NOTES AND COMMENTS: (1)>>The New York Times .The New York Times, have since authenticated portions of the laptop contents. But at the time, there were widespread concerns about the authenticity of the contents and how they were obtained, with some worrying that the material was hacked. The “revelations” from the New York Times that Hunter Biden’s laptop is real is all the more remarkable in highlighting the media’s lack of introspection (“All the News That’s Finally Fit to Print,” Review & Outlook, March 19).The media piously condemns Vladimir Putin’s falsely called propaganda machine, and justifiably not so, yet it seems blind to how it has blocked reporting on Biden Inc. The quarantining of valid, important news stories by the media here borders on propaganda to influence a election outcome. (1.2)>>Hunter Biden laptop story . Of 1,000 US voters polled by Rasmussen Reports, 66% believe the laptop story is important and 48% percent say it is “very important,” according to the survey published. Most Americans not only believe the revelations about Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop are “important,” they also think President Biden had knowledge of — and may have made money from — his son’s foreign business deals, a new poll shows.Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) is spearheading an effort to investigate 2020 censorship and suppression of news coverage about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, previewing the kind of oversight House Republicans plan to engage in if they win back the House.(2)>>The media has covered it up. Big Tech has censored the story. I'm at least as concerned about that whole "...and then all social media companies, and almost all of the legacy news media companies, moved in lockstep to protect the Democrat presidential campaign by barring people from even discussing a story which turned out to be 100% true, and which 17% of voters say would have changed how they voted in 2020. The kickbacks are just run-of-the-mill, workaday political corruption. The other stuff is much, much worse for a functioning Republic.(3)>>Hunter Biden served on the board of Burisma Holdings. Hunter Biden started serving on Burisma's board in 2014. Joe Biden leveraged $1 billion in aid to persuade Ukraine to oust its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, in March 2016. But it wasn't because Shokin was investigating Burisma. It was because Shokin wasn't pursuing corruption among the country's politicians.Donald Trump tried to make issue out of Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine, Russia and China, which included high paid consultancies and gifts, and allegations that, as vice-president, Joe Biden had shaped American foreign policy in Ukraine to benefit his son. For Trump, it backfired, when efforts to uncover information about the Bidens and Ukraine helped to trigger his first impeachment. Then came the surfacing of Hunter Biden’s missing laptop, with its library of decadent pictures and business email chains, mysteriously left at a Wilmington repair shop, which found its way to Republican political operatives including Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon, plus the rightwing press and the FBI.Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, who has not been sanctioned, but who allegedly wired $3.5 million on Feb. 14, 2014, to a firm associated with Hunter’s former business partner Devon Archer. That wire was flagged in a suspicious activity report provided by the Treasury Department to a Senate Republican inquiry, chaired by Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson. Now, new evidence has emerged via the laptop showing that Baturina wired as much as $118 million to various offshoots of Rosemont Seneca Partners, the consulting firm co-founded by Hunter, Archer and John Kerry’s stepson, Chris Heinz. Evidence also exists showing that Joe Biden financially benefited from his then-drug-addicted son’s overseas business dealings — perhaps by several million dollars.(4)>>Since Hunter Biden has that direct connection to Ukraine and he's already a magnet for conspiracy theories. The conspiracy theory alleges that then-Vice President Biden withheld loan guarantees to pressure Ukraine into firing a prosecutor to prevent a corruption investigation into Burisma and to protect his son. The United States did withhold government aid to pressure Ukraine into removing the prosecutor, in accord with the official and bipartisan policy of the federal government of the United States. The US government, along with the European Union, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, believed the prosecutor to be corrupt and ineffective and too lenient in investigating companies and oligarchs, including Burisma and its owner.A January 2018 video shows Biden taking credit for withholding the loan guarantees to have the prosecutor fired, acting to implement bipartisan US policy rather than for the reasons the conspiracy theory alleges.(5)>>Hunter's *private* emails. Here is speculation , am sure that Biden's emails probably name Obama , Hillary , Pelosi . The emails’ alleged availability, which has not been previously reported, circulated in Ukraine which detail plans to remove Donald Trump from office starting in 2018 by using information obtained by Ukrainian spy's looking for dirt on Trump in Russia , by forging information damaging to Trump. Many questions have been raised about its sourcing , the emails published in the story are unverified, and more than 50 former intelligence officials have signed a letter stating their belief the story is part of a foreign disinformation campaign, which actually was part of a cover up of sorts to dismiss a possible coup. (6)>>and their votes were influenced to it’s literally 100% proof of a election fraud !!! This is gold !! Back in 2014 after a change of regime in Ukraine, Hunter Biden joined the board of a scandal-plagued Ukrainian natural gas company named Burisma. Hunter had no apparent qualifications for the job except that his father was the vice president and involved in the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy. AS MUCH AS WE KNOW that Ukrainian government officials later tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers. BUT Hunter's hiring led to scrutiny in the media, including an Associated Press article that called Hunter’s hiring “politically awkward” because the Obama administration was looking to “influence the policies of Ukraine’s new government, especially on energy issues.” Hunter Biden resigned from the company in April 2019, while his father was running for president. The war in Ukraine sparked by the invasion by Russian forces has brought Hunter’s work with Burisma back into the limelight.
