California Burning .

California is burning with a combination
of Climate , Arson and the
first culprit Controlled Burning .
& Perhaps
something a little more
sinister .
California is burning up . AND its not the work of Nature alone. IF you combine our State Government yearly policies of Controlled Burning every year , expect fires to burn all year round . Every year we are seeing more and more fires that are getting larger and larger, devastating communities. California is also burning money estimated close to a 1 trillion dollars  . While it has not enough resources to contain the fires , or rebuilding the homes of those devastated by the fires. (1)>>Though seasonal wildfires are a natural occurrence in the Golden State, humans are making them worse and more dangerous every step of the way.And California’s fires are just the latest unfolding tragedy in what has already been an epic fire season across the United States as a whole, with more than 9.2 million acres burned and smoke choking many parts of the West. All this smoke in the air is resealing more C02 in the atmosphere . (2)>>There seems to be an escalation in fires burning out of control in the state , most of the western part of the United States .As we know, for the past few months wildfires have been burning throughout California destroying wildlife, homes and mountainsides. Some “Scientists” believe this is caused by “climate change”. But few actually are aware of the truth; these fires  are being set on purpose. You can't just blame the climate. The truth is there has to be wide spread "organized" arson going on . Besides the occasional faulty utility company like  PG&E fire last year Cal Fire officials said they found no evidence the utility violated state laws in the largest of the four fires investigated —
Here is a picture of a Fire Tornado .
Its really bizarre .
the La Porte fire, which burned more than 8,400 acres last fall. In the La Porte fire, officials said a tree branch fell on PG&E power lines, initially igniting the blaze, but did not assign responsibility to the utility. The fires are widely spread around California— from Fallbrook to San Diego— and the aftermath of these disasters are leaving people confused. This evidence points to these fires starting sporadically and randomly. How do fires just hop over miles of California wilderness?  There is another sad problem , while I agree that our Firefighters risk their lives , they are not equiped to handle fires like this , after watching several videos of the Firefighters setting fire to other dry brush on order to "contain"[ called  Controlled Burning]  the fire at air temperatures of 110 F . This for me was the real problem why the fire was spreading , our  Firefighters were helping the fire expand into areas that the fire would not have reached had not our responders were setting fire to other dry brush several miles from the actual fire ! Its Really the worst thing a Firefighter can do. With 80 percent of U.S. forests and rangelands moderately or severely degraded, and with climate change making the situation worse, something needs to be done.In places where it’s not safe to let naturally ignited wildfires burn, that “something” is often called  controlled burning. One hundred years of fire suppression is partly to blame.
California Fires are "stranger than fiction",  but are too real...
"MANY MANY people saw electrical flashes that made no thunder in the perfectly clear blue sky, and worse, some people even saw small blue sparks everywhere in the air around them."

UFOs , Laser weapons are a new theory
behind the fires . The UFOs are
our Lockheed Martin Drones.

There has been some odd ball explanations of how some of the fires are set If this was an actual fire started by natural causes the damage done to houses would have been a lot less destructive. Most of the evidence seemed very suspicious , can't be  it was not natural causes. Usually, when you look back at homes and buildings that have been through a fire, there is still some of the structure still standing. However, when homeowners came back to their houses, they were burnt to the ground, nothing was standing, just big piles of ash. Even cars were so burnt that glass and the metal of the cars were melted. To reduce everything into a pile of ashes the fires  had to be burning over 2000 degrees. First to clear something up – the manner in which the cars burned was normal. But there are some instances with what went on , it maybe just something else . We all heard of "spontaneous combustion" . Its vary easy too for a dry field of grass during a hot spell to self ignite .  Cars left on parking lots for instance have tanks full of fuel that will ignite , explode like a domino effect .For a number of years their has been (3)>>a conspiracy theory that Laser weapons are involved , “Even the head of Cal Fire for the state said on CNN he had no idea what started the over 60 strikes that came out of nowhere in the middle of the night without warning. Sudden, unexplainable winds kicked up to 60-70mphblue flashes and sparks were seen above by many, including me. Cars were torched, yet trees untouched. the car tire rubber and glass were nowhere to be found and homes were reduced to unrecognizable rubble. Glass and rubber take thousands of degrees to melt which means these fires generated there own direct heat, like a directed energy butane torch, except they are using directed energy LASER technology to pulse the plasma clouds, stir the wind for energy and release up to a trillion watts of laser power at any one source. As crazy as this theory is a lot of people like myself believe that its a little more than the warm weather . If you believe the conventional theory that it is  too early to know if climate change is directly responsible for all of these conditions in California over the past several years. But studies, including one led by Dr. Williams, have shown that human-induced global warming contributed to the drought that gripped the state beginning in 2012.

Who helps those devastated by the fires?
The devastating fires  leaves homeowners  in an uneasy position: deal with controlled burns or move. As anxious as it makes residents, forestry say the burns may be the only way to avoid a worse catastrophe. So far the weakest problem with our own Government is that it can't help the people . Even worse the Insurance Companies are playing games.  Lots of money is on the line, tens of thousands of dollars for most families.  Some say six figures are in limbo, at the mercy of their memories and a line-by-line inventory.Right after the fires, California insurance regulators did ask insurance companies to settle claims without an inventory. But the state didn't limit them to paying 75 percent. In fact, in a December notice, some companies for paying up to 100 percent. He asked all companies to do the same, but he couldn't demand it. Insurance  does not have the legal authority to require 100 percent payouts after a disaster.California already had a housing crisis long before the fires started. With strict environmental rules and local politics that can discourage new housing development, the state’s pace of new construction has fallen far short of the state’s population growth. Sill there even not enough money to cover insurance claims  Right now the state of California faces a budgetary uncertainty with a 12 billion dollar price tag [ see http://www.insurance.ca.gov/0400-news/0100-press-releases/2018/release013-18.cfm ].
additional Notice:
We really should think about the people who lost their homes , put ourselves in their place ,  and while what I write on this post please some of it is just speculation on how these fires may have been caused . Conspiracy or not I am not trying to scare anyone , but I want to get people to think about why they happened . While climate change is a word I would like to use more , rather not its cousin "global warming" . The devastating fires do contribute to air pollution , unhealthy air , which does in fact contribute to health issues .

NOTES AND COMMENTS:

(1)>>Though seasonal wildfires are a natural occurrence in the Golden State. I believe all the fires are suspiciously set . A lot of it has to be arson , we can't also not put out the assumption that the State Government is involved in some of these fires . Here is a bit of past for example Remember Terry Barton? She set the largest wildfire in Colorado State history a few years ago. First, she said it was a campfire, that she didn't get out completely. Then, when questioned, she said, she accidentally set them "burning letters" from her ex. And this is what most people know to this day. But, what most people don't know is, Terry Barton was still lying. Come to find out, she set these on purpose. No reason is ever given. One lady died in this fire. Terry Barton received a 12 yr sentence, with no restitution ordered. However, the case was recently appealed, and dropped, because "the original judge was biased".During the same time that Terry Barton was setting these fires, Arizona's largest wildfire in history, which burned 400,000 acres, and 400 homes, was also deliberately set by anotherFederally paid firefighter!!!(2)>>There seems to be an escalation in fires burning out of control in the state , most of the western part of the United States .California has seen almost double the average number of fires so far this year, with 1,351 fires documented in California as of May 10, compared with an average of 711 for that time period, The Weather Channel reported. About 77 percent of the state is classified as in extreme drought . As predicted, 2017 was one of the most destructive dry seasons in California’s history. Statewide, wildfires across resulted in more than $10 billion in damage and 44 dead, and countless stories of survival. (3)>>a conspiracy theory that Laser weapons are involved .There’s something unusual about the wildfires in Southern California in the last three months of 2017. The unprecedented scale of the devastation, together with certain anomalies observed during the fires and unexplained damage patterns, have prompted the widespread proliferation of conspiracy theories about the cause.Watch the video for full details of the unexplained anomalies and what conclusion we can draw from them.[ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhHOMU-IhHA   ]Who would test out such a weapon on American neighbourhoods? That’s much harder to elucidate and we can only speculate. New weapon platforms do need to be tested, and some have pointed the finger of suspicion at the US military. Despite interesting theories about the domestic agenda it might serve, it seems unlikely. Russia, China, are also natural suspects . The use of Drones for starting these fires is more plausible than an energy weapon . I found this video that raises another troubling aspect of mini-drones are weapons [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78jCq-PY2oQ]

Obama : The Come Back Kid.

Barack Obama may be the only
logical choice in reshaping
the fledging Democratic
party .
In Politics there are always "rumors" . While the biggest one I heard is that Obama (1)>>"might be looking into 2020" However. One cannot say that Obama is thinking of a third term. In fact, it is doubtful that even he himself could say at this point if he wants it. But if he were thinking about it, he would be acting as he is, and as Roosevelt did: Deny any such intention, but at the same time ensure that no strong Democratic candidate emerges, and keep the personal political machine intact.  Obama has been quietly re-entering Democratic politics, asserting his role as presidential kingmaker ahead of the 2020 election. While Obama has steered clear of the upcoming midterms, Politico reports that he has met with at least nine possible Democratic presidential candidates in recent months, including the nominal democratic-socialist Bernie Sanders, former Massachusetts governor and close friend Deval Patrick, and financial-reform crusader Elizabeth Warren, among others.  For the (2)>>Democratic Party as a whole , while the midterms look a "bit" rosy , not as bright as I thought . The Democrats are in fact in  trouble , their list of potential front runners even for 2020 are a bunch of nobodies except for  Sanders . With a political party , its a game . You need to have someone that is widely known. If the Democrats would pull a Republican curb ball by throwing in a mega superstar into the race it would not surprise me . The biggest question I have is,  can another woman run again on the Democratic ticket ? Mrs. Clinton has exhausted any chance for 2020 return . So where is the New Democratic generation?  The Constitution limits the Presidency to two consecutive four-year terms of office.  Then again.............
Obama could come back .
In January, before he had officially entered office, Trump confirmed he would run again in the 2020 presidential election. The US President said he had decided ‘Keep America Great’ would be his 2020 reelection campaign slogan and on January 20, 2017, he filed a form with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) declaring his candidacy for the 2020 Presidential election. For the next two years the Democrats have to get themselves back on track . The Republican party controls Congress , the Supreme Court as well .  Trump is setting up a lot of Damage for the Democrats before November . The Democrats have a lot of work to do , their not so Progressive enough right now . This issue here for example is immigration , the separation of children from parents of illegals an issue that Democrats felt so strongly about now seem to have their hands tied up . They can't do anything about anything . So could Mr. Obama motivate the party back from that slumber ? Way back in 2016 (3)>>majority of Democrats would have canceled the 2016 presidential election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump if it meant President Obama could serve another term, a new poll found.Data provided to The Hill by the conservative polling outlet WPA Research found that 67 percent of Democrats would take a third term for Obama over a potential Clinton administration. Only 28 percent said they’re ready to move on from the Obama White House, while 6 percent are undecided. So what can Mr. Obama besides just giving speeches ? For generations, Americans and politicians veered away from the concept of a third-term President. Washington had set an unofficial precedent in 1796 when he decided several months before the election not to seek a third term. What I know is that Obama has consulted with a range of people, from current and former advisers to historians, about how he should conduct himself in his post-presidency, doing much of his thinking during long days on the golf course throughout his Hawaiian vacation. Obama will have to remain more immersed in politics than he’d planned, it remains a mystery what that role will now look like. Certainly he’ll be asked to help rebuild the Democratic Party. For the Democrats , Obama is a strong voice of opposition . For the next decade , perhaps past 2020 AD he might just become revolutionary .
NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>"might be looking into 2020" .  He has served two full terms. Once you have done that, you can never be President again, no matter how many years pass since you have left office. It also does not matter whether your two terms are consecutive or not. Theoretically, a president could serve one four year term, step down, and then come back and win a second four year term 20 years later, and at the end of that second term, would be ineligible to run again. All that matters is the total number of years you have been president, not when those years occurred.  Unless we have some government catastrophe However. (2)>>Democratic Party as a whole , while the midterms look a "bit" rosy . Progressive candidates would be winning at a historic clip in Democratic House primaries so far in the 2018 midterm elections, according to new research released,  1,600 House and Senate candidates across nearly 600 Democratic primary elections. They found that this year an unprecedented number of self-identified progressive candidates are running for office: 280 nonincumbents in House primaries in the 31 states that have held primaries so far, up from a mere 60 in 2014.They are winning more than ever too: 81 progressives have either won those Democratic House primaries or advanced to a runoff so far in 2018, versus just 24 six years ago and 31 in 2016. But as a whole party the Democrats still face a battle. (3)>>majority of Democrats would have canceled the 2016 presidential election . Yes they are still trying , like me they have not accepted the fact that Hillary lost. The Mueller investigation pretty much as I see it is not a legit "investigation" , its more political mudslinging and dirt digging on Trump , basically trying to de-legitimatize the fact they he won . Its 2018 , the majority of the Democrats just can't get out of the same trap that trapped the Republican party which was the idea that Obama was born in another country . If you remember its on the similar lines of the "birther movement" which tried to make Obama not a legitimate American in order for him  NOT to be President of the United States .  For Trump this is the conspiracy that it was the Russians who meddled , helped him win . Its the same metaphoric insanity .

Trump - Putin summit. Opinion(s).

Trump's Summit with Putin
is embarrassingly important
to American interests regardless
Russian meddling Hype.
Its no coincidence that (1)>>Helsinki was chosen for the Trump - Putin summit . Right now tensions between Russia and America have returned back to the "cold war" .  The Helsinki move may have reflected where almost 50 years ago the Helsinki Accord was signed . In reality seeing how relations deteriorated between the two nations , how it came about , comes down to these things . So why was the relationship in decline, anyway? A big report (pdf)  from the Congressional Research Service does a nice job detailing the tempestuous back-and-forth between the (1.2)>>United States and Russia since 2009. Here are some of the big milestones — and points of contention — in the relationship.     There is no endemic reason for Russian-U.S. relations to be as tense as they have become over the past several years. Th is situation is largely due, on one side, to mishandling of Russian affairs by both the Clinton,  Bush and Obama administrations, and on the other by the obvious manipulation of anti-Americanism for domestic gain by the Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev administrations in Russia. Unfortunately, this means that only unilateral U.S. action can undermine the cynical policies of the Russian leadership and restore dynamism to the Russian-U.S. relationship. While I can write that of a hopeful reset with Russia , even with all the Russo-phobia here in America. (2)>>STILL what Trump said in front of Putin is absolutely  embarrassing .  I would like to say is that the President should have kept his mouth shut . He should have spoken more about the summit with Putin , rather than answering to the wolverines of the press  regarding meddling .  Trump's "honest gullibility" with the press is hurting him more than ever .  Trump made many mistakes later by flip flopping on the "intelligence" report  about alleged Russian meddling. So this whole summit was a shock to many. Trump's "praise" for Putin , while that in the slightest rings of controversy    , (3)>>so the cry of Treason began ring .
STRONG AND POWERFUL.
U.S. President Donald Trump said he had addressed Russia's interference in the U.S. 2016 election during his talks with Vladimir Putin and that the Russian leader was "extremely strong" in his denials."I have president Putin, he just said it's not Russia. I will say this. I don't see any reason why it would be," President Trump said, standing at podium side-by-side with the Russian president during a joint press conference Putin in Helsinki, Finland, ABC News reports. He continued: “So I have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today.” The "Strong and Powerful" words sounds to me like a hidden Message of some kind . Plus Trump's nervousness is evident ,  lack of preparation is part of what worries administration officials who say the president rarely reads his briefing book that details the issues that may come up in meetings with world leaders. I think Donald Trump is good for gaffs , but while he claims the meeting with Putin was great , there was a lack of professionalism that Trump has a problem with . Strangely enough Vladimir Putin seemed to give a long handshake to Trump.   There was some hope that Trump would recede a bit into the background and that he would empower his staff — particularly [Mike] Pompeo, [John] Bolton, and [James] Mattis — to roll up their sleeves and see if they could accomplish something diplomatically with the Russians.Trump's comments, at a joint news conference after summit talks with Putin, drew heavy criticism back in the U.S., including from prominent Republicans. Sen. John McCain was most outspoken, declaring that Trump made a "conscious choice to defend a tyrant" and achieved "one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president in memory." Sen. Bob Corker of Tennessee said Trump made the U.S. "look like a pushover." Trump said he and Putin "spent a great deal of time" discussing allegations of Russian election meddling as they met for several hours Monday. But Trump declined the opportunity to denounce Putin for the interference efforts, which U.S. intelligence agencies insist did occur, including hacking of Democratic emails, the subject of last week's indictment of 12 Russians.
Media Going Crazy .
The reaction in the United States was immediate and visceral among fellow Republicans and usual Trump critics. On a day when he faced pressure from critics, allied countries and even his own staff to take a tough line, Trump said not a single critical word about Moscow on any of the issues that have brought relations between the two powers to the lowest ebb since the Cold War. The Media barrage freaked out calling treason. While the media may be going crazy over this , (4)>>this summit is vary important , it HAS TO HAPPEN REGARDLESS WHO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS !& IT MATTERS . It seems obvious that our Congress can't get grip on reality of why we should talk to  Russia , yet our government is going crazy with more useless  Sanctions, sanctions, sanctions,” Sen. Jon Tester of Montana, among a handful of red-state Democrats for whom criticizing Trump is potentially risky business, said when asked what lawmakers should do after the president’s Putin summit stumble. He described as “damaging” Trump’s dismissing of U.S. intelligence agencies on foreign soil while standing beside a man members of both parties and intel officials consider Russia  U.S. adversary. While the media freak out is going on the point of this summit is being dragged down political lines harking back to the McCarthy era dark side.

NOTES AND COMMENTS :
(1)>>Helsinki.The Helsinki Accords were primarily an effort to reduce tension between the Soviet and Western blocs by securing their common acceptance of the post-World War II status quo in Europe. The accords were signed by all the countries of Europe (except Albania, which became a signatory in September 1991) and by the United States and Canada. The agreement recognized the inviolability of the post-World War II frontiers in Europe and pledged the 35 signatory nations to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms and to cooperate in economic, scientific, humanitarian, and other areas. There are echoes of the past in the choice of venue for the Trump-Putin meeting. Finland’s capital has played a historic role in relations between the United States and Russia (or the ex-Soviet Union). In 1975 it staged a summit between US President Gerald Ford and Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev, with many other countries also present. The resulting Helsinki Accords came to represent “détente” between communist East and capitalist West at the height of the Cold War.Fast-forward 15 years, and with the Iron Curtain now dismantled, George H.W. Bush met Mikhail Gorbachev in Helsinki in 1990 — shortly before the collapse of the Soviet Union. Then, in the new so-called “end of history” era, the city also staged a meeting between Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin in 1997.In one sense, Helsinki represents neutral territory for the Putin-Trump meeting as Finland is not part of NATO. The choice of venue is also practical: Donald Trump will already be in Europe following the NATO summit and a visit to Britain, while Vladimir Putin will be in Moscow the previous day for the football World Cup final.(1.2)>>United States and Russia since 2009In Obama’s first summit with Putin in July 2009, Obama sat meekly as Putin delivered an hour-long lecture about how US-Russian relations had gone down the drain. As Daniel Greenfield noted at Frontpage magazine , in succeeding years, Obama capitulated to Putin on anti-missile defense systems in Poland and the Czech Republic, on Ukraine, Georgia and Crimea. Obama gave Putin free rein in Syria and supported Russia’s alliance with Iran on its nuclear program and its efforts to save the Assad regime. He permitted Russian entities linked to the Kremlin to purchase a quarter of American uranium. And of course, Obama made no effort to end Russian expansion , or the accusation of 2016 meddling .    (2)>>STILL what Trump said in front of Putin is absolutely  embarrassing . Donald Trump like I said he is own self incrimination,   its getting unreal . Trump presidency came to a head with the Washington Post revelation that his couldn’t keep his mouth shut in front of two top Russian officials. He actually bragged to these guys, telling them “I get great intel. I have people brief me on great intel every day.”What I don't understand is how he's playing into the media's hands , while being asked a questions from a press reporter right in front of Putin . Sometimes keeping your mouth shut is golden . Next flip flopping that "maybe Russia did" , Cause and effect. Action, reaction. Trump just couldn't keep his mouth shut -- he just couldn't keep his stubby little thumbs away from Twitter -- " No Collusion -witch hunt "--(3)>>so the cry of Treason began ring .Trump tried to strike a balance. He spoke respectfully of both Putin’s denials and the US intelligence community’s accusation. It wasn’t a particularly coherent position. It was a clumsy attempt to preserve the agreements he and Putin reached during their meeting. And it was blindingly obviously not treason. From the hind sight the press gave Trump another flub . (4)>>this summit is vary important. There could be clear benefits from improved communication between the U.S. and Russia: both sides should want to avoid the tensions and expense of an arms race, whether involving nuclear, cyber or space weapons. Both sides should also want to eliminate the proliferation of these weapons. Both sides want to avoid accidents or miscalculations that could lead to military confrontations. A range of issues should be discussed with the Russians, but the aggression against Ukraine and the consequent sanctions make these negotiations nearly impossible for now. The summit could agree that the Ukraine issue would be discussed in the United Nations Security Council where a solution involving a U.N. peacekeeping force and an interim international administration for Donbas could be agreed. Discussions of the other important issues could then begin.

Bit's and Pieces : Mueller, FBI , Kavanaugh, and NATO Trump.

There is so much I would like to write about , so I have to start some place. On the News its been crazy . Starting with the FBI . I am  really been  having  a laughing out loud moment . While the FBI started to investigate Hillary , they found nothing . Then they started to investigate (1)>>Donald Trump , found nothing . Now they are investigating themselves ! AND HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS!! (1.2)>>A hearing starring Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who presided over the start of the Russia probe, degenerated Thursday into a theatrical display of sanctimony, mock outrage, all-out partisan bickeringand character assassination as grandstanding members on both sides of the aisle played to the TV cameras. Here is what is so eye opening , its the Republican party that's investigating Republicans who are part of the FBI that made derogatory statements about Trump . Its nothing but a comedy of errors , its so laughable it should challenge anyone's own intelligence. Peter Strzok, told House lawmakers investigating what Republicans say is evidence of rampant bias at the top levels of the (2)>>F.B.I. Republicans, posing as grave prosecutors of a state crime, sought to paint Strzok's anti-Trump political commentary in texts to a former lover as a symptom of institutionalized bias that should invalidate special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election -- from which Strzok has been removed. And Strzok, who often wore a bemused smirk as lawmakers squabbled and talked over one another, barged into the hearing loaded for bear. He shouted back at his inquisitors as they bellowed at him and drove them to distraction by refusing to answer questions. He also delivered a passionate and angry defense of the FBI from a GOP attack that he said "deeply corrodes" the bureau."I understand we are living in a political era in which insults and insinuation often drown out honesty and integrity," Strzok told members of the House Oversight and Judiciary committees.  This investigation is closely aliened with Mueller's. Mueller removed Strzok from the investigation. Obviously there was an important ethics or honesty issues.. Here we have the FBI going after other FBI agents for showing a anti-Trump bias. At one point, Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy confronted the former investigator over some anti-Trump texts he had sent. In 2016, after FBI lawyer (2.1) >>Lisa Page asked Strzok if Trump would ever become the president, his response was, “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.”The entire inspector general’s report, consider the content and tone of the FBI correspondence quoted within it, and ponder the timeline, you will finally get an answer to the key question I,  and millions of Americans, have asked: If key members of the FBI were actually biased against Donald Trump, why did the FBI so dramatically damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign in the last days before the election? Why did it draft a letter to Congress announcing that it was reopening its email investigation a month after it found Anthony Weiner’s laptop, a letter that detonated like a bomb in the campaign and had a measurable effect on Hillary’s polling?  The whole investigation is a farce with the same smokescreen committees . Each time they [ FBI] end up only convicting themselves of criminal activity .

Show  me the "evidence" Mueller ! .

Last Time Mueller's investigation somehow revealed 13 Russians ,and now he found 12 more Russians ! . Yet not a single name  , (3)>>but a  Guccifer 2.0, and another unnamed entity.  The timing of the indictment, by Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, added a jolt of tension to the already freighted atmosphere surrounding Mr. Trump’s meeting with Mr. Putin. It is all but certain to feed into the conspiratorial views held by the president and some of his allies that Mr. Mueller’s prosecutors are determined to undermine Mr. Trump’s designs for a rapprochement with Russia. What is also so lame about Mulller's efforts how is he going to prosecute foreign  nationals ? Mueller is under enormous pressure to find collusion between the Trump team and Russia, or to find that the Trump team obstructed justice by trying to hide such collusion. But neither likely happened. Mueller was appointed at a time of national hysteria, brought on by partisan journalism based on a leaked dossier — itself a product of a discredited British agent working with Russian sources while being paid by the Clinton campaign.Worse still, the effort to hide the origins and the use of that dossier to obtain court permission to spy on American citizens may be a classic case of obstruction of justice.Mueller’s existential problem has been with him from the start. Due to the shenanigans of his discredited friend Comey and a rabid media, he was appointed to investigate crimes that did not exist.  The Washington Times cheryl-k-chumley Opinion called the whole Mueller investigation a sham , I agree , its a waste of Government inquiry  .
 Kavanaugh.

Mr. Trump’s choice for the court, Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, has expressed strong support for executive power, hostility to administrative agencies and support for gun rights and religious freedom. Those are all conventional positions among conservative lawyers and judges. But there is one stance that sets Judge Kavanaugh apart, and it could not be more timely: his deep skepticism of the wisdom of forcing a sitting president to answer questions in criminal cases . Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trump's nominee to succeed Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court, gave a speech last year in which he seemed to applaud former Chief Justice William Rehnquist for dissenting in (4)>>Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 case that legalized abortion nationwide. The comments, first reported by The Los Angeles Times, may be among one of the few times Kavanaugh has publicly commented on abortion rights, one of the most contentious issues surrounding his confirmation to the high court. Now, the right to an abortion is guaranteed to be central to the fight by congressional Democrats over the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh. While we might be jumping up and down over the abortion issue . The real issue is that Kavanaugh is Trump's chess piece to avoid prosecution, a 2009 article Kavanaugh wrote for the Minnesota Law Review that argued for Congress to pass a law exempting sitting presidents from “criminal prosecution and investigation.” As many observers have acknowledged, this position could have major implications on the outcome of the Russia investigation.   To fill the U.S. Supreme Court vacancy created by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement, a vitriolic battle to keep the Senate from confirming Kavanaugh has began to take shape , but the Democrats just don't have enough gusto to prevent Kavanaugh from his seat .
and NATO Trump.
Trump's popularity
 is soaring !
The Trump Baby balloon , UK London

Trump's visit to NATO is a bit hilarious . (5)>>Trump wants NATO to pay its fair share  of  Military operations . While I am a bit aghast here. For one the President of the United States is the Commander and Chief and Head of all NATO alliance  . Allies emerged confused and shaken from a two-day NATO summit in which Trump harangued them over perceived under- spending on defense, accused Germany of being a prisoner to Russian energy and prompted an emergency meeting of leaders trying to contain the fallout from the unexpected tirade at one session. NATO diplomats complained that the drama around Trump’s forthright comments had overshadowed big decisions that the allies took in areas from defense spending to new weapons and strategies to address Russia’s efforts to destabilize the West through cyber and covert attacks. What NATO is  in fact a Cold War remnant . Its a huge colossus of a Million or so American Army personnel that are in fact occupying Europe since the end of WWII , the so called end of the Cold War . What I gather here is that Most members of NATO want out , they are part of the EU of States , most of the (6)>>European states want to have better relations with Russia . Russia is a big trading partner with most of Europe .Trump threatened to derail because he publicly upbraided America’s allies for supposedly not spending enough on their militaries. (After first berating America’s allies for not spending 2 percent of GDP on defense, Trump on Wednesday demanded they spend 4 percent.)President Trump, adding to the list of allies he has clashed with this past week, said in an interview released on Sunday that he considered the European Union a trade “foe,” days after a contentious NATO summit meeting and on the eve of closely watched talks with (7)>>President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia. The CBS interview was conducted during a week that saw Mr. Trump publicly lashing out at several news outlets for publishing what he described as “fake news” — including his own on-the-record and recorded quotes in The Sun, a British tabloid. He also targeted individual journalists for trying to ask him questions about his strategy with Russia. At one point, he disparaged an NBC journalist for asking him whether he was giving Mr. Putin the upper hand after a week spent bashing the United States’ closest allies. (7)>>On the eve of a face-to-face meeting between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, U.S. Ambassador to Russia Jon Huntsman downplayed expectations, saying there is not a firm set of goals the president is hoping to achieve.“You don’t know what’s going to come out of this meeting,” Huntsman said on “Meet the Press” from Helsinki Sunday, where the two leaders will sit down together, insisting that the one-on-one is not a summit but a "meeting" where for the first time the two leaders will "have a conversation.”"I hope it's a detailed conversation about where we might be able to find some overlapping and shared interests," Huntsman said.
NOTES AND COMMENTS:
(1)>>Donald Trump , found nothing .  I might be wrong . In substance they "did" , but in spirit they have been going around in circles . There  is REALLY is so much on Trump and Russia that has been missed because so MUCH OF THE INVESTIGATION has been focused on the 2016 election , which I think its a  cloud of smoke blinding the whole investigation  .  WE still have no proof that Russia helped Trump by making him win . Let us stretch our imagination here . The Media is trying to brainwash Americans into thinking that Donald Trump won because of Russian propaganda filtering the American airwaves .  ON This hype I wrote on so many times that its not factual  , yet a vast majority of the Democrats believe it . Now what about just sifting through some facts first . Hillary Lost because the right wing was planning a take over of the US government for 8 years , they did it buy sizing upon the gullibility of the average voter . Obama was going out of popularity , his but sad attempt to "change" America was sold out , it did not work . The Republican party knew that they could rig their own party by putting a kind of "superman" in the limelight that would voice their scripted agendas . Name Donald J Trump . This for me is the simplest explanation that fits well . You have to LOOK at the DEVIL in the DETAILS , second I am not gutting out Russia in this speculation entirely  .  Trump has had  a lot of business connections in Russia , he held beauty pageants there , he was a influential mogul whose business connects were known in Russia , sure Trump's collusions in the business side of the spectrum are factual . When the Kremlin heard that Trump was running back in 2015 for the Russians , who had been under sanctions , perhaps the Kremlin saw Trump as much to them as Ronald Reagen was to Mikhail Gorbachev . Here was a man who was respected in the Russian media because of American cultural influences , but none the less the Trump may not be perfect , may be a little corrupt , not exactly the cleanest morally  American ever to have been sworn in .  I think too the Republican party nomination of Trump may have been staged by the Party . So far they deserve him .   IF the FBI "ACTUALLY" REALLY did a REAL INVESTIGATION , they would find so much "evidence" that it would BLOW that department into the shibboleth . Next Trump incriminates himself vary well , he opened his mouth calling on Russia . Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Trump said, looking directly into TV cameras, at a press conference in Florida that day . OMG is that not a coincidence ? This the best kind of Treason I have seen , thats how far the Russian "help" may have started , but as I speculated before , this was not the first time Russia helped a American President before relations turned sour . The Hacking of the DNC for instance was not connected to Russia since the FBI was involved , if you remember at that time they were looking into the Hillary servers trying to link Hillary with Benghazi fiasco trying to go after  Barack Obama . Yet the 30,000 emails vanished ! Question did they really exist ? Thirdly many of the "leaks" to Wiki-leaks were coming directly from the FBI via a third party[ Guccifer 2.0] . So the simple fact here as I present it , it was our own government that created the whole hacking of the DNC [ FBI] , so in the process that government agency created that ongoing myth of Russian interference , meddling which we are now  getting  real glimpse on TV,  a real look how messed up the FBI really is , this whole squabble is in fact endangering the United Sates of America to the real enemy . (1.2)>>A hearing starring Peter Strzok.  Strzok holding such a high position in the FBI is an embarrassment that such a shady individual is at the top of the pyramid along side another shady character called Comey.(2)>>F.B.I. Republicans.  When the FBI was after Hillary , many FBI notables , Comey , Trey Gowdy for instance seen even by some Republicans as an effort to hurt Hillary Clinton's election chances, is now demanding that three FBI officials testify before his Oversight Committee to discuss the bureau's decision to not charge the former Secretary of State for mishandling classified information and use of a private email server.Specifically, Gowdy and Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions on  to make available FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, FBI Chief of Staff Jim Rybicki and FBI counsel Lisa Page—all of whom figure prominently in Republican complaints that the FBI was biased in favor of Clinton during the 2016 campaign.(2.1) >>Lisa Page. Page and Strzok came to lawmakers’ attention because of anti-Trump text messages they exchanged while having a romantic affair, material uncovered by the Justice Department’s inspector general during an internal probe of the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation. Both briefly served on special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigative team, which is focused on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and whether anyone associated with the Trump campaign aided those efforts.Page’s answers “heightened my concern that the processes at the FBI were contrived to fit the desired outcomes of people who were biased in favor of Hillary Clinton and against Donald Trump,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said, emerging from Friday’s meeting.(3)>>but a  Guccifer 2.0. I think Guccifer rhymes with Lucifer -  Though “Guccifer 2.0” maintained that he was a lone “hacktivist” committed to “fight all those illuminati,” a U.S. intelligence assessment concluded with “high confidence” that the G.R.U., Russia’s military intelligence service, was operating the “Guccifer 2.0” persona, which communicated through Twitter- [HIS ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED BY TWITTER AS OF THIS WRITING ], a WordPress blog, and a series of burner e-mail accounts. In his inaugural blog post, Guccifer 2.0 disputed Russia’s involvement and claimed credit personally for the DNC breach, positioning himself as a one-time hacking operation working to expose “the Illuminati.” The post included the world’s first glimpse of the enormous cache of documents siphoned from the DNC’s network, including the Democrats’ opposition research report on Trump. Presaging the leaks that would roil the election, Guccifer 2.0 declared that he’d already sent the bulk of the stolen material to WikiLeaks—which has spent the time since obfuscating whether Guccifer was its source. While it’s unclear what Mueller plans to do with Guccifer, his last round of indictments if they are TRUE .        (4)>>Roe v. Wade       AS I suspected that Trump administration is trying to get leverage over Roe V Wade . While this subject is touchy . I am going to be honest to my women friends out there . I am against abortion , but I am for women having adequate  healthcare . I agree with "gender equality "and so on ,  but I don't understand maybe because  I am a male as to why the abortion issue was wrapped up with women's rights ? The history of Roe V Wade sadly was pushed by the 60s feminists who were bouncing around with the 60s Sexual Revolution and Free Love as it was called . It gave the right for women whose sexual experimentation was open to multiple partners to abort their children in order to continue their lifestyle by by passing up existing medical contraceptives that would have stopped pregnancies  .  Another factor is that Abortion liberated the Men who should be held accountable to their offspring. Abortion was not just a woman' so right , but it gave free license for men to become deadbeats who did not want to raise up their unborn by pushing the women they impregnated to have a abortion rather than bringing up children . So  many Women have been mislead , Abortion was not as much a woman's right to choose , but it's how men got away from being held responsible as fathers .  If Kavanaugh  goes after Wade the Supreme Court has to weigh out a Moral ground to either uphold it , or change some part of the law to which abortion might be limited to rape / incest , but fighting the Supreme Court on what ever Kavanaugh gets a confirmation and passes the stupid hearings  has to be seen .(5)>>Trump wants NATO to pay its fair share. Although the foreign policy community inside the Beltway freaked out at Trump’s statements, he was simply echoing the perennial U.S. calls for Europeans to increase their military spending and share the burden. The challenge, however, is that most European governments don’t have a lot of wiggle room to increase their NATO contributions unless they want to incur the wrath of their electorates by cutting social spending. All EU members have to keep their government budget within certain fiscal limits. Not that long ago NATO seemed to have lost its Cold War mojo. Hard on the heels of the Soviet Union’s collapse, however, came the wars in Yugoslavia, a ghastly reminder that Europe could be a very dangerous place, and in 1999 NATO engaged in its very first combat mission against Slobodan Milosevic and Serbia. The alliance expanded dramatically in the 1990s with the incorporation of the Eastern European and Baltic states, initiating a great bustle of hardware upgrades and military exercises. During that time, too, NATO began to conceive of “out-of-area” operations that went beyond defending its members. The war in Afghanistan that began in 2001 significantly expanded NATO’s self-definition. (6)>>European states want to have better relations with Russia . The European Union, the world’s main trader, also saw its trade increase with all its main partners, with a surge of exchanges with Russia despite economic sanctions on Moscow. The European Union statistics office Eurostat said on Friday the 19-country currency area in May exported goods worth 189.6 billion euros ($216.3 billion) to the rest of the world, an increase by 12.9 percent on the year.   Among the most vocal supporters of Russian membership of the EU has been former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. In an article published to Italian media on 26 May 2002, he said that the next step in Russia's growing integration with the West should be EU membership. On 17 November 2005, he commented in regards to the prospect of such a membership that he is "convinced that even if it is a dream ... it is not too distant a dream and I think it will happen one day."Berlusconi has made similar comments on other occasions as well. Later, in October 2008, he said: "I consider Russia to be a Western country and my plan is for the Russian Federation to be able to become a member of the European Union in the coming years" and stated that he had this vision for years.(7)>>President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia.President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia said, America had “become hostage to the internal political situation in the U.S.,” but that his country had “many friends” in the United States who can help improve relations between the two nations when the political tensions in America settle down. Certain forces use the Russian-American ties to solve internal political problems in the U.S.,” Mr. Putin said at a high-profile energy development forum in Moscow. “We are patiently waiting until this process in the internal political life in America will end.”  (7)>>On the eve of a face-to-face meeting. Many in Russia had hoped that Mr. Trump would lift the sanctions imposed by the United States over Moscow’s decision to annex Crimea and destabilize Ukraine, and that he would give Russia a free hand to act in the former Soviet republics. The meeting comes just days after the Justice Department announced charges against 12 Russian intelligence officers for interference in the 2016 election, bringing the total of Russians charged to 25Trump has said he would “absolutely, firmly ask the question” about meddling in the election, but Huntsman said he’s unsure if Trump will ask Putin to extradite those charged.
