Supreme Court Decision . Why it happened.

While celebrations go on , Blind Justice missed
a lot . Here is why.
The Supreme Court of the United States was obviously drawn to the  Same sex Marriage issue , as much as they should of  stayed out of the decision of the Federal Government defining Marriage . It's a simple twist of words that set off the whole legal argument that should have been kept behind closed doors . *** I am giving my own OPINION to this . I am giving my  first chastisement first to the religious right , and  their long  decades war of mixing religion and politics , trying to manipulate state legislation to make governments define what marriage is . AS SILLY as it seems the Supreme Court never should had been involved .(1)>> The religious right , the fledgling GOP right wingers deserved  what the Supreme Court did . People should understand why the Court Justice's did . There was too much furor raised to center around a group of people ( gays) which some states were drafting laws in the guise of" Religious Freedom" to persecute another group of people who did not conform what is traditionally "normal". Yet our American society can't define what really is normal,as far as behavior anymore . I have held a standard , so I repeat it here . What you do in bed should be your business . There should be no government intrusion in your bed politics , this issue is just the same . My second chastisement goes to the gay community . They have to prove to me that they can stay in a single relationship  marriage . This can be the greatest threat to gay marriage . Like heterosexuals , gays find themselves with failed and abusive partnerships . If they have multiple partners, they  can find themselves exposed to HIV , by the way it  has not gone away . You must remember too that marriage is about family , its about children & not the self centered , selfish quest to fulfill lustful sexual desires ( as much as common in straight couples) but most common today with deviant sexual practices . Which today are being accepted slowly through the media as normalization. So , if the gay community can prove this , they are not a deviation of societal morn's.Then surly I could give my blessing to the Supreme Court decision .

Justice is still blind :
Why are the "people" not jumping on this ? . Many States in America prohibit mentally challenged  people from-marrying. More than 30 states either prohibit or restrict marriage between people with "developmental disabilities" (another term for mental retardation). Such marriage laws are rarely enforced. But when they are, a competency hearing can be triggered by a guardian or family member who suspects manipulation or coercion behind the marriage. Courts adjudicating the denial of such fundamental rights as the right to marry or procreate will use a heightened level of scrutiny to evaluate whether the retarded individual is being unfairly denied his or her constitutional rights.
The Supreme Court also opened up a can worms with this decision on marriage . There is now what is called a legal slippery slope . With the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling this Friday legalizing same sex marriage in all 50 states, social liberalism has achieved one of its central goals. A right seemingly unthinkable two decades ago has now been broadly applied to a whole new class of citizens. Following on the rejection of interracial marriage bans in the 20th Century, the Supreme Court decision clearly shows that marriage should be a broadly applicable right—one that forces the government to recognize, as Friday’s decision said, a private couple’s “love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice and family.”  Gay marriage is now a slippery slope! A gateway drug! If we legalize it, then what’s next? (2)>> Legalized polygamy? Polygamy today stands as a taboo just as strong as same-sex marriage was several decades ago—it’s effectively only discussed as outdated jokes about Utah and Mormons, who banned the practice over 120 years ago.Yet the moral reasoning behind society’s rejection of polygamy remains just as uncomfortable and legally weak as same-sex marriage opposition was until recently.  Polyamory is another term, one broader and more inclusive of a marriage with any number of people so related, male, female.

Time to get rid of Marriage Licences .
Why we need a marriage "license" and what does that license do for us, that we couldn't already do without it? I don't know the answers. Does anyone know the benefit if any of having the license? , the license came about 150 years ago when it was then unheard of whites marrying blacks, thus a marriage "license" came about to allow this to happen. It simply became normal for all marriages to require licenses after a while, I guess for payola money to the states? So what benefits do we get from having the license? Because now I'm thinking about getting a divorce :)just so the government doesn't have control over me or my children. Marriage Licences have a "racist" origin The word license is derived from the Latin word Licentious, which means lacking restraint, ignoring societal standards, disregard for accepted rules. According to Black's Law Dictionary, the word license is defined as - the permission by competent authority to do an act which without such permission, would be illegal." Now in other words, this means the government makes something that was lawful to do, illegal, so they can then tell you that if you pay the government money (which is a bribe), then they will turn their backs and give you a permit that allows you to break the law that they just said was illegal to do! So the question that people need to ask themselves, is why would it be illegal to marry without the State's permission? This question is rarely brought up or addressed because people have grown so custom, to following the laws and statutes and commandments of man, rather than those of the Most High. Let's examine the history of marriage license in America, and see how it came about, why it came about, and why the government and states enforce this system of enslavement upon the people. Miscegenation laws, were laws that banned interracial marriage and sometimes interracial sex between whites and blacks. In the United States, interracial marriage, cohabitation and sex have since 1863 been termed as "miscegenation. In North America, laws against interracial marriage and interracial sex existed and were enforced in the Thirteen Colonies from the late seventeenth century onward, and subsequently in several US states and US territories until 1967. In the United States, miscegenation laws were state laws passed by individual states to prohibit miscegenation, nowadays more commonly referred to as interracial marriage and interracial sex. Typically defining miscegenation as a felony, yes, felony, and these laws prohibited the solemnization of weddings between persons of different races and prohibited the officiating of such ceremonies. When a couple applies for a license from the State to marry, they are actually asking for permission to engage in the “unlawful” activity of marriage (License - a revocable permission to commit some act that would otherwise be unlawful - Black’s Law 7th ed). Why, because the State can regulate that which it licenses, by entering into a State-sanctioned franchise (marriage) as a married couple, a couple forfeits their rights to a private, sovereign marriage and any ownership control of their children or property; as a result of the marriage license. Child Protective Services receives its full power and authority to seize children via the marriage license under the ancient legal doctrine of parens patriae. When a State-licensed married couple has a child, the Birth Certificate is the document the State uses to claim ownership of the child under its marriage contract. State ownership remains as long as that child lives, even after the age of 21. If you have a birth certificate, the State owns you too. Couples married under a state-sanctioned marriage license also give up 1/3 of their property to the state. Should one person die, the government, through the inheritance tax, will demand the surviving party to “buy them out” - usually a 28- 35% tax.You ought to obey the Most High rather than the government! So when it comes to marriages in the United States of America, it is commanded by the government that those intending upon marrying, must have a marriage license, so if you following and believe in the Most High, then you must not yield yourself servants toward the government's unrighteousness.

The curse of marriage

That we can call these delicate creatures ours
And not their appetites!
(Othello 3.3.272-3)

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
*** I believe that traditional marriage ( although falling apart in America) should never be defined constitutionally , or legislated . It takes a man and woman to fall in love and produce a child .  That's how simple , and how Nature set up the biological process . There is no escaping it . Yes, I do believe that men and women can create "life" . Two of the same sex can't , unless two women get inseminated by artificial means . It's still out of the biological process .  Even in Darwinian terms , homosexuality  is a dead end evolutionary . (1)>> In 2013, in United States v Windsor, the Court invalidated a provision of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) on the grounds that it violated the equal protection principles embodied in the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.  In a 5 to 4 decision by Justice Kennedy, the Court said "careful consideration" had to be given to "discrimination's of unusual character."  That, coupled with the deference that the federal government owes states with respect to how they define marriage, led to striking down the federal law that did not recognize same-sex marriage for federal purposes (e.g, joint filing of a tax return) even when a couple was lawfully married under state law. Justice Scalia, in dissent, crititicized the Court for intervening in a matter that should have been left to elected representatives and the people to decide: "The Court has cheated both sides, robbing the winners of an honest victory, and the the losers the peace that comes from a fair defeat.'(2)>> Considering that polygamy is usually associated with deep rooted religious beliefs, and the the liberals tweeting #LoveIsLove usually hate people who hold deep rooted religious beliefs, this will be interesting. Politico has a long-form think-piece making the case for polygamy. Here’s an excerpt: Polyamory is a fact. People are living in group relationships today. The question is not whether they will continue on in those relationships. The question is whether we will grant to them the same basic recognition we grant to other adults: that love makes marriage, and that the right to marry is exactly that, a right…

The Ron Paul Apocalypse.

Political  clairvoyant, Ron Paul
has made predictions about
the "end". Has he ever
been correct?
It's COMING no mater what we think. Let me explain .We may have seen the commercials on TV where*** Sen. Ron Paul who's son  currently running for President is giving a dire (1)>> warning . It is  Ron's Apocalypse .Sen. Rand Paul, formally announced his presidential campaign on Tuesday. But the elder Paul hasn't been shy about expressing his opinions on various - and controversial - topics. In the past year, Ron Paul has written that a violent revolution should be considered to protect individual liberties, said the secession movement should encourage supporters of freedom, and asserted that the U.S. government is "likely hiding [the] truth" about the Malaysian flight believed to have been shot down by pro-Russian separatists over Ukraine. Former US congressman Ron Paul says Washington’s increasing pressure on Moscow might force Russia and China to make a new currency to dethrone the (2)>> US dollar. I am inclined to think that our national economy is too good to be true. Despite rising stock prices and a falling unemployment rate, the United States is on the brink of a catastrophic "financial crisis," according to  Ron Paul. And the culprit could be the dollar."There's a huge bubble with the dollar," Paul said on Tuesday's "Futures Now." The Dollar index, which measures the dollar against a basket of other major currencies, is near 12-year highs as the Fed has retreated from its stimulative programs at just the same time that other central banks have introduced their easing measures. According to Paul, the collapse of the dollar, and by extension, the stock market will likely come when the Fed begins to raise interest rates, something many expect it will do later this year. In his view, the Fed's policies, and not real economic growth, have been the real reasons the dollar and U.S. equities have rallied. And the absence of those policies could lead to disaster. If you want to put all your hopes and dreams in paper money printed out of this air with nothing of value backing it, by all means do so. But the silver and gold will always have value. And those who head Ron Paul's message will have food in their belly when others are walking around with wheel barrels full of worthless green backs trying to buy a loaf of bread. I think I'd prefer to hedge my bets, knowing even if the economy doesn't collapse I'll still have valuable metals: nothing lost! But everything lost if Dr. Paul is right. Things that Americans can't live with out, oil, food, mortgages and yes the US dollar. There's a huge population of people who make 12 to 15$ an hr, that oil prices tremendously effect, these same people are having a hard time paying for grocery, because everything keeps going up in price with no real reasons but bs. So when a person speaks on a baseball card that nobody needs, when the huge portion of the country is struggling. Its hard to take your argument seriously.

The Enigma
Freed from the constraints of running semi-permanently for president, Ron Paul is letting his skirts down by appearing as a speaker at a convention of some of the most fascistic far-right global ideologues in the business. Paul’s media sympathizers stressed the image of a man who, far from being a peddler of racist and conspiratorial drivel, was, at worst, someone whose broad-minded libertarianism led him to be a tad too indiscriminating in his associations. But many of Paul’s supporters, particularly the younger ones, can’t be categorized as traditional right-wing extremists. What draws them to his campaign isn’t his views on welfare-dependency, Israel, or monetary policy, but his reputation as an outsider, a plain speaker, and a scourge of the political establishment.Paul is right that the the U.S.  is overextended abroad, but he can't seem to make the point in a moderate and nuanced way.  He has to say, foolishly and irresponsibly, that Iran is no threat.  And so he comes across as a crazy old man who cannot be trusted with the power of the presidency.  His 19th century isolationism was already outmoded in the 19th century.A more important point, though, that's overlooked in all this is that Ron Paul has made a career out of transmitting extremist beliefs, particularly far-right conspiracy theories about a looming "New World Order," into the mainstream of public discourse by reframing and repackaging them for wider consumption, mostly by studiously avoiding the more noxious and often racist elements of those beliefs. Along the way, he has built a long record of appearing before and lending the credibility of his office to a whole array of truly noxious organizations, and has a loyal following built in no small part on members of those groups.

THE BOOK
PROPHECIES  &   OF SAYINGS.
OR OTHERWISE BY
SEN. RON PAUL .
---------------------------------------------
Just under 10 years ago, Ron Paul took the floor of the US House and laid down a few predictions for the coming decade. Among them, these gems — remember, this was 2002, after the invasion of Afghanistan but before the invasion of Iraq.

1.  “During the next decade, the American people will become poorer and less free while they become more dependent on the government for economic security.” See: A long, steep drop in American’s standard of living“Agitation for more class warfare will succeed in dividing us domestically.” Although Paul has been sympathetic to the Occupy Wall St. protestors, one could argue they are doing this trick in spades.
2. “The United States, with Tony Blair as head cheerleader, will attack Iraq without property authority and a major war, the largest since World War II, will result.”
3.“Erosion of civil liberties here at home will continue as our government continues to respond to political fear… by making generous use of the powers obtained with the Patriot Act.” The National Defense Authorization Act, everybody!
4 .To paraphrase Paul, government will grow to record levels, satisfying both left and right as liberals gain an expansion of the welfare state and conservatives see more security spending.
5. A broad oil boycott hasn’t happened yet - and it’s unclear who is going to be imposing the boycott - but if Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for US sanctions boycotting Iranian oil, oil prices would skyrocket and you could count this one, too.
6.  Paul says some “moderate Arab allies” will be overthrown by “Islamic fundamentalists.” While revolutions have come, they have not come at the hands of Islamic fundamentalists in most cases. Time will tell what governments emerge, but for this he’s perhaps half right.
7. China will “align itself with the Arab nations” through arm sales and political support, Paul argues. Generally the US and China end up on opposite sides of Middle East issues - particularly Libya, for example - but Paul makes this connection seem that it will be much more forward than it currently is.
8.“The Karzai government will fail and the United States will be forced to leave Afghanistan.” While the US is on the way out, you can’t say the Karzai government has actually “failed” - it still stands, though many critics would say it is so riven with corruption as to be largely ineffective.
9.“An international dollar crisis will dramatically boost interest rates in the US. Price inflation with a major economic downturn will decimate US government finances and exploding deficits and uncontrolled spending.” Those higher interest rates may be coming, but for now the US isn’t in a dollar crisis and interest rates are at historic lows. However, deficits have grown.
10.“Gold will be seen as an alternative to paper money as it returns to its historic role as money.” Gold prices have soared but it isn’t anywhere near returning to its “historic role.”
CHAPTER SECOND.Paul said he predicts that in the coming year, there are people “who will rebel against various governments around the world” and to expect more “Inner City Turmoil” and crisis, both civil and economical.
1.The violence in our cities is only in its early stages,” Paul warned, saying there will be “confrontations especially in the large cities.” He also blamed ‘The vicious drug war’ and ‘Our monstrous tax code’ as root causes.
2.  “The high profile episodes of police violence and overreaction are a consequence of conditions that in many ways were generated by government policy. The courts are obviously failing at meting out justice fairly and impartially. Both political parties are financed by Wall Street, the big banks, and the military-industrial complex. Getting rich by being part of the government class is the problem.”
3.“Police brutality and militarization may well induce a violent event far beyond what we have seen in Ferguson,” he warned.
4.
“Military personnel are idolized,” Paul said, “and, if any one raises a question on whether or not all soldiers are universally “heroes,” that person is accused of being unpatriotic, un-American, and unsupportive of the troops. In fact, the real heroes are the ones who expose the truth and refuse to fight foreign wars for the international corporations. Wars overseas justify the wars at home against the American people.
5.
“…A major geopolitical or economic event, greater than the crisis of 2008, is fast approaching. The precipitating event will be a surprise to the majority of politicians and economists. There are many “next shoe to drop” possibilities, and one could happen any time or any place. But if the spirit of liberty is not alive and well in the hearts and minds of the people, violence alone against the government will not be a solution. Before we can actually restore our liberties, we most likely will have to become a lot less free and much poorer. This is sad since correct and workable answers are available to us if only the people understood them and demanded liberty and honesty, rather than being dependent on excessive government power and believing the false promises of politicians. Although “too big to fail” will stay in place, it will further alienate Main Street America causing it to rebel against the system. There will be plenty of people, not officially associated with government, who will rebel against various governments around the world.

CHAPTER THIRD .
The Prophet Ron Paul on Marriage .
1. In 2004, (3)>> Paul said on the House floor, “I oppose federal efforts to redefine marriage as something other than a union between one man and one woman.” In August, Paul repeated, “I think that marriages should be between a single man and a single woman.”
2. In his newest book, Liberty Defined, Paul’s chapter on “Marriage” states, “In a free society…all voluntary and consensual agreements would be recognized.” He adds, “There should essentially be no limits to the voluntary definition of marriage.”“Everyone can have his or her own definition of what marriage means, and if an agreement or contract is reached by the participants, it would qualify as a civil contract if desired…Why not tolerate everyone’s definition as long as neither side uses force to impose its views on the other? Problem solved!”
CHAPTER FOUR. Ron Paul on Chris Kyle: Live by the Sword, Die by the Sword.Chris Kyle's death seems to confirm that
"he who lives by the sword dies by the sword."
FINS
NOTES AND COMMENTS:*** Ron Paul's warning back in 2008 . Sounds familiar?
Look at what’s happening today. The dollar is crashing. [Our debate moderator] suggests that we think of the economy, but not in foreign policy. You can’t do that. They’re one and the same. That’s where all the money’s going. We’re spending nearly a trillion dollars a year overseas maintaining this empire. And then there’s never been a war fought without inflation and destruction and devaluation of a currency. And this is what we’re doing today to ourselves, is we’re literally spending ourselves into oblivion. But nobody here is willing to even suggest that we cut something overseas. But we have to. We don’t need to cut anything here at home. I’d like to see things frozen. I’d like to see massive tax cuts. But we need deregulation. So this is the kind of thing we need. We need the government out of the way, but it should have sound money, low taxes, less regulations, and a sensible policy where we’re not wasting our money overseas. Source: 2008 GOP debate in Boca Raton Florida Jan 24, 2008 (1)>>Warning. The 79-year-old warns of a coming economic Armageddon — one not backed up by mainstream economic projections. According to a recent report from Moody’s Analytics, the U.S. economy is expected to grow 3 percent for the year despite a slowdown due, in part, to an unseasonably bad winter. And the value of the U.S. dollar has increased almost 15 percent from last year. The minute-long spots direct listeners to a website that includes a 54-minute infomercial-style video produced by Stansberry & Associates Investment Research, a conservative investment advice newsletter. “Dr. Ron Paul strongly believes when the next crisis hits, there will be no warning, and the government won’t save you,” a voice-over says. “Go online towww.ronpaulwarning6.com, where you’ll learn simple steps you can take to protect your retirement.” (2)>> US DOLLAR. The United States government is desperately trying to cling to the notion of a unipolar world, with the United States at its center dictating foreign affairs and monetary policy while its client states dutifully carry out instructions. But the world order is not unipolar, and the existence of Russia and China is a stark reminder of that. For decades, the United States has benefited as the creator and defender of the world’s reserve currency, the dollar. This has enabled Americans to live beyond their means as foreign goods are imported to the US while increasingly-worthless dollars are sent abroad. But is it any wonder after 70-plus years of a depreciating dollar that the rest of the world is rebelling against this massive transfer of wealth? (3)>> MARRIAGE . Paul has also taken his libertarian views even further, repeatedly stating that he hopes the state will stop sanctioning marriages altogether.“I think the government should just be out of it. I think it should be done by the church or private contract, and we shouldn’t have this argument,” he said recently.  “Who’s married and who isn’t married. I have my standards but I shouldn’t have to impose my standards on others. Other people have their standards and they have no right to impose their marriage standards on me.”

Donald Trump opens his mouth ......................

Mr. Trump please TRY to run as
a US Senator first!
Every Time Donald Trump opens his mouth , he makes the GOP look foolish ( if not already). On Tuesday, real-estate and reality TV mogul announced he will enter the Republican primary as a contender for the 2016 presidential . (1)>> NOOOO WAY AGAIN! . I can't believe he would run . *** Trump also gives a bad name to wealthy people in this country.Trump brings out two of the Right’s worst tendencies: the inability to distinguish between entertainers and political leaders, and the habit of treating politics as an exercise in emotional vindication. Trump is a distraction in an ever disintegrating GOP. Nothing is easier than to laugh at Trump. But, even though he is showing signs of mental deterioration. Trump is a megalomaniac who is so enamored of his own self-image that he can't see his flaws any more. Just because he has a pile of cash -- nobody believes the (3)>>$9 Billion figure -- doesn't mean he is sane. He's already destroyed any possibility of Hispanic support for the GOP, and that was just in his announcement speech! I can hardly wait to see how much more damage he can inflict on the (2)>> GOP in the next 15 months. Knowing him, it will be substantial. And uproariously funny to watch. The Democratic National Committee was so gleeful about Trump jumping into the race that it issued a statement holding him up a "major candidate" who brings "much-needed seriousness" to the Republican field. The Republican National Committee welcomed him to the race in a tweet.Trump's announcement speech did nothing to assuage concerns about what his presence might mean for some of the party's top contenders, such as former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and Florida Senator Marco Rubio. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush found out about the Trump effect firsthand Wednesday, when he was asked about the brazen reality show star's plan to build a great wall on the border to keep out Mexican "rapists" and criminals. His speech was  All the talking points were present in unvarnished form—Obamacare bad, immigrants bad, other countries bad, economy bad, politicians bad. Finally, he got down to it.Trump joins luminaries like Steve Forbes,  (5)>>Ross Perot, and Herman Cain in the roster of business people who’ve tried to go from the C-Suite to the Oval Office. So, what can he learn from those who came before him?Ross Perot, a tech entrepreneur, ran as an independent in both 1992 and 1996. In 1992, he actually won a remarkable 19 million votes, but didn’t manage to win a single state or electoral vote.Trump should be easy to dismiss. This is at least the third time he has threatened to run for president. In 2000, he was unwilling even to challenge Pat Buchanan for the nomination of Perot's Reform Party.Trump may be a bit loud and to some obnoxious but he speaks the truth about politicians and especially the current administration.  The news gods shined bright Tuesday as Donald Trump delivered one of the more entertaining presidential launches in recent memory, predicting he’d be the greatest jobs president “God ever created,” while also making controversial comment about Mexican immigrants.   If you really think he is President material, now that is the problem with the America of today, people like you would vote for someone like this!!!!!"Our country needs a truly great leader and we need a truly great leader now. We need a leader that wrote the art of the deal." (4)>> The Art of the Deal.) And yes, that means that "Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially running for president of the United States and we are going to make our country great again."

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>Donald Trump last suggested he was going to run for president in 2011 to try to deny Barack Obama a second term.Republicans were excited and polls briefly put him ahead of the pack and leading serious contenders like Mitt Romney. *** Mr Trump certainly enjoys presenting himself to the world as a financial success. But is he actually a billionaire? That's harder to say. He unsuccessfully sued a New York Times writer who suggested his net worth was only around $200 million and a 2005 estimate by Deutsche Bank put him at $788 million.Forbes Magazine's latest estimate is that his net worth is around $4 billion and in 2011 his allies leaked word to Politico that he was in fact worth more than $7 billion. One of the beautiful things about presidential campaigns? Candidates must fill in financial disclosure forms that give a fairly detailed picture of their assets. (2)>> The GOP is full of wannabees and distractions . here is the LIST :1. Mike Hucksterbee, who dismissed any concern about the "Christian" hypocrite Duggars;2. Booby Jindal, who called Republicans "the party of stupid", and then PROVED it;3. Jeb Bush, who wants unwed mothers publicly shamed, but unwed fathers walk;4. Rick Perry, who can't count past two;5. Rick Santorum, a Catholic who "thinks" he can tell the POPE what to do;6. Scott Walker, who "thinks" being tough on unions endears him to the Kochs (it DOES!);7. Carly Fiorina, who "thinks" that because SHE considers herself GREAT, she really is;8.Den Carson, who is a doctor that disdains SCIENCE and FACTS; (3)>>Wealth also generates connections and the desire of people to assist you in generating more wealth (a guaranteed "win win" for the 1% unless you are truly lazy and incompetent).  I advised businessmen in his bracket. Only a few refused to acknowledge that the help they had (both financially from parents/investors and  from those willing to work for/with them) was essential to their success.(4)>> THE ART of DEAL . is a 1987 book by business magnate Donald Trump, that is part memoir and part a business advice book. Mr. TRUMP's is also a man of words , I though much dislike him to a point to like him , if ONLY he would give me tips on how to make myself "rich" in this e-CON-omy . His is Mr. Trump's best quote that underlines the man :
(5)>> Ross Perot. Reacting to Donald Trump’s presidential announcement Tuesday, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh gave the latest 2016 entrant high marks, saying his speech will have the same effect Ross Perot did ahead of his 1992 White House run.

Rachel Dolezal. Do we really Care?

Dolezal's deception was unnoticed for
years . Why everyone is
jumping  the gun?
Its's vary true that our nation suffers from racism, that so much of it has been plaid on the media .We can no longer say we are color blind any more ? . Does it really matter ? The case of  Rachel Dolezal can be a bit perplexing , so you have to look at some of her circumstances . RACHEL DOLEZAL  (1)>>was, until very recently, the president of the Spokane, Washington chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People. She gave up the leadership post a couple days after her parents, who claim European ancestry (with, perhaps, a dash of Native American), outed their daughter as white. Ms Dolezal, who grew up alongside four adopted black siblings, says she connected with the experience of black Americans early on. It's hard to doubt her commitment. In addition to presenting herself as black, she married (and divorced) a black man, attended Howard University, America's most prestigious historically black college, and became president of an NAACP chapter. Though she admits to dabbling in some "creative nonfiction" about her racial background, (2)>> Ms Dolezal continues to insist that she is not white. "I definitely am not white," she told Savannah Guthrie on NBC. "I'm more black than I am white. That's the accurate answer from my truth". After she was accused of pretending to be black, told msnbc’s Melissa Harris-Perry in an exclusive interview that she is black. She also explained what it meant to her to “experience and live blackness.” You may have seen the word (3)>> “transracial” being thrown around and people saying choosing to be black is like Caitlyn Jenner choosing to be female.Coming on the heels of Bruce Jenner's announcement that he identifies as a woman, and will answer henceforth to "Caitlyn", the story of Ms Dolezal and her personal “truth” has been the source of both consternation and confusion. It’s unclear how much of it’s sincere and how much is just straight-up trolling, but MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry entertained the notion on her show today with kind of a huge question.“Is it possible that she might actually be black?” But transracial does not mean what some white Americans like Dolezal apparently wish it to mean. Most Americans of black ancestry, and most everyone left-of-center, did not take kindly to the notion of elective white-to-black racial identification. The central issue that separates Jenner's and Dolezal's choices is deception. Jenner chose carefully how and when she would disclose herself as actually female. Dolezal's involuntary outing was staged by her angry parents who felt left behind as she chose a life associated with being a black person.

Why Dolezal's deception hurt Civil Rights:
The current president of an Arizona chapter of the NAACP is white. In an interview on CNN he pointed out how important having credibility is in a job where the primary duty is to raise money to fund the organization's efforts. Dolezal had to resign as the Spokane chapter president not because she's really white, but because her credibility is now compromised by her exposed history of deceit. In addition to trying to redefine DNA and race as just a "fluid construct", and calling her lies "creative fiction" Dolezal is now misappropriating the term "transracial." The term actually refers to adoptions of a child by a family of different race. Fraud and con artist are terms more accurately describing Dolezal's transformation.Instead of doing interviews with Savannah Guthrie, Matt Lauer and Melissa Harris-Perry, Dolezal needs to be interviewed by Dr. Drew Pinsky about her identity crisis. The city of Spokane launched an investigation Thursday to determine whether Dolezal lied on her application for the citizen police ombudsman commission, KXLY reported.Dolezal did not address the validity of the allegations in her resignation. The ethics allegations against Dolezal, and two other commission members, stem from the findings of two independent lawyers hired by the eastern Washington city to investigate an April 16 whistle-blower complaint by a Spokane employee. The report was published on Wednesday. In addition to the confidentiality issues, the probe found Dolezal engaged in workplace harassment as head of the Office of Police Ombudsman Commission, Stuckart said, without elaborating.

The Rundown . Do we care?, So what.
FINALLY . Do we really need to be a bit judgmental ? I know in my sentences above I was a bit critical . I don't care if Ms. Dolezal wants to identify as belonging to the black community . I really don't even if Bruce Jenner wants to be Caitlyn .  One thing that I do care is when some  thing becomes "exploitative" . In these cases we always will have the media circus . They will bombard us away from what is really important in our society . You just know that conservatives will jump all over Ms. Dolezal and her particular personal situation and try their hardest to expand it.  That this is a case of a woman passing herself off as black presumably in order to partake of the rich bounty of opportunities available to black women but not to white women. OK, MAYBE she lied to advance her self . She got so far , rose to the ranks of the NAACP . Sadly we need to see enough "whites" support the African -American case , its simply , its bringing them out of poverty , PERHAPS we could have a much nobler society .  The history of people breaching social divides and fashioning identities for themselves is as old as America.I think Dolezal is a national hero for breaking the racism combination lock. She has displayed true freedom of human rights. It is the news media that chooses what is right and wrong, and that has been exposed through Dolezal.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>Dolezal, 37, resigned this week as president of the Spokane chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, a leading civil rights organization, amid reports she was falsely claiming to be African-American.Dolezal has told U.S. media she identifies as black, and the controversy has triggered a national debate over the bounds of racial identity and self-identification. (2)>>Ezra Dolezal would love to see his sister, Rachel, take a DNA test to prove whose version of the truth about her racial identity is the right one.But he doesn't think she will. (3)>>“transracial”. Transracial adoptees and their allies are speaking out about Rachel Dolezal' sand other's use of the term "transracial" in conversations wrestling with her identity, arguing that it does not mean choosing to change one's race, rather it means the adoption of a child, usually a child of color, by a family of another race, usually a Caucasian family. Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS), one of the most anti-LGBT lawmakers in Congress, joked on Twitter, “Twisted world: transgender and transracial are ‘in’; and trans fats are out! #jenner #dolezal.” In other words, the nature and language of gender identities does not translate into conversations around race; there is no such thing as “transracial” in terms of a person who identifies as a race other than what was assigned at birth. But “transracial” does mean something else, and the people who identify with that word, adoptees raised in a family of a different race, are speaking out.In the past few days, some conservatives have latched onto Dolezal’s bizarre tale of “transracial” masquerading as a way to discredit Caitlyn Jenner and other transgender people, prompting a flood of response pieces pointing out the scientific spuriousness of the comparison. Two weeks ago, the media was celebrating Caitlyn Jenner’s decision to come out on the cover of Vanity Fair. Now, we’re debating how closely Jenner’s relatively straightforward transgender narrative resembles the story of an Idahoan white woman who has been lying about her race for years while holding a leadership position in the NAACP.Last month the left was slobbering over Bruce Jenner for peddling himself in as a chick in a dress. The new PC line was that if he "identifies" as a girl then everybody has to play along. But now when a white broad "identifies" as being black they throw her under the bus. Her lie is no different than lady Bruce's.
