POST ROE V WADE ?????

POST ROE v WADE has presented a
CONFUSING PARADOX .

I WARNED last year that Roe V Wade was going to be overturned  . BUT the battle is not exactly over. The Court ruled 6–3 that the  (1)>>Constitution does not confer a right to abortion  , overturning both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, and returning "the authority to regulate abortion" to the states. (1.2)>>Justice Alito delivered the majority opinion, joined by Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. Justices Thomas, Kavanaugh, and Chief Justice Roberts each filed concurring opinions, while Justices Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan dissented.  American political/legal system confuses me. My understanding is Roe vs Wade said that states couldn't ban abortions due the the right to privacy part of the 14th amendment.  (1.3)>>And that's it, it was only that which protected reproductive rights. Which in hindsight seems really flimsy. So I'm wondering why a national (is federal the right term here?) law wasn't put into place protecting abortion rights? I sort of understand that for a law to be put in place it needs to pass in the house of representatives, the Senate and by the president so  (2)>>I'm assuming it could only be done when the Democrats controlled all three. So in the past 50 years has there ever been a time when the Dems did have control, and if they did, why didn't they push through a bill on abortion rights? Is it because a bill would be easier for the GOP to repeal if they gained control, rather than having to wait until they had control of the supreme court?

Blame the Democrats for Roe V Wade Overturned .

(3)>>IN MAY the Democrats had a opportunity to codify Roe V Wade  named the Women's Health Protection Act. The vote was 51–49. While it did not pass Republicans as usual , the Democratic majority let it slip out of their hands knowing what the Supreme Court was going to rule.  Obama promised PP he would codify Roe V Wade and make it his legislative priority but never did despite having a supermajority. Obama, a Democrat who served as president from 2009 to 2017, took to Twitter on Friday in response to the Court's decision to overturn  (4)>>1973's Roe v. Wade and 1992's Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which had found a woman's right to abortion was constitutionally protected."Today, the Supreme Court not only reversed nearly 50 years of precedent, it relegated the most intensely personal decision someone can make to  (5)>>the whims of politicians and ideologues—attacking the essential freedoms of millions of Americans," the former president wrote at the beginning of thread about abortion rights.Critics responded to  (5.1)>>Obama's tweets by arguing he had had the ability to codify Roe into federal law during his time as president but failed to do so despite Democrats controlling the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives from 2009 to 2011.  (6)>>The lack of a long-range plan of action has become especially conspicuous after the leak of the draft opinion, which represented the culmination of a nearly 50-year effort by conservatives to reverse Roe and pave the way for state efforts to severely restrict or prohibit abortion. The frustration was captured last week by  (6)>>California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), who responded to the opinion by asking, "Where the hell's my party? … Where's the counteroffensive?"In another internecine squabble, many Democrats responded to the draft opinion by calling on the Senate to again debate eliminating the filibuster — the 60-vote supermajority rule that allows a united minority to block most legislation — even though a January test vote on voting rights legislation showed that there is not enough support for it among Democratic senators. Democrats are failing so spectacularly right now, it's actually unreal. Anyone left-leaning still fighting for these criminals has brain worms at this point. They've had 50 years to do something, anything, and legit wait to pretend to do something until its appalling so they can pretend to be heroes.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Constitution does not confer a right to abortion.  Many Americans, including members of Congress, believe or act as if Roe v. Wade and the U.S. Constitution have equal authority. They are wrong, both as to Roe's place in American constitutional law and as to the duty of citizens and judges to follow it unquestioningly. Few decisions in the history of the Supreme Court have cried out so loudly for reversal, on both moral and legal grounds. And rarely has any decision been so fraught with conspicuous errors of law, fact and reasoning as the majority opinion in Roe.  Edward Lazarus, a former law clerk to Roe's author, Justice Harry Blackmun, who writes:As a matter of constitutional interpretation and judicial method, Roe borders on the indefensible. I say this as someone utterly committed to the right to choose, as someone who believes such a right has grounding elsewhere in the Constitution instead of where Roe placed it, and as someone who loved Roe's author like a grandfather. . . . . What, exactly, is the problem with Roe? The problem, I believe, is that it has little connection to the Constitutional right it purportedly interpreted. A constitutional right to privacy broad enough to include abortion has no meaningful foundation in constitutional text, history, or precedent. ...The proof of Roe's failings comes not from the writings of those unsympathetic to women's rights, but from the decision itself and the friends who have tried to sustain it. Justice Blackmun's opinion provides essentially no reasoning in support of its holding. And in the almost 30 years since Roe's announcement, no one has produced a convincing defense of Roe on its own terms.Roe v. Wade locates a pregnant woman's "constitutional" right of privacy to decide whether or not to abort her child either "in the Fourteenth Amendment's concept of personal liberty ..., as we feel it is, or ... in the Ninth Amendment's reservation of rights to the people." The Court does not even make a pretense of examining the intent of the drafters of the Fourteenth Amendment, to determine if it was meant to protect a privacy interest in abortion. Clearly it was not. The Fourteenth Amendment was not intended to create any new rights, but to secure to all persons, notably including freed slaves and their descendants, the rights and liberties already guaranteed by the Constitution.(1.2)>>Justice Alito delivered the majority opinion. As I understand it Alito´s opinion pays insufficient to zero attention to the Constitittijon as a formulation of principles of social justice, principles to which Abraham Lincolln alludes in his Gettysburg Address. Point in fact Alito's draft SCOTUS ruling, sent the elective abortion issue back to be decided by the people of each state. He said, in his Conclusion section:...The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion..."If you read the current SCOTUS draft opinion, you already know it states that SCOTUS shouldn't have ruled on the matter in 1973, but rather have sent it back to each state to rule on. Assuming the current draft ruling stands, each state will then be able to determine what is best for their own citizens, as should have been the case in 1973.(1.3)>>And that's it, it was only that which protected reproductive rights. Which in hindsight seems really flimsy. imagine… More ways that the Democrats have made available for blacks to practice population control…Planned Parenthood disavows Margaret Sanger, but critics say it’s not enough | Fox NewsAs activists have noted, Black babies have long been disproportionately aborted in comparison to their share of the population. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed this trend last November when it released its most recent report, which covered abortion trends in 2016.Despite their lower population levels, non-Hispanic Black women accounted for the largest percentage of abortions — 38% — while non-Hispanic white women accounted for 35%. And out of 1,000 live Black births, 390 Black children were aborted in 2016, according to the CDC. It’s unclear, however, how many of Planned Parenthood’s 300,000-plus annual abortions are performed on Black or Hispanic patients.   (2)>>I'm assuming it could only be done when the Democrats .  The Democratic Party's BIG BABY was Abortion , for decades the Party did nothing to codify it as a "real law". My assumption is that most of the Democratic Party was did not do this , must be that many of them are Catholics themselves , somehow played a game with the Pro-Choice movement.  The feminist movement and the far-left of the Democratic party also bear some blame for the potential fall of Roe. They turned away many middle-of-the-road voters and “purple” women from their cause by tying abortion rights into all sorts of issues that do not enjoy consensus, like LGBT issues in general and transgender issues in particular , which have nothing to do with Abortion .The other question Democrats will need to confront: What do Americans really want? In a nationwide survey, 56 percent of respondents said they would support restricting abortions after 15 weeks, which the Mississippi law at the center of Dobbs aims to do. Hispanic voters, whom Democrats are already losing, are divided on the issue of abortion and are voting red in significant numbers. Same-sex marriage finally became so widely supported that even Democratic candidates in purple areas could safely jump on the bandwagon. Not so with abortion.(3)>>IN MAY the Democrats had a opportunity to codify Roe V Wade . Senate Democrats have failed in their efforts to codify abortion rights, even after a leaked draft of a Supreme Court decision indicated that a majority of justices were on the verge of overturning Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision that assured a right to abortion. In February, Senate Democrats sought to pass H.R. 3755, the House-passed Women's Health Protection Act, but they fell well short of the required 60 votes to proceed to a final vote. Then, just days after the May 2 leak, Senate Democrats tried again, and failed. While the Supreme Court’s ruling overturning Roe v. Wade would give Democrats a cohesive midterm message after months of uncertainty, it likely will not produce the seismic shift in the political landscape that many party leaders are hoping for.First and foremost, it is difficult to envision a scenario in which abortion supplants inflation as the top midterm issue. More than nine in 10 Americans say they are concerned, at a minimum, about inflation, and nearly one-half say they are “upset,” per a recent Washington Post-ABC News poll.Indeed, economic discontent is widespread, and soaring inflation — which is a very politically powerful issue — is driving deep dissatisfaction with President Biden and the Democratic Party among Republicans and independents, and is even causing some Democrats to grow wary of their own party.Democrats already undermined Roe v Wade by undermining medical privacy with HIPPA and Obamacare... "My body my choice"? Where does one think the line protecting abortion on the basis of medical privacy starts? Medical privacy is the entire basis behind Roe V Wade, no? There's no way Roe survives the legal fights for mandatory vaccination...I love how Democrats have so completely taken down Roe v Wade, and Republicans had nothing to do with it, literally! Most every piece of the downfall of Roe, resulted from a party line vote in Congress, with Republicans voting almost unanimously against them, or a direct action of the Democratic Party, with Republicans in opposition, obliterating the very mechanisms used to justify the Roe decision... (4)>>1973's Roe v. Wade and 1992's Planned Parenthood v. Casey.  In 1973 , many women may not realize that a group of men had "defined a woman's right to chose " .  The IDEA of a Woman's choice was not defined by Women. It was almost a legal illusion for 50 years . Way back in 1973, these men knew the decision was wrong. If some are still alive, they should hang their heads in shame!!  A bunch of white men (plus Thurgood Marshall) dictated what was right for women? The decision ought to be discarded on that basis alone. Not surprised about the men aspect at all. Women have always been the victims of contraception and abortion while men are off the hook.  U.S. Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton opinions, which legalized abortion in every state at any time during a woman’s pregnancy were part of what can be defined as 'patriarchal neo-liberalism ' . The abortion debate in our nation is typically framed as a culture war pitting “liberal Democrats” against “conservative Republicans.” This intensely polarizing issue has affected all three branches of government on federal, state and local levels. In Casey v. Planned Parenthood (1992), the Supreme Court affirmed the basic ruling of Roe v. Wade that the state is prohibited from banning most abortions. Casey also ruled, however, that states may regulate abortions so as to protect the health of the mother and the life of the fetus, and may outlaw abortions of "viable" fetuses [ case in point Texas ruling] . (5)>>the whims of politicians and ideologues. In other words with this decision you will help to esablish a Constitutional interpretation which ignores and virtually denies a constitutional commitment to the protection of vulnerable life. A Constitutional interpretation which sees the Constitution as a commitment to the rights of the Haves, of power-havers, of money havers. This in a country whose systems of power have a deep seated relationship with ill-gotten goods. The ill gotten goods of colonialism, capitalism, slavery, and expansionist ideologies. Such an understanding in no way favors the rights of the unborn. In no way, furthermore, does it favor the rights of woman, of a feminism well-understood. You can say getting rid of Roe is obvviously a desideratum for the Culture of Life. But the people of America have a right to the full story. And not to be led by the nose.(5.1)>>Obama's tweets . Regarding Obama, the constitutional “scholar”, remarks about the SCOTUS ruling..All emotional NO scholarly review of the decision..Like why was the current decision incorrect ? I frankly do not know if the current decision is flawed..but NO one is putting forth any rational rebuttal..The former president also said the decision is unlikely to significantly reduce abortions, which he noted have been going down over the past several decades as a result of better access to contraception and education.   (6)>>The lack of a long-range plan of action . The purposely  no-action of the Democrats killed Roe V Wade , not the Chief Justices themselves . The Democrats are phony .  Remember the Bill that would have codified Abortion , but it would have been abortion on steroids . Known as  Women’s Health Protection Act. The bill would have banned nearly all restrictions on abortion, making it the most permissive abortion bill ever to be considered in Congress.Abortion right up to birth would have been legal . No Republican voted for it, and only one Democrat, Representative Henry Cuellar, of Texas, voted against it.it failed in the Senate, 49-51, short not only of a simple majority but, more important, of the super-majority of sixty votes required to overcome the inevitable filibuster. BUT the Democrats HOLD A MAJORITY , how this happen ??? Unfortunately for Schumer, the Senate vote on the Women’s Health Protection Act serves Republicans in addition to Democrats, because the bill is out of step with public opinion on abortion; the majority of Americans favor keeping abortion legal, but with some restrictions. (6)>>California Gov. Gavin Newsom . Newsom’s “Future of Abortion Council” was formed last to “expand and protect access” to abortion in California.  Language added to AB 2223 last week reveals their intent, Press California reports. It will also make California a sanctuary state for unfettered unborn baby/baby killing. The abortion industry is applauding the move to boost abortions. "Eliminating out-of-pocket cost for abortion for people with private insurance is a major step in California's commitment to being a  Reproductive Freedom state - making abortion services more accessible and affordable for all people in California," Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California President Jodi Hicks said in a statement. "AB 2223 is not only a pro-abortion bill – it removes all civil and criminal penalties for killing babies born alive under any circumstances," said Life Legal Defense Foundation Chief Executive Officer Alexandra Snyder. "The bill expressly authorizes any person to facilitate late-term abortions and infanticide without legal repercussions. Life Legal condemns the use of euphemisms like 'personal reproductive decisions' and 'reproductive justice' to justify and encourage the killing of babies in and outside the womb."  Such is the case in California, where Democratic Gov Gavin Newsom also took swift action  to make his state a “safe haven.”

DRAGGING AMERICA DOWN

Madame President Nancy Pelosi shows
up at RuPaul's Drag Race , convincing
the world that this is what America
is all about .....
We have to look  at this with caution , what am about to say,  some people may not like this . THE TRUTH IS HARD . America is going down in a DRAG , our Washington D.C. Leaders [ Democrats - Rhino Republicans ] are sinking the nation down , the world is watching .
In our ever so decedent society of leering inclusiveness and perverseness  . (1)>>Drag and Drag Queens seem to have made appearances in Public Schools as part of  "reading time"  to children.  Ah you'd say who cares? Most liberal minded  parents would think its cuteness . I think its immoral . The tip of the Ice Berg came when (2)>>House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., claimed that drag queens are “what America is all about” during an appearance on the reality TV show “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.” Plugging the audience for votes for the midterms while getting a bunch of weird pats on the back for her "tireless" hard work against I don't even actually know what (has she put in some kind of effort for the gays that I'm unaware of? I know she hasn't done shit all for poor people). She told them all that "[their] freedom of expression in drag is what America is all about" and then one of the more vapid drag queens said that her slow clap was a "master class" in politics, kind of makes sense given her whole personality is basically a kind of drag.  (3)>>With that , America is in a drag decline , the world knows it . Russia and China know it . But the dumb Democrats see to have put on the pink . In the clip, which aired  on the streaming service Paramount+, Pelosi greeted the contestants as they gathered on stage. She told them that it was her “honor to be here to say to all of you, how proud we all are of you.”“Thank you for the joy and beauty you bring to the world,” she added. “Your freedom of expression, of yourselves in drag, is what America is all about. I say that all the time to my friends in drag.” She may have meant her friends in drag like most of the left congress . What get's me here is our own national strengths should be based on family values , the love of 'freedom ' , liberty of the press . So the new accusation is that Nancy Pelosi is promoting cross dressing as the "new normal" that the American system is all about ? Really ??
Economy: Looks like we're headed for $7/gallon gas Democrats: Let's ensure drags have the right to wear women's clothes, which no one has ever denied. Imagine praying declining morals and then wondering why the country is so crap right now. Sometimes I wish the aliens would come and wipe us off the face of the planet lol.

NOTES AND COMMENTS: (1)>>Drag and Drag Queens. Drag queens are the new black face. They are a mockery and a caricature of women, if one can even define what a woman is. The flag-waving, hotdog eating, country-loving America that I know is NOT all about grown-ass men dressing up like hookers and exaggerating their mannerisms. FOR SERIOUS AND CONTROVERSIAL , this is  serious how far sexual deviation has crept into Public Schools . Not ALL SCHOOL DISTRICTS are doing this . We have recently heard of Satan After School Clubs which are popping up all over the nation replacing Boy- Girl Scouts  , recently the Drag Queen reading hours were making the news . IN  New York state for example NYC is spending over 200,000 $ for drag queens to come to schools and read . Its' not just reading , they are dressing up the boys and girls into little drag queens , in worse case a drag queen who is a biological male would to a striptease show where in front of parents would let their  children  stick dollar bills in the thongs of the almost nude drag queen . Don't you even understand let me be correct that these "old school" drag performers were making fun of the fact that someone would try to be or act like the opposite gender? Don't you understand that the very basis for the humor was the absurdity of a man trying to pretend he's a woman? These drag performers were making fun of men who acted like women, unlike these LGBT drag performers today who actually take themselves seriously and DON'T think it's absurd for a man to think or act like he's a woman. These LGTB drag performers think they are doing something normal and their whole purpose of doing it in front of children is to normalize the behavior?? REALLY INSANE !  (2)>>House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., claimed that drag queens are “what America is all about” . Pelosi is obviously out of touch with reality  , here is the core what she said “My honor to be here, to say to all of you how we proud we are of you,” Pelosi said. “Thank you for the joy and beauty you bring to the world. Your freedom of expression of yourselves in drag is what America is all about.” AM sure that the world thinks like her . Right now we have a crisis of "national identity " , which is crumbling . What is the left’s fascination with men dressing up as women? It is lame as entertainment, confusing to children and reeks of misplaced sexuality. I am mystified by its popularity. It should  really should have notching  to do with politics . But politicians like Pelosi have made it political . Pelosi has a crazy relationship with sensationalism . One of the more notable instances was in April 2020 at the start of the Wuhan virus outbreak here in the U.S. when Pelosi acted stupidly during an appearance on James Corden’s “Late Late Show.” As millions of Americans were sitting at home jobless and broke thanks to all the business closures associated with draconian blue state efforts to combat the coronavirus, Pelosi did an interview from her posh San Francisco home, standing perfectly coiffed and stylishly dressed in front of two large and no doubt very expensive stainless steel refrigerators while gushing to Corden about her freezer full of premium ice cream treats.(3)>>With that,  America is in a drag decline , the world knows it . Russia and China know it . Not sure if drag -queen -cross dressing is a sign of decline in a society.  Religion has been on the decline in the West for many decades, and since the 21st century, this change has been accelerating. A decline in faith ethics is another . Other nations around the world are looking at America right now , they view themselves as "morally superior to the US"  In Russia  Nearly one-in-six Russians see America as a country of "rampant crime and moral decay" while a similar number think Americans lack "human warmth," according to a new poll. Vladimir Putin aired a speech to the Russian nation chiding the United States for its moral decay. He observed an America “blotting out whole pages” of its history, pursuing “reverse discrimination against the majority in the interests of minorities,” and renouncing time-honored values in an effort at “public renewal.”Mass shootings, racial hatred, social injustice, incivility, fraud, These extremes forms of behavior have occurred because of a decline in morality and ethical behavior. Morality is the system through which we determine right and wrong conduct – i.e., the guide to good or right conduct. The left's embrace of the gender identity has put the country in a moral crisis.  Right Now the Democratic party has gone full drag , its vary effeminate in ways, if not hawkish.

Jan 6th Committee Hearings ???

Donald Trump on Trial again! The January 6th Hearings ,
what Democrats don't understand is giving such
hype on Jan 6th , looking to punish Trump. This has made
him even more popular than they ever could
have imagined .

Why the "investigation" .
Here WE GO AGAIN for another DISTRACTION from the real issues hurting America . The January 6th committee is another attempt to have a 3rd impeachment of Donald Trump  for inciting a "insurrection" against the election , the so call blah of " attack on our democracy " hearsay . Bottom line the Jan 6th Committee is purely political .  (1)>>It's to damage Donald Trump so he can't run in 2024 AD . Its smoke and mirrors nothing more . Just Prior , like around October of 2020 both Republicans and Democrats united to "warn Russia against meddling in our election democracy ". Personally Russia never meddled in our election , if you look at the outcome  . Joe Biden was elected with just a margin of votes .  (2)>>More than 40% of Americans still do not believe that Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 presidential election I can only assume people think this because they are out of touch with how democracy works. But we had years of people screaming about Russian hackers too, so really  (3)>>I just think the reactionary voters in America on both sides have polarized and, thanks to the insulating effects of social media, neither side is really exercising much awareness of the popular opinions. Firstly, let’s talk Pennsylvania. Why is it that they were saying that the vote counters were “tired” so they couldn’t work till the next morning, but then a million mail in ballots rolled in and the state flipped. Furthermore, not a single hard left state took nearly as long as Nevada or Georgia, and I’ll tell you why, there was no need for fraud in California.Trump actually gave a speech a few days after the election in which he showed charts of the rates at which Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan counted ballots for each candidate.  (4)>>In each one, Trump went from “winning by a lot, to losing by a little” in the span of a minute. The graphs also showed huge spikes in vote counting which coincided with these flips. And when I say huge spikes, I mean to say that one minute during the small hours of the morning in each of these states (different times in each state though), more ballots were counted than the previous hour. (5)>>During these minutes, the amount of Trump votes remained steady, and the spikes were caused entirely by Biden votes. Furthermore, there’s the Georgia election fraud security tape, and testimonies under oath from poll watchers that mail in ballots which did not have creases (indicating that they were not, in fact, mailed in at all) were counted.
The January 6th Committee Sham  backgrounds.
This Committee is a trial to punish the protesters who crashed the Capital Hill building ."Most tragic days in American history?" What the. What history are you keen on? Do you mean one of the most tragic days in the week of Jan 6th, 2021? Cuz... Sheesh. It might have been a attempt for a second American Revolution .  Now this committee ALSO  is trying pin [prove]  that  (6)>>Trump was trying to steal the election , that he gave the orders for the protesters to attack Capital Hill . . To date, more than 810 have been arrested in nearly every US state and Washington DC. More than 60 so far have been sentenced to incarceration, with US officials vowing that more prosecutions are likely in the future.Investigators are seeking public help in identifying over 350 rioters, including 250 suspected of attacking police officers."I remember when the news about CHAZ first started coming out and I knew it was not going to end well. Violent protesters had all but forced the police to completely abandon entire city blocks of Seattle. The protesters  then occupied the Sixth Precinct police station, setting up their own sovereign territory and blocking police (the enforcement wing of the elected government) from entering. Then all these rosy articles of "Life Without Police" started coming out, talking about what a wonderful protest for change it all was. Then, of course, violence and sexual assault became rampant, all culminating in an event where the protesters' private security force murdered a black teen and hospitalized another.  (7)>>The perpetrators were never caught. But who does the responsibility fall on? Was it the gunmen that pulled the trigger? Was it the protesters that organized the impromptu, untrained security force? Was it the people that forced the police to abandon their enforcement of the area? Was it the media that painted a beautiful picture of the situation, urging support from their more liberal base? From my perspective they all had their hand in it.Then, only a few months later, the January 6 riot happens. Fired up Trump supporters, spurred forward by their rash leader, raid the capitol building. Violent clashes broke out between the (supposedly) pro-cop protesters and the police guarding the building. The protesters, driven by their perceived oppression nurtured by right leaning media, vandalized, looted, and terrorized occupants of the building. Now, special hearings are being held to inquire about what happened that day. Journalists the nation over all calling for justice for the crimes committed, and liberal commenters are shedding tears for the police that died that day. But I don't understand how everyone just forgot about CHOP. Protesters violently drove out the elected government (I understand that the police are not elected, but as they are under direct control of the elected government they are their representatives when it comes to law enforcement) and illegally occupied the area  (8)>>FOR WEEKS. People were murdered, crimes were committed, but no one really cares. It all kind of got swept under the rug as a well-meaning experiment at anarchy. The other side (the CHOP rioters) are painted as beaten down victims, whose only choice was to violently depose the elected government in order to "protect themselves". Their rioting was seen as an understandable, if not justifiable, outlet of frustration with the system. This logic could easily be applied to the capitol rioters, if you had the political leaning for it.And that is my problem. That two groups can commit the same violent acts, and the only difference is how much you agree with their rationalization. Violent action is not a justified way of creating change in the current state of America. Regardless if you're a red blooded conservative who's trying to "prevent the election from being stolen", or a soft hearted liberal who's trying to prevent the government from "murdering people in the streets".

Whose Election was stolen ????
The whole idea that the election was stolen was started way back in (9)>>2017 by Hillary Clinton , after losing to Trump she spread misinformation which has become the staple of the Democrats for 4 years to ruin Trump . What Hillary Started was just like what Trump is being accused of doing . To start with Hillary Clinton having dismissed President Trump as an “illegitimate president” and suggested that “he knows” that he stole the 2016 presidential election . This whole mess with Trump was created as I have written before to entangle Trump from doing a Reset with Russia. Pelosi and her Democrat caucus have been trying to overturn the 2016 election from the get-go. These are the same people who will look at you with a straight face and say the 2020 election was the most secure ever. (10)>>Despite Twitter banning stories about Joe's corruption, Mark Zuckerberg spending 300 million to sway the election, constant propaganda from the news media, and massive mail in ballots.Their brains are broken. Something did happen . Am sure that Trump "knew" that there may well have been some kind of a Real Conspiracy against him to fail him from receiving a second term. Now the Media Like CNN has a barrage of half truths that Trump did not believe he lost . TRUE that Trump did not contest that he lost , he should have fought it legally .  Looking how similarly it  was an amazing compilation of Democrats talking about how easy election hacking and interference was after the 2016 election. For me the Capital riots were fueled by the so call "racial justice " unrest following the George Floyd killing . Last year the nation exploded in violence , riots , and looting . Honestly looking at the " insurrection" from a Independent eye the storming of the  (11)>>Capital Hill was long in coming , we have American people who are just fed up with their government . It's not just the far right , the far left following the Floyd incident. The lock downs  crashed the economy nation wide forcing people to take to the streets setting major cities on fire  masked as "justice for Floyd" but in reality the Covid lock downs put people on the edge of their sanity .
The Jan 6th Hearings are a waste of time & going nowhere !
The Jan 6th Capital "insurrection " should be justified  Not to mention that many a Presidential elections have been contested or disputed so it isn’t a new phenomena or any more dangerous for democracy. Remember Al Gore and George D Bush ? Trump's problem has always been that he could not keep his mouth shut . He went off talking about voter fraud way before the election in one of his Rallies.  Republicans in Congress are banking that the riot will be a low priority for voters and expect to shellac Democrats in the midterms are in trouble  because of Biden's poor polling. Pudits predict voters will care more about record-high inflation and high gas prices. The Democrats wanted the final nail in the coffin , after 4 years of impeachment attempts , investigations , the November 3rd  election as a “easy” fix to get rid of Trump by pushing criminal charges against him. The Truth is that the January 6th Hearings have made Donald J Trump even more popular .

NOTES AND COMMENTS: (1)>>It's to damage Donald Trump so he can't run in 2024 AD . This has to be the THIRD ATTEMPT to impeach Donald J Trump , the committee is looking for a criminal indictment of Trump, perhaps prevent him from Running  in 2024 . The Democrats aka Pelosi axis is running scared . They want Having Trump locked away is as close to not shooting him . So they'll do anything ! Donald Trump lashed out at the “pitiful” 6 January Capitol riot investigation , after the congressional committee held a day of scathing testimony accusing the former president of lying to supporters and losing touch with reality as he tried to overturn the 2020 election.Biden’s serial catastrophes are creating the perfect conditions for a Trump comeback. People forget that Congress takes a long time to do anything and that investigations, especially for such a momentous and unprecedented crime like 1/6, need to be very thorough and completely airtight. I know that a lot of people are kind of sick of "Republican lawmaker maybe implicated in 1/6 attack" headlines but if there's a single hair out of place then the entire thing will be dismantled as a partisan anti-Trump deep state groomer witch hunt... at least more than it inevitably will be. BUT many Republicans who will bid  for the 2024 presidential nomination shouldn't count on this month's January 6 hearings to give them the edge against former President Donald Trump.  The nation is on a brink to political chaos next year , till 2024 . Trump will be still too popular to get rid of.(2)>>More than 40% of Americans still do not believe that Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 presidential election.   Two years ago I wrote this about Joe Biden 👉 https://rb.gy/kmhofq ðŸ‘ˆ I KINDA SENSED something WAS GOING TO BE OFF THE ROCKERS HERE . More than 40% of Americans still do not believe that Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 presidential election despite no evidence of widespread voter fraud, according to a new Axios-Momentive pollFor respondents who still question the legitimacy, the top reason cited was voter fraud, specifically fraudulent ballots favoring Biden that were “counted by election officials in certain states.” There was no evidence of rampant voter fraud in 2020, an assessment backed up by former President Donald Trump’s Justice Department.  (3)>>I just think the reactionary voters in America on both sides. These people don't care about ratings. It's about where they intend to go with these hearings, and Mark Levin called it at the end of his second hour tonight, but I was already a step ahead of him, thinking the same thing. I think people really don't care about the hearings and are more concerned with the economy right now.(4)>>In each one, Trump went from “winning by a lot, to losing by a little” in the span of a minute.    BY contrast the 2020 election HAD TO  BE rigged against Trump . I believe it . Trump was hated from the first day he walked into the White House by the Democrats . PROVING is as difficult as saying that Hillary won in 2016 . Remember that Hillary "claimed " that Trump stole the election from her , SHE told her followers to resist . Can anyone remember the nationwide protests by pro Hillary supporters after Trump won ? The film / documentary 2000 MULES if by examples .You want proof of voter fraud? Showed a  guy dropped ballots in the box and then took a picture of the ballot box! This is not normal. People don't take pictures of places and put it on social media. No, this is what you had to do in order to get paid by Soros. He's a real ball-buster, you know. There were a lot of ballots that were not counted after the election was called for Biden . THIS was exposed when Trump called the election being rigged, wanted a recount of certain state ballots . Some proof may be the media was biased , so CNN coverage of the election day had certain States which were Red and overwhelming voted for Trump were then flipped for Biden over two blue counties as per example the State of Georgia . THERE are some REAL SERIOUS  problems with our election system , this  was exposed by Donald J Trump.  This HEARING about Jan 6th is not about fixing our fraudulent election system . It's more about punishing Donald Trump . Except the volume of these people burying their heads in the sand is ensuring no one will be held accountable and will likely happen again in 2024 unless something changes. (5)>>During these minutes, the amount of Trump votes remained steady, and the spikes were caused entirely by Biden votes.  Gerrymandering was probably at work during the 2020 election. And perhaps some "glitches" in the voting machines , which could be easily hacked . OR if some invasive type software was already in the system could explain some of the vote flipping .  80 percent of the 2016 votes will be cast on electronic voting machines, and we have no way of verifying their accuracy. And 👉👉 here is video ðŸ‘ˆðŸ‘ˆof a computer programmer testifying that he was hired to rig the vote count in an election in Florida. As this man asserts, there are two ways to avoid this type of voter fraud: have a paper trail and access to the source code. Both are denied to the American public.  If you believe that the ruling class would leave it up to the voters to determine who gets elected, you should really think again. Every single candidate who truly challenges the status quo becomes a target. BIDEN SEEMED TO HAVE won by 80 million votes , but the political map that election night showed the U.S. nearly RED  with Trump winning .    (6)>> Trump was trying to steal the election .The ACCUSATION is that . Or was the election stolen from Trump instead??? There are a lot of questions on what exactly happened . It's just as confusing as it was way back in 2016 when EVERYONE thought Hillary was going to win ???They intend to use the looming threat of charging President Trump unless he agrees not to run again. That's what this is really about --making sure he doesn't go beyond his one four-year term. Now, it will be a problem for him because if they bring him before a DC jury the belief [understandably] is he'll be convicted simply because the jury will be made up of all Democrats who can't stand him, even with a pathetically weak nothing of a case.(7)>>The perpetrators were never caught.  Unlike the Jan 6th Protesters , the 2020 BLM "rioters " were never caught as far as looting and burning and even killing . To be clear, I do think it is true that a lot of people view rioting and destructive behavior as understandable and predictable outcomes of a system that consistently fails to produce any meaningful reform or positive change on many issues. But that's not the same thing as thinking that such acts are justified or good. So what about the Jan 6th protesters  they are called insurrectionists ??? As MLK said, "riots are the language of the unheard". Not an endorsement of rioting, but an explanation that if changes are not made, riots are going to keep happening. You can falsely imprison hundreds and nothing happens. But riot and business will be calling up their Congress the next day.(8)>>FOR WEEKS. People were murdered, crimes were committed, but no one really cares.  America was burning for weeks , crime exploded . National Guard troops were deployed in 15 states and Washington, D.C. in an attempt to quell  violence which was no avail .Authorities imposed curfews on dozens of cities across the United States, the most since the aftermath of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr in 1968 -- also during an election campaign and in the upheaval of anti-war demonstrations. In Washington, D.C., protesters set fires near the White House , again the connection to the Jan 6th Capital riot ? So far, the year 2020 has seen riots in Atlanta, Saint Louis, Seattle, New York City, Minneapolis, Chicago, Oakland, Denver, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Trenton, Atlantic City, Boston, Louisville, Bakersfield, Columbus, Dallas, Des Moines, Detroit, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Phoenix, San Jose, and I’m sure I’ve missed lesser-covered violence. Residents of Portland have endured “87 straight nights of protest on the streets of Portland, 23 more arrested Sunday night, nearly 20 riots declared over the past 3 months.”These are separate from mere protests; these are riots — looting, arson, and violence.(9)>>2017 by Hillary Clinton.   BELIEVE IT OR NOT , here we go ! Hillary Clinton said  she would not rule out questioning the legitimacy of the 2016 election if new information surfaces that the Russians interfered even more deeply than currently known. Remember that one ! Not only did she start the Russia-gate hoax. But she balking at " Americans need to "make sure that the election is not interfered with in that 'sweeping and systemic' way that Mueller found it was in the prior election" and how to "protect our candidates from that." Hillary Clinton said she has been telling candidates seeking the 2020 Democratic nomination that even if they run a perfect campaign, the election could be "stolen" from them, implying that was what befell her in 2016.  She questioned the 2016 election the same way that Trump questioned the 2020 election . That's the interesting part , second she may have been leading a secret coup against Trump in the four years of his term which may have been responsible for Trump being impeached , losing to Joe Biden .(10)>>Despite Twitter banning stories about Joe's corruption, Mark Zuckerberg spending 300 million to sway the election.  Facebook and Twitter took steps on to limit the spread of a controversial New York Post article critical of Joe Biden, sparking outrage among conservatives and stoking debate over how social media platforms should tackle misinformation ahead of the US election.  Users attempting to share the story were shown a notice saying: “We can’t complete this request because this link has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially harmful.” Users clicking or retweeting a link already posted to Twitter are shown a warning the “link may be unsafe”. During the 2020 election, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent hundreds of millions of dollars to turn out likely Democratic voters. But this wasn’t traditional political spending. He funded a targeted, private takeover of government election operations by nominally nonpartisan — but demonstrably ideological — nonprofit organizations. Basically most of the election "interference" was a inside job by BIG TECH not the Russians as Hillary wanted everyone to believe . The 2020 election was  stolen — it was likely first  bought by one of the world’s wealthiest and most powerful men pouring his money through legal loopholes. Then the rest was not counting ballots and manipulating voting machines remotely . Again read note #7 regarding Hillary (11)>>Capital Hill was long in coming . The storming of Capital Hill was long over due . It reflects if you sum up the year 2020 , a lot of people were not happy with the U.S. government in the first place . To be clear, in no way do I dispute that on a large and unruly mob of Trump supporters occupied the capitol for a couple hours, and some of them stole shit, broke windows, and generally made a mess. Nor do I dispute that you shouldn't do that. But the media and political narrative that the capitol was "stormed" or "breached", or otherwise overwhelmed and taken by force is starting to look more and more untrue by the day.A large amount of video evidence has surfaced over the last few days of capitol protesters being assisted by law enforcement and following their directions. That narrative is ENTIRELY dependent on the idea that the capitol was forcibly seized and held by an angry mob of rioters. It's looking less and less like that was true. Meanwhile, the narrative of domestic terror and violent coup is being used to justify mass purges of political dissidents conducted by big tech...funny thing...of all the political dissidents they'd been wanting to purge all along.
