrats will depend in part on whether Trump, the Republicans and their Fox News boosters succeed in sustaining and widening the scandal. But Attorney General Merrick Garland's naming of a special counsel on Thursday to probe the Biden administration's document handling has neutralized Democrats' ability to target former President Donald Trump, Republicans' top 2024 candidate so far, over classified documents.(5)>>Biden's Wilmington Delaware residents on December 20th 2022 and another this would be the third Discovery one page document was discovered .  Now, Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, is coming under fresh scrutiny as a repository of classified material. The White House confirmed Thursday that classified records were found in the garage of Biden’s Wilmington home, as well as an adjacent room that the president later identified as his personal library. So far in his presidency, Biden has spent part or all of 194 days in his home state of Delaware, spending most weekends in either at his Wilmington home or in Rehoboth Beach, where he owns a $2.7 million home, according to an Associated Press tally. He will head to Wilmington again this weekend. (6)>>Joe Biden had to say about his secure location. The President held a press conference today where he addressed the issue as follows: "I’m gonna get a chance to speak on all this -- God willing -- soon. But as I said earlier this week, people, and by the way, my Corvette’s in a locked garage," Biden said. "So, it's not like it’s sitting on the street." "But as I said earlier this week, people know I take classified documents and classified material seriously. I also said we're cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Department's review. As part of that process, my lawyers reviewed other places where documents in my -- from my time as vice president were stored and they finished the review last night," Biden continued, echoing an earlier White House statement. "They discovered a small number of documents with classified markings in storage areas and file cabinets in my home and my personal library." (7)>>classified top secret information weight now and then there's this little beauty which I find interesting uh and you know the validity .I think we should be asking why he would be keeping those documents in the first place. Must have been very important to him. Did they contain information having to do with making money or dirt on political opponents. Yes, boys and girls, i would say they were VERY important information for his personal gain.👹Shouldn't Jim Jordan take a look at the UPenn china doonations connection and why Pennsylvania elections have appeared change laws for the Pandemic? Maybe China donors influenced the election out come in 2020 and 2022?I’m also a bit confused abt the classification(s). I mean, is it based on just the content or, could it be as innocuous as just between 1 or more high ranking officials (as their rank determines as classified) deciding on where to go for lunch?(8)>>Ducey questioned Miss uh uh Kareem Jared Pierre kjp on this entire thing take a listen uh to what he had to say on that create another one on garage gate what is the White House trying to hide. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, in the first press briefing since the discovery of the documents became public on Monday, avoided answering questions on why the administration didn’t inform the public sooner when attorneys for Biden made the discovery on Nov. 2 — just six days ahead of crucial midterm elections. "How could anyone be that irresponsible?" Doocy asked with a straight face. "Isn't that what this president says about mishandling classified documents?"WH press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre replied: "Here's what happened when his lawyers found out the documents were there. They immediately turned them over to the Archives... I'm not going to go into specifics. What I am reiterating to you is what you heard from the president yourself... How he truly respects the process and takes this very seriously... And the right actions that the lawyers took."(9)>>Biden's lawyers cooperating with authorities while Trump's lawyers not cooperating. He had lawyers moving his Office? Did these lawyers have security clearances? How many others saw these "classified" documents? Who "secured" these documents and when? Where is Merrick Garland and the FBI home invasion squad?"Here's what happened when his lawyers found out the documents were there." Who cares about what happened in the last few months...how/why they were there for the last several years is the problem.Biden has mis-handled classified documents and somehow it's Trump's fault. This is what passes for journalism in the 21st century.Trump had the power to declassify anything he wanted as President. There is simply no way to prove that Trump DIDN'T declassify any of those documents unless there's a smoking gun which exists saying explicitly, "I didn't declassify those docs!" So, really, this whole exercise is a complete waste of time. You can't prosecute a former President for mishandling classified documents. He isn't required to register his declassifications. His power under the Constitution -- like the pardon -- is unlimited.

Kevin McCarthyism's.

California strikes back with
Rep. Kevin McCarthy.
another "deep state" from a
failed state . We'll just have to
wait and see .

(1)>>For nearly losing the seat of the Speaker of the House . After a week of achieving nothing it’s on to the business of achieving nothing. Kevin McCarthy is now Speaker . For the Democrats it spells a lot of trouble . Well for the starts , there was  (2)>> REALLY A RED WAVE . House Republican  (2.1)>>Leader Kevin McCarthy (Calif.) said the GOP would have a double-digit House majority after the 2022 midterm elections. As it seems the 'red wave ' did happen in a different kind of way .  Follow they money on Kevin, he’s power hungry and had to sell his soul to arrive here. His red wave didn’t material so he’s looking for revenge. Sad that he announces his intentions of revenge instead of performing his duties. No turning the other cheek here so his hypocrisy about being a man of faith, even used car salesman can’t keep from laughing.McCarthy is viewed as useful but weak. The pro-Trump crowd looks down on people they believe are frail in nature, and  (3)>>McCarthy’s obsequious ambition makes him the ideal speaker for he is likely to go full MAGA ! Kevin said , "Let me be clear to you and I have been very clear to the president. He bears responsibility for his words and actions. No if ands or buts," McCarthy told House Republicans on January 11, 2021, according to CNN. "I asked him personally today if he holds responsibility for what happened. If he feels bad about what happened. He told me he does have some responsibility for what happened. But he needs to acknowledge that." I'm of course not saying any of this is valid. It is not, but giving anyone McCarthy would appoint a chance to speak and he will start lying in whatever ways he think helps their party the most.  (4)>>McCarthy also must face the consequences of his loyalty to Trump. Although McCarthy initially did condemn Trump[ which is in dispute now that Trump instigated the riot ] questioning  his role leading up to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, he has done little to quell Trump's false claims of a stolen 2020 election [ again disputed claims of Democrat election tampering . McCarthy, along with 125 other GOP members, signed on to an amicus brief supporting a Texas lawsuit that asked the Supreme Court to overturn the 2020 election results.  Probably they would have tried to frame it as all the Democrats fault in various ways. I believe that is the conclusion they would have started with for the civil unrest in 2020. They would have probably then tried to use the one to justify the Jan 6th Protests. But Democrats aren't without recourse if Republicans carry out their plans this Congress. Last month, McCarthy explained how  (5)>>Democrats could retaliate against him for not seating the three Democrats under a rule he was fighting at the time — and later agreed to. There really aren't pros and cons here, it's just not a reasonable hypothetical to consider. He'd have to make a number of concessions to Democrats that would lose him more support among Republicans, thereby requiring more Democratic votes and more concessions. That cycle would just continue and isn't feasible for McCarthy. Plus, Democrats have zero interest in bailing out McCarthy and saving him from the monster he helped create. What's far more likely, but still astonishingly small odds, would be a handful of the Biden/GOP district Reps deciding to work with Democrats to elect a compromise Republican Speaker. Again, that's not going to happen, either, but it's a hair more likely that McCarthy working with Dems or Dems working with McCarthy.I do not see this as the Dems bailing out the Republicans I see it as the Dems bailing out the country. But this one is so clearly their fault. The Democrats are in the minority, they have no power to do anything that wouldn't be complete political suicide, and it's so blatantly obvious. The blame would solely go on the Republicans and there is no argument that could possibly stand against the Dems here.Beyond that, once the Speaker is voted in, they have to vote to set the rules for the new session of congress before they can move on to other business, and that can be contentious in its own right.

NOTES AND COMMENTS :

(1)>>For nearly losing the seat of the Speaker of the House . And after the first vote when McCarthy didn’t win, Gym Jordan who I believe received 10 votes threw his support to McCarthy and urged his supporters to vote for him. The second vote, Jordan got MORE votes than he did during the first vote. What exactly does Gym Jordan do while in office? Is his job simply to tear things down and not build things up? He's gonna be the new disruptor taking over mitch McConnell. This is why wishing for old guys to leave isn't the answer. Gotta get the roots of bad politicians out before they grow too strong.  Normally this is a straight forward procedural vote, with the outcome being known well ahead of time. Even if the new potential Speaker isn't everyone's first choice, since the election is in early November, usually the party in control has gotten together and agreed who they will elect as Speaker. In fact, not having that sorted out is so unusual this is the first time in over a century that more than one vote has been required. It is unclear what will happen next. I assume McCarthy will have to make various promises or whatever in terms of his agenda as Speaker (which, I think he already has done, so more of that) to win over the small number of people he needs to win the votes. If that doesn't happen, the next most likely thing would be for the Republicans to come up another person that a majority can agree on.  (2)>> REALLY A RED WAVE .  In the 2022 US midterm elections the Republicans took control of the House . With de facto control over the House, they will focus on the right-wing political equivalent of performance art: a national abortion ban that will go nowhere, investigating Hunter Biden’s laptop, and other “anti-woke” ways to own the libs. That new term started today. The very first piece of business that has to be concluded before a new House of Representatives can begin any other business is to elect their leader (know as "The Speaker of the House"). The process is just to keep voting until someone has a majority. Republicans have a majority there. But it ain't going well due to the hard right faction of the party. He's now the first person not to win the speaker vote on the first ballot in over a century. As an interesting aside, the US Constitution outlines neither the process or requirements for selecting a Speaker of the House, nor the duties of the role. It simply states that “The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Offices; and have the sole Power of Impeachment.” (2.1)>>Leader Kevin McCarthy (Calif.) . California strikes again with another possible Deep State at the helm . I don't know what to make of McCarthy , he has done nothing for California like Nancy Pelosi . BUT it's possible to change him . MAGA Republicans are right behind him pulling his strings . Considering Hakeem Jeffries from the Democrats had more votes than McCarthy did, it's not only historically significant, but god damned embarrassing for him. While I know it won't happen, part of me wonders if there's just enough republicans fed up with the bullshit to jump ship and vote for Jeffries, handing Speakership right back to the Dems just because they know that they alternative is going to be either McCarthy or someone worse. It would be hilarious and no less than he deserves, but it's just a pipe dream sadly.(3)>>McCarthy’s obsequious ambition makes him the ideal speaker for he is likely to go full MAGA ! Kevin said . The California Republican faced a rebellion from the hard-right members of his conference who made a series of interlocking demands that mixed the political, the procedural, and the personal.  But it’s not as if Trump compelled Republicans to go where they didn’t want to go. In fact, a big reason why Trump is so bad for Republicans is that he gave them permission to indulge their own worst instincts. But more than this, they also want to shape the GOP agenda with hard-right members on influential committees and guaranteed votes on priorities like term limits, a balanced budget, and border security. From their perspective, past Republican Congresses have failed to hold Democrats accountable.(4)>>McCarthy also must face the consequences of his loyalty to Trump. McCarthy decided early on to stay as close to the former president as possible, but even Trump’s steadfast public support .And aligning with Trump, who helped corral conservative support for McCarthy’s speakership bid this winter, isn’t the only shape-shifting the Californian has had to pull off in order to lead the House.McCarthy’s loyalty to Trump ultimately helped revive the ousted president’s standing within the party, and earned the GOP leader his endorsement for the top job in the House. Trump made calls on McCarthy’s behalf during the speaker election, and even re-issued an endorsement this week, suggesting McCarthy “will do a good job, maybe even a GREAT job.”Yet the great irony is that the very narrowness of the Republican margin of victory in the House is what is now giving outsized influence to the extremist forces that cost the GOP so dearly. (5)>>Democrats could retaliate against him for not seating the three Democrats under a rule he was fighting at the time —This is the paralysis that the Biden administration and the Democrats in Congress tried to prepare for in December, when the frenetic activity in the House gave off an apocalyptic vibe. Every move was hurried, with an eye on the clock and the knowledge that darkness was looming.Democrats are engaged in a perpetual “circular firing squad,” Business Insider wrote in 2010. “Democrats are having a unity problem,” NPR said in October 2021. “That’s familiar territory for them.” Last month Politico ran a Democrats in disarray article because some Democrats were less than enthusiastic about Rep. Jim Clyburn staying in leadership. And just this week there were (false) reports that Democrats were getting bored of the House leadership contest, and might just abandon the fight, allowing McCarthy to win.

JAMES WEBB TELESCOPE . IS NASA COVERING UP SOMETHING ???

Comparing size of Webb and the
Hubble Telescopes .
Webb has 18 mirrors , just about
the size of one Hubble
mirror.
Yet the optics are very
disappointing .
Am going to open a can of worms on a modern space telescope . That is the size of a 737 , it's in a orbit about 1 million miles from Earth . So , here we go -
Wait, am (1)>>I a conspiracy theorist because I 'think' NASA has been hiding ET evidence for decades?
For the last few months since the launch of the JAMES WEBB space telescope . I have been pondering something about the telescope , its unusual properties , that the public , news media has missed . First ,  (2)>>NASA is releasing data vary SLOWLY to the public at large . Media coverage started at launch , but since the launch , it has faded .  We’re not ready for alien life. We can barely tolerate people with different ideologies or religions, we’re not ready for a whole ass sentient lifeform from a different planet. NOW if james webb telescope provides tons and tons of circumstantial evidence of life, we might actually put it thru our thick skull its real that would be badass please let it be so I know most aliens are not hiding, its simply up for better detectors to see them. But no official responses or endorsements are needed to affirm the obvious: the huge volumes of data from NASA’s sprawling network of past and present Earth-observation satellites could be a treasure trove .  (3)>>But as far the Webb Telescope images , it appears that they seem to be copies of Hubble Telescope images that were taken years ago , somehow enhanced by digital computer software . When I saw the Webb images I was puzzled that many of the images seem to be copies of Hubble data . I exclaimed like " It's nothing new !" .To maximize the chances for NASA’s study turning up anything of value, though, the space agency will have to successfully attract the right sort of participants—perhaps putting out fraudulent information to the public. NOW WST’s first full-color scientific image was revealed by President Joe Biden on July 11th 0f 2022 as a teaser of what supposed was to come. While Hubble’s deep fields took days (if not weeks) of exposure, JWST was able to capture this image after just 12.5 hours. Looking and comparing the photo's , you need a trained eye to spot what I would say airbrushing a photo .  (4)>>Yes, the images were spectacular , but very disappointing . One specific deep field images looked like a duplicate of Hubble's , I mean precisely a duplicate . It contained information that was already obtained by Hubble . It did not reveal anything new to Astronomy . Another was  one Hubble’s favorite subjects, the Carina Nebula, 7,200 light-years away. This particular image was released by the Hubble Heritage Project in 2008 and shows a sliver of a star-forming region in a corner of the nebula. Again, WST’s image was a exact copy of Hubble's . Again nothing new . But it's being presented to the Media as amazing and astonishing . With no one questioning the data .

Duplicate Images , OK what's going on here ?
bright blob of planet HIP 65426 b,
froom 400 light years away.
Webb's best photo ?
JWST will greatly expand the capability by wielding its 6.5-meter-wide hexagonal mirror, outclassing any ground-based observatory. So let's take a look at this claim . The James Webb telescope is HUGE . It's about the size of a 737 airliner . It orbits about a million miles from Earth .  (5)>>Now the optics of this thing , having 18 mirrors , each mirror is about the size of one Hubble mirror . Unlike Hubble , each Webb  mirror has the capacity of focusing each mirror into one resolved image .  With 18 mirrors we would expect to see a exo-planet 700 light years away ? Well most of the mainstream news reported : "
the first photograph of an exoplanet taken by NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope (JWST).
Very Large Telescope direct image
of a planetary system 300 light
years away . From Earth based
telescope .
The image shows the bright blob of a world seven times heavier than Jupiter
that orbits a star nearly 400 light-years away. The groundbreaking result is the latest in a slew of early exoplanet findings from the telescope, and a test of technologies that will enable direct imaging of Earth-like planets by future space telescopes." Well it showed a blob of a world , not exactly what you would expect from a powerful telescope .   (6)>>Honestly the Webb image is vary poor , if you compare the image from a Earth based telescope using
SPHERE instrument on the Very Large Telescope (VLT) of the European Southern Observatory. The exciting peer-reviewed results. This planetary system orbits the star TYC 8998-760-1. It’s 300 light-years away in the direction of the southern constellation Musca the Fly. The system seems to resemble our own solar system, but is much younger. Now astronomers say they’ve acquired a first-ever direct image of two giant exoplanets, orbiting a sunlike star. Which are much better than the Webb blob picture  . Some critics though of the Webb planet image as being blurry .  These might be as examples of comparing optics of some earth based telescopes have produced some detail on exoplanets . With NASA releasing  the first series of images from the new James Webb Space Telescope, I can't help but wonder about something: Weeks ago I read an article saying that one of the mirrors on the  (7)>>telescope had been damaged by a piece of space debris and the entire thing had to be reconfigured so the damage wouldn't cause problems with the images it produced. That I'm mind I can't help but think that, since NASA has been getting images both before and after the damage, I'm wondering if there's something else going on: What if the telescope caught something and they're saying the images have problems from the damage because they don't know if  (8)>>they've photoshopped all of images well enough to hide what they caught?
The Case of the Missing Data ?
A smart conspiracy must have a purpose, right ? (9)>>What is the purpose of this conspiracy ? Is it worth the effort ? Besides the images that look like old Hubble stock footage that has been enhanced. When it comes to conspiracy theories, I always ask the question "Why?" To what point and purpose would the entire science community go through all the trouble of faking these photos?  Well the Webb Telescope lists observation targets , and on specific dates on which object will be observed . SO far there is almost a half a year of data that has not been released to the public , or news media. The James Webb Telescope can be used to further whatever agenda or operations that anyone would like. Aliens... revise history, revise science, undermine religions, guide public perception of foundational ideas about the universe... anything that NASA, the US government, or northrop grumman would like. Covert space operations.  We should also ask the simple question of why lie about pictures of stars and planets. What’s the point of spending billions to deceive the public about what a nebula most people don’t even think about in their entire lives looks like? Why create false data and images for a public that’s not even the primary audience for them?   Alternative uses. Additional equipment on board.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>I a conspiracy theorist because . From the very beginning I was proud to be called a conspiracy theorist, I got attacked daily with nasty tweets all because I did my homework - now we can honestly say we all have grade A* and the trolls have suddenly all disappeared! I want to know is WHY is anyone who questions it some sort of Conspiracy Theorist®™ because it's not natural & it's absolutely stupid to blindly trust either half of a political Monopoly that all has the same donors?(2)>>NASA is releasing data vary SLOWLY to the public at large . Data from NASA scientists using Webb has been slowly been made public.   JWST already has data that are open from the moment they have been taken. This is the ERS (Early Release Science) category. But the researchers who did all the work in proposing and obtaining the data (which is a shit ton of work) should get at least a short period where they can do their work on processing the data without fear that someone is going to come along and poach their work. The world is filled with credentialled frauds and liars posing as experts using appeals to authority to push misinformation. Someone looking over the shoulder is exactly what is needed. This is science, as the motto of the Royal Society goes take no ones word for it.There is scientific data collected by a piece of US federal government property. That data is "born free" in the United States. Born free meaning in the public domain. All it would take is a lawsuit to enforce existing law and precedent to make some lawyer a name and some money and give JWST a bunch of bad press in a case NASA or StSci is bound to lose.(3)>>But as far the Webb Telescope images , it appears that they seem to be copies of Hubble Telescope images.   I am NOT CALLING or saying that Webb's images are fake . They are REAL IMAGES , but my issue is that many of the released images look like exact copies  of Hubble's . Plus , Webb's deep field images look spectacular , but they did not show anything that was already shown by Hubble . Some of the Webb images were combined with Hubble's with some computer enhancement that made the image of a galaxy for example to look more sharper .It just seems a bit fishy to me that they have been able to see galaxies 4.6 billion years ago, just how is that possible, what's not to say it's cgi , am not just putting this through .They are money laundering NASA scams and those images are just Astro-photography from either highly photoshopped for added fakery like everything else NASA does.(4)>>Yes, the images were spectacular , but very disappointing .  This was my initial response as well. While the additional details like the short capture time etc. do make it more impressive, i think it's more a testament to how incredibly good Hubble has been during it's lifespan, especially considering it's 80's tech. But its nothing NEW .(5)>>Now the optics of this thing , having 18 mirrors , each mirror is about the size of one Hubble mirror .  This is a vary large Telescope , there is no hidden thing about it. I guess my critical view is this can do a lot more in astronomy than the average Earth based  telescope .  Calibration is particularly challenging for projects that require precise measurements of the brightness of astronomical objects, such as faint, faraway galaxies. For several weeks, some astronomers have been cobbling together workarounds so that they can continue their analyses.  The mirrors have to be aligned all 18 of them , remember they are the size of one Hubble telescope mirror .Basically, they will still be focusing the light all at that one point, but they'll slightly (with an accuracy of less than 1 wavelength) change their distance from the receiver reflector so that the interference pattern doesn't form. So it retains the same sharpness for the central image, but the interference is all destructive so no interference patterns. (6)>>Honestly the Webb image is vary poor , if you compare the image from a Earth based telescope using SPHERE instrument on the Very Large Telescope.  The First planet imaged by Webb was nothing but a blob , as I argued Earth based telescopes already imaged planets in much better resolution , even multiple planets around a star . Webb optics did do vary well . It should have done better Nevertheless, future JWST observations could search for such planets. HIP 65426b was a good target because we already knew the planet around it could be detected (it was discovered in 2017) how ever it should have been better .(7)>>telescope had been damaged by a piece of space debris .  I know that a meteroid is name only for asteroids which enter (Earth's) atmosphere but I don't see the word micro-asteroid being used anywhere so please forgive me if I used the wrong term.If a simple 10km wire will statistically get hit and cut by a micrometeoroid within a mere 5 hour time period how come that the Hubble Space Telescope and other optical telescopes don't get their mirrors damaged by these collisions? In the case of Hubble we are at least talking about a semi-closed off tube but the James Webb Telescope is going to have it's mirror completely exposed to open space. Are the mirrors build to withstand such collisions that can cut wires? Or is the damage so small that even with the extreme precision requirements we put on telescopes today we can still operate them well for years and years of collisions? (8)>>they've photo-shopped all of images well enough to hide what they caught? We've been blown away by the images coming in from faraway galaxies taken by the Webb Space Telescope. The vivid colors are lovely, but how real are they? The telescope only collects infrared and near-infrared light, and humans can't see infrared light, so where are all those colors coming from? Which is to say, there are a lot of images with flashy lights and pretty colors but the end result is basically the same kinda stuff as what we regular folks get when we look at normal space photos. And that's cool and all, but it still doesn't entirely make sense why the images are exciting enough to spur international headlines. Comments on Highsnobiety's Instagram post called out the photos as "AI," "Photoshop," and the rest. Which, I mean, sure, there's probably some editing going on here — a team of scientists selected these photos from a larger selection and I'd bet the photos were at least touched up before being published —   (9)>>What is the purpose of this conspiracy ?  er, conspiracy theorists— There’s a wide range of inane theories and speculations about the new Webb images’ origins, with some claiming that the pictures were created by CGI, Photoshop, Hollywood special effects, or some combination of all of the above.

CALIFORNIA'S 25 BILLION DOLLAR deficit COLLAPSE !

The Image illustrates California state budget
for the year 2023 AD.
Trying times ahead for California .

AS CALIFORNIA grapples with the idea of paying  (1)>>"reparations" to black -african Americans , there is a looming shadow of State Economic collapse . Six months ago, while proposing a revised state budget,  (2)>>Gov. Gavin Newsom bragged about the state’s having a $97.5 billion surplus that would finance some landmark expansions of social and educational services.“No other state in American history has ever experienced a surplus as large as this,”Newsom told reporters as he unveiled a 2022-23 fiscal year budget that topped $300 billion and, with a few tweaks, was eagerly adopted by the Legislature. The grim news isn’t as shocking as the numbers — the entire nation is grappling with inflation and soaring interest rates, and  (3)>>Gov. Gavin Newsom has played with numbers for almost three years how rosey the budget is .Unlike the federal government, the state must balance its budget yearly and not run a deficit.Yet still giving free health insurance to illegal immigrants, reparations to people who were never slaves, paying black and pacific Islanders to have babies, paying people to be homeless and about to start paying people to be trans. The estimate is part of the LAO’s 2023-2024 fiscal outlook, which is typically released at this time of year to help guide state lawmakers as they begin putting together budget proposals for the upcoming fiscal year. The office noted, less spending will help offset revenue losses like the state is expected to experience. The starker outlook poses a new set of  (4)>>challenges for Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom after years of flush budgets buoyed by a booming stock market and thriving tech sector. And advocates who scored massive victories over two years of skyrocketing surpluses are now worried the money will dry up.The California Department of Finance has said revenue is down for several reasons, beginning with the state’s highest earners, which generally includes those who make more than $500,000 a year. The state's progressive tax structure heavily relies on them. The announcement underscores California’s volatile tax revenue system, which has whiplashed between record deficits and surpluses since the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020. (5)>>That year, the state legislature cut spending to fill a $54 billion deficit in what lawmakers and analysts now acknowledge was an overcorrection. In 2021 and 2022, lawmakers had close to $100 billion in surplus funds and federal aid, which they (5.1)>>used to boost spending on education, homelessness, health care for undocumented residents and more. The budget also included a $17 billion inflation relief package with rebates between $200 and $1,050 for middle and low-income taxpayers. California governor Gavin Newsom seems oblivious to these statistics. Rather than focusing budget priorities on addressing these nuts-and-bolts deficiencies, including the lack of accountability within state government, Newsom continues to pursue spending on areas of his own interest, such as climate change, in which California green energy policies have raised the cost of energy to consumers and businesses. He also has proposed using $125 million for women who come to California from another state for abortions. Irrespective of one’s position on this issue, this is an inappropriate use of taxpayer funds. Newsom’s fiscal responsibility is to the citizens of California, period.A spokesperson for the Department of Finance said in September the combination of a shrinking unemployment rate and declining income tax revenues likely means the state is feeling the effects of job losses in higher-earning industries such as tech. Those job losses will likely have a disproportionate impact on state revenues.Earlier this fall,  (6)>>Newsom vetoed dozens of bills that would have put the state on the hook for new, unbudgeted spending, citing lower-than-expected revenues. California was the state with the biggest exodus in the nation, causing it to lose a House seat for the first time in history. Now analysts are seeing the results of all these households and businesses that aren’t paying taxes — the biggest black eye being Tesla and Hewlett Packard, both setting up shop in Texas.California’s 40 million residents depend on less than 1 percent of the state’s taxpayers to pay nearly half of the state income tax, which for California’s highest tier of earners tops out at the nation’s highest rate of 13.3 percent. In other words, California cannot afford to lose even a few thousand of its wealthiest individual taxpayers. Something's got to give in California! As politicians are wont to do, the Dems in CA are generous with other people's money. Housing prices keep going up but they put out the welcome mat - as a sanctuary state - for untold thousands of mainly poor and uneducated illegals then provide them with Medi-Cal, education for their children, etc. It's the overburdened and shrinking middle class & upper middle class that have to pay the increasing tax burden to keep the state afloat. No wonder so many of them pull up their stakes and head to better-run states.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>"reparations" to black -african Americans .  A non-slave state is going to take money from their white , non black working taxpayers who never owned a slave in a state that prohibited slavery when it entered the union and give it to people who were never slaves. Perhaps money should be paid to the families of those in the state who made sure California entered as a non-slave state. Where is this money going to come from? Will it push more people and companies out of CA? Force bankruptcy on the state? Should people have a say on how their tax dollars are spent? Interesting questions... Where will the answers come from ???  Right now I don't think California can fund this without issuing general funds bonds. Those require a statewide proposition and majority vote to pass. History would also tell us that this would have to be passed by the courts. It seems like a stunt from a governor that has presidential aspirations. Hey, if Californians pass it then expect other services to be cut. Personally, I don't get anything from this state and any excuse to raise rents ( like higher taxes). He refuses to allow a property tax exemption for totally and permanently disabled veterans because the price tag is too high at $30 million. Yet he wants to pay out hundreds of thousands to buy votes.  Newsom has aggressively pushed his plan to provide financial reparations to Black Californians whom he says must be financially compensated for decades of discrimination. The California Reparations Task Force's five member economic consultant team reported that under the initiative, qualifying Black residents in the state could qualify for $223,200 per person. All at the Taxpayers of California's expense. How and why the people of California put up with this stuff is absolutely incredible.   Cost more than the state total budget they are insane .(2)>>Gov. Gavin Newsom bragged about the state’s having a $97.5 billion surplus.  Six months ago, while proposing a revised state budget, Gov. Gavin Newsom bragged about the state’s having a $97.5 billion surplus that would finance some landmark expansions of social and educational services. “No other state in American history has ever experienced a surplus as large as this,” Newsom told reporters as he unveiled a 2022-23 fiscal year budget that topped $300 billion and, with a few tweaks, was eagerly adopted by the Legislature. Legislature’s budget advisor, Gabe Petek, issued a sobering report on the state’s finances, saying revenues are likely to fall $41 billion short of what Newsom and legislators anticipated, leaving the state with a $25 billion projected deficit for the 2023-24 budget. Moreover, he said, if recession hits, as many economists expect, the gap between income and outgo could be much higher. If it’s just a $25 billion problem — as large as that number might seem — it could be handled relatively easily with some adjustments, such as throttling back on some of the spending the current budget contains. (3)>>Gov. Gavin Newsom has played with numbers for almost three years how rosey the budget is .  Gov. Newsom's budget never makes any sense , if you been following it for the last three years . Back in 2020 , California faced a 50 billion dollar deficit , that somehow was wiped out the following year . In 2021, the governor enjoyed an also-significant $76-billion surplus. As the news site CALmatters reported, Newsom went on a “spending spree” in advance of a failed recall election: “He wants to spend $12 billion to house the homeless … $3.4 billion to expand preschool to all 4-year-olds … $1.5 billion cleaning up blight.” He just happened to make each announcement at a relevant location for a photo opportunity. Go figure. The mad money this year is the never-dreamed-of tax surplus of $97.5 billion projected by July 2023. Yes, that’s nearly $100 billion over what the state needs to fund what it planned. It begs the question: Why not just return the excess money to taxpayers?Part of the answer: “Only” $49 billion is discretionary money. The lion’s share of the rest legally must go to schools — $37 billion.A large amount of the surplus comes from stock gains and options. Next year that will mostly be gone. Soon Ca. will be writing IOU's again. (4)>>challenges for Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom . Now, the surplus is gone and California is facing a sizable budget deficit. The fun is over. A Politico story captured the weeping and gnashing of teeth in Sacramento, as Democratic leaders vowed to protect every penny of spending from the budget ax. None of this should have been a surprise, given that “warning signs have been flashing for months.” The publication pointed to long-obvious falling tax revenues and layoffs at Bay Area tech companies. For years Gov. Gavin Newsom has boasted about billions in surplus while creating pricey programs for green energy and eradication of the homeless and crime. Last year he invited the world’s homeless to California, saying they would be cared for by taxpayers.Yet the high cost of living coupled with a yearlong COVID-19 shutdown was too much to handle for 101,000 households who fled the state in 2021, according to a Forbes study.(5)>>That year, the state legislature cut spending to fill a $54 billion deficit in what lawmakers and analysts now acknowledge was an overcorrection.  I believe that California is bankrupt , the huge deficit was swept under the rug .$54 billion deficit of 2020 didn't just go away with a magic wand . That figure is higher than the deficit during the Great Recession and obliterates the state’s once-healthy reserves.Without sugar-coating how hard the prolonged shutdown of businesses during the pandemic hurt the state . Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration released bleak projections on key statewide indicators: 18% unemployment rate for the year, 21% drop in new housing permits and nearly 9% decline in California personal income. The budget that lawmakers approved in June anticipated a 15% drop in tax collections because of the pandemic. But so far, tax collections are 9% higher than last fiscal year, with the state bringing in $11 billion more than expected. The result is a one-time windfall estimates at $26 billion in loss revenues by 2023 but that  said could fluctuate between $12 billion and $40 billion depending on what happens. (5.1)>>used to boost spending on education.  As of July 2022 , California spending for education has now taken half of the State spending . California spends more on education than any other state in the union.  So far California has tripled its Ed spending . This year  California’s public schools would see more than $20,000 per student in state funding under Gov. Gavin Newsom’s $102 billion education budget boost proposal, with significant funding to help districts weather the ongoing pandemic. Has now become too bloated .But California can’t keep increasing education spending while losing students and failing to produce significant achievement gains. Here’s my problem with money. It doesn’t necessarily mean better test scores or outcomes. Yes I agree teachers should be paid more. However, nearly half of California students can’t read at grade level. $128 billion to education, ranks 40th in the nation, below Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Florida, North Carolina, Nebraska, Indiana....you know, the flyover states. While administration has gotten bonuses and pay raises, the public side of education keeps getting budget cuts instead. It's pretty clear where the money is going and its not going to the future generations.(6)>>Newsom vetoed dozens of bills that would have put the state on the hook for new, unbudgeted spending, citing lower-than-expected revenues. Economic uncertainty at the state and national level is prompting him to keep a tighter hold on spending. Meanwhile, state financial experts are preparing for a time when the Golden State does not have a nearly $100 billion surplus. But Newsom hypocrisy is manifested when  Nearly a dozen bills the governor has rejected in recent weeks include a letter cautioning lawmakers against spending unbudgeted funds. Some of those measures would have done things like provide free transit passes for students, limit preschool fees for low-income families, and create a pilot to fund outreach for behavioral health services to certain Medi-Cal patients. People at the lower end were gutted out in vetoed . The governor’s veto message says bills sent to his desk add up to more than $30 billion in one-time and ongoing spending not accounted for in the state budget, which was approved last June. The Department of Finance predicted in last May revise that the state’s good fortunes wouldn’t last forever, citing the war in Ukraine, inflation, global supply chain disruptions and the stock market as potential warning signs.
